I really really wanted to like this place. The ambience is great as it is an actual hangar turned into a restaurant. It is spacious with a private party section and another party section for kids. The soup we ordered was way too salty and was not edible. Then our entrees were underwhelming with little flavor. Staff were great and there is ample parking. If they can nail the food this place can be a gem. Hope this feed back helps. Just trying to help make some positive changes. I will say they don't go light on their drinks. read more

Had Linner with my spouse , we were literally the only customers in the bar, there was a boyfriend waiting for his GF to get off work. The sign said seat yourselves, well out of the 10 tables, 8 were dirty. We were finally greeted by a nice but unattenditive server ordered a couple of beers,and an appetizer. Beers came and were cold and great, after a while he came and took our food order. After about 1/2 an hour from ordering our appetizer, my spouse asked the server (who we had to call over) if we ordered the appetizer and he said oh yah it's coming....we got our salad, than about 5 minutes later here came our appetizer, it was good and super hot. Mean while we finished our beers and set the empty glasses at the end of our table...do you think our server noticed...,nope. We had to call him away from his friends to get another beer. Cool place for events requiring a large space. With a staff that aims to please, I totally recommend this location for a kid party. I went, mostly because I was curious about how this historic hangar had been converted/decorated as a restaurant ... and experienced mediocre food and the worst service I've encountered in years. When I was seated (in a dark, noisy corner, despite many better options in the near-empty restaurant) coffee was promptly delivered with the promise of more (in a carafe) on the way--didn't happen until more than 20 minutes later when my server finally arrived and I asked for more coffee. She said someone should have brought it over then asked me, "have you been here before? If you need something you need to throw something at me, I have ADHD." I ordered something that would be quick to prepare and waited patiently for 35 minutes, when I flagged down the server to ask if it really took more than 30 minutes to make a burrito? The host came by to tell me there was a big party ahead of me as the reason for the delay. My meal magically then appeared. "The plate is hot, I was told," except it was not--the plate and my food was stone cold. How long had it sat in the kitchen undelivered? No server came to check in with me for 45 minutes, my dish, piled with used napkins and empty creamers, pushed to the end of my table for at least the last half of that time. A random staff-person delivered my bill, with no comment. My original server came quickly to pickup my payment, offering a highlighter pen to use to sign my credit card statement. I went to the bar, and asked for a real pen, which she immediately provided--so why the highlighter? I signed and escaped this nightmare of this Bar & Grill as quickly as I was no longer held hostage by slowest possible service and endless excuses. FWIW, I usually only provide reviews when I've really enjoyed a place, but honestly felt I needed to warn travelers like me that might be curious to give it a try. Avoid, Avoid, AVOID! read more

The food was phenomenal and absolutely delicious, which only made the service that much more disappointing. It took roughly 30 minutes just to get a drink, and another 30 minutes before my food order was even taken. At one point, my server made direct eye contact with me and then walked right past my table to refill someone else's drink before I had even been served at all. After sitting there for over an hour, it was actually the busser who noticed I still didn't have a drink and ended up bringing it to me and taking my order. Apparently, the busser was the only one paying attention. The person who was supposed to be my server was rude, dismissive, and acted like basic customer service was a personal inconvenience. I usually have an older woman take my order, and she is consistently wonderful, attentive, polite, and professional, so I know good service exists here. Unfortunately, this time it was a younger server who looks fresh out of high school, and the lack of respect and awareness was honestly embarrassing. I've had her before, and the experience has been the same every single time, so this clearly isn't a one-off. Amazing food, but being ignored and treated like an afterthought really takes away from the experience. I did not tip the server I tipped the busser at the end the i gave the server a 20$ to cover my 15$ bill and I did not get my change back. Extremely impressed with the hanger yesterday. The young lady bartender was very attentive and the food came out super fast. They had a lot of beer on top locally and in its immediate surroundings along with others. I had the spicy blackened chicken with linguine. It was superb. My husband had the ribeye, which was a little bit tough but had good flavor. We noticed other other Pat getting food that was enormous servings. Highly recommend the place. This is a hard review to write because the food was quite good and the decor was great. The place is huge and would be an excellent place for a large group or even a party in a separate room. However, despite not being that full, we were seated next to a large party with several small children so it was loud and bustling. I know it is not the staffs fault that the children were allowed to run around. But, they could have seated us someplace less busy (and our bad for not asking right away to be relocated). And, they clearly did not have enough staff on this particular night. The staff were very friendly, but we had to ask multiple times for things which detracted from the experience as well. I know restaurants have staffing issues these days and that staff are doing their best with what they have. But the service was esp slow (we waited an hour after ordering for our meals to arrive). It is right next to the KOA campground, so if you are staying there it is a very quick walk across the street to check this place out. read more

It was very thin and fat not integrated within the meat but on the outside like a cheap form of some other kind of steak. The sides were very good. I wanted Wyoming beef. Didn't get to t. Upon arriving Lisa offered to take charge of us. Set us up in a different room than originally planned making it a hundred times more private. The evening was amazing. The food was outstanding. The fact that they offered gluten-free options helped immensely. My partner had a wonderful birthday. It wouldn't have been possible without all the help. I greatly appreciate everything they did. You will not be disappointed with your meal there either. From double dipped the cajun fries. Fresh jalapenos and guacamole. Ribs that fall off the bone. My husband and I are currently staying at the KOA across the fence. Ally and Amanda are both the reason we come here. They remember our names and they work their butts off. Regardless of the fact that we can walk over, we pretty much only do because of Ally! You have a great, energetic server who takes pride in her work and is full of positive, never ending welcoming energy! Don't let her go! Other than her - the service is TERRIBLE.
