Previously they had some sort of unlimited pass for a certain amount of time in a day, that included attractions. That no longer exists. We decided to just load a card with funds, which previously you could use points for attractions. They didn't explain at the front counter they don't warn folks points no longer work for attractions, so we had to find out at the bumper cars that we have to go back up front and buy attraction credits at just shy of $8 a pop. During our visit on a Sunday, we ended up not seeing a single person doing bumper cars, rock wall, or lazer tag which normally being used regularly on a weekend day. Plus, the number of people on a weekend reminded us of the number that would be there on an early afternoon on a weekday. Covid killed off the buffet, the recent buy out killed off their decent all in pass for x amount for x amount of time. Now are running things a bit more like their competitors Alley Cats & Main Event. Yet there really hasn't been anything updated or improved upon in the 3 or 4 months that they have become Gametime. The cost is about the same as Main Event which is a better maintained place. While they have the indoor rock wall and bumper cars Alley cats has mini-golf and other outdoor rides. I don't expect Gametime to survive without bringing back the thing that brought people to Itz, even if there is some sort of price increase or slight change in set up. Like one unlimited pass for games and an upgrade for attractions... or vice versa. Cause there are to many just unlimited game play places in the area.

There was another company there using the other whirly ball court, they were on the same kind of 3 hour package as us, except their package came with and Olive Garden buffet and ours came with a Blue Mesa buffet. It was really good, delivered hot and set up in warming trays. Our package also came with an open bar (bottles only, includes free bottle sodas if you don't drink). The people are soooo nice. The whirly ball guy we had, older gentleman, super fun operator. We had a good time with him. The lady and guy behind the drink counter were so friendly, big smiles every time. If you're done with boring team events, this is excellent for team building and doesn't break your team budget. I hope we go back next quarter.

They have party rooms as well as two restaurants and bar. I did notice some specials that would be good to share. On Tuesdays they offer kids 12 and under eat free with a menu items of 11.99 or more. Happy hour is offered Monday-Friday 3:00pm -6:00 pm. On Sunday-Thursday they also offer Happy hour 9:00 pm-11:00 pm. On Monday nights they offer all you can play games after 4:00 p.m. for 12.99. Also everyday except Saturday you can play activities for 19.99 plus a 10.00 fun card. The staff was very friendly. My daughter's friend lost her phone and one of the staff was able to find that it was left in the bar. We were very grateful that he took the time to help us check. Such wonderful service and manners. We will be back if we are in the area.

Bartender seemed lost. Our server who did good once he arrived, but it was 50 minutes into our 1.5 hour time, after waiting an hour for a lane. Manager also didn't acknowledge us when standing at the shoe area waiting. Asked a staff member if there was a water fountain, said no and walked away, didn't connect us with a server or say "sorry about that, you'll have to go to the bar." Just crickets. My kid paid at $27 to get an hour of playtime and he had a blast looked like they had every game he could possibly wanna play on the consoles. They had computers as well as giant TVs all around. Each station has a charger and they even let you borrow their chargers at no cost. Definitely a great spot to bring your kid who loves to game or if you're an adult with free will who wants to spend their time playing on a computer Xbox or PlayStation.
