I brought my daughter here as a reward for such an awesome school year to get her nails done on 5/17 by the 19th her nail popped off so I brought her back to have it fixed Angela assisted us with the repair and she was very kind and professional she recommended if we have any more problems to come back so sure enough Unfortunately, by 5/21, four more nails had popped off. While my daughter was getting them fixed again, the owner walked over and told her that if anything else happens, not to come back. I was completely shocked by how rude and unprofessional that was especially to a kid. Instead of standing behind their work, they blamed the customer telling my daughter not to bite her nails and clearly you could have seen from the beginning the nails completely popped off !!!!!!!! Angela was the only positive part of this experience. The owner's attitude was unacceptable, and because of that we will never support this business again nor will I ever recommend I don't think anyone one else should either. I'm sorry never ever come here again. Such a rip off. He add on tip extra: when I already gave home cash. Just did a regular with gel. Full set. Service wasn't great at all. He should me my price. $125 total and then end up charging me $155 and I gave him tip $20. So sad. I gave them another chance. This was bad still. Basically, he showed me my price $125. And then charged me $155. Lucky I asked for my receipt. And the lady didn't even put my flip flops back on for me or gave me a disposable one. She just left me hanging. I have been going to the same nail tech and salon for quite some time. She seems to be attentive and provides quality service, which is why I only allow her to do my mani/pedi. While I would rate her top-tier I do not feel comfortable with how the other ladies in the salon gather and stand around speaking and giggling while she is doing my mani/pedi. They even go as far as to sit in the chair next to me and carry on. While they may or may not be speaking about me- I do catch them speaking and then looking at me which is awkward. If people are coming to you for a service then it should be a priority to make them comfortable to be in your establishment. read more

I wish I could remember his name, was very skilled and knowledgeable. He looked at my nails (two weeks old) and said no we take these off and start again. I got a Happy Feet pedicure and it was great! I enjoyed the treatment and toe nails were done nicely which is why I give them 3 stars. As for my original nails, they were cut with a clipper but not filed. The nail tips were automatically glued on. Normally I would cut and file my nails beforehand, but I didn't have time so when they asked if I needed them cut and cleaned, I said yes. I can tell they were rushing because they were short on staff. Overall, my left hand was not done well. For the price, I would have expected to have them offer to fix it especially since they noticed that my nails didn't come out as good as the right. read more

This place does finger nails beautifully. My nails lasted for a whole month, no chipping or breaking. However, I had to give them three stars because of my pedicure. I've gotten many pedis in my lifetime, and theirs just wasn't the best one I've ever had. I was convinced by the nail tech to do shellac on my toes and the shellac lasted shorter than regular polish. I was really disappointed with that bc on my second day of vacation, the shellac peeled off two of my toes. It had only been three days since my pedicure. Not only that, the damage done to my toe nails was extensive. It's been two months and my toe nails are still really thin. I'd go back only for my finger nails. For me to love a place they have to get both finger and toe nails right though. So I even doubt that. Regardless, the place has a very soothing ambience and is very clean. read more

I've been to this spa a few times before, and with being relatively new to having my nails done, I find this business to be very communicative and friendly. The environment is clean and calming, and before I was seated they wiped down all equipment that had been previously used on the customer before me. This time I came in for a simple full set with shellac. My nail tech (I never got her name, but she was very polite) was very detail oriented which I greatly appreciated. If I'm honest, I would have felt uncomfortable with a quick and rushed manicure, and since I had no time to lose, I relaxed and gladly let them work on my nails for about an hour and thirty minutes. The only con do have to mention would be a somewhat rushed nail prep session. My cuticles where pushed back and snipped, which lead to a small nick in one nail. The chemicals applied after of course did burn that injury, but the pain was minimal. Otherwise, don't let that sway you! The salon again is sanitized, welcoming and friendly. It does get busy on weekends, so if that's a concern come during the week. Voice your concerns before and as the manicure takes place. Be open with what you want, in my opinion and from photos I've seen, they are very capable of diverse designs! Will be coming back. read more
