For 2 months of multiple calls with their customer service, and emails with what clearly is an AI response generated with a person's name, the answer was no to any compensation. I ordered a large set of Childcraft wooden blocks that included a storage crate so the high cost felt doable. They shipped a different brand and no storage crate. I asked for a credit for the amount of the storage crate or for them to send me additional blocks worth that amount. Their response was to contact customer service at the company whose blocks they sent me instead of what I ordered. I did so and their response was that they couldn't help me, but were going to contact School Specialty telling them to take down the false advertising from their site. Avoid using School Specialty.
