Cauliflower seviche tostada (vegan)

Excellent food and service. Very fresh tasting food, and the margarita was well crafted.

Ridiculous up charge of cheese dip. Cost of a meal.

$12 cheese bowl. Says 4.50 on the menu. Waitress asked if we wanted the large bowl. Apparently that is 3x more. Food okay. Atmosphere okay. Service okay. Not interested in ever going back

On our way back home from a Cross Country practice at Oak Openings, we decided to stop at this…read morequintessential small town diner for a late breakfast. The sign on the door said that staff were taking precautions against COVID-19, however we did not see any staff outside the kitchen wearing masks or gloves, or see any closed tables. On entering, we waited by the 'please wait to be seated' sign for a couple of minutes before a smiling, young waitress took us to a table. The menu was surprisingly extensive; my daughters each ordered the chocolate chip pancake, while I got the Mexican Hat Dance with a coffee. However the waitress kept forgetting things, and had to come back twice to ask questions like what kind of cheese (pepperjack). Our orders were ready in what felt like a pretty average amount of time, considering there were only three other occupied tables in the restaurant. The food itself was good, but not great. The portions were decently sized, but not overly generous. Prices were good, but likewise not great. The service the decided ... average. As restaurants go, we felt that Buzz Family Diner was average. Nothing bad, but also nothing great ... just average, which is perfectly fine.

Food was ok. Service was great. Ambiance was fair. Classic diner experience. Bathroom was fair…read more Closes at 2pm and they don't take customers 15 before closing. We are from out of town and looking for a budget friendly option. We got that, but we also both left in need of Tums.

Just went back Saturday night. Things were off…read more.. I made a reservation and they sat us in front of the main entrance. Every time the door opened, we had a blast of freezing cold air. I kind of thought the nicer tables would have been saved for folks that made reservations. The waitress took forever to take our drink orders. It took forever to get the drinks. We ordered our meals when the drinks came so we could try to get ahead of the curve. The soup/salads came and before we could finish, the main courses started coming out. This really upsets me. Take forever to take our orders and then rush us out the door. Dinner rolls are available, but one has to ask for them. It's in very small print on the menu. Why the server can't ask if the diners would like bread is B.S. I know their method saves them money, but I think they could change their practice and still keep the lights on. The prime rib was tough and not very flavorful this time. The server didn't bus any of the salad or soup dishes, so the table was an overly crowded mess by the end. Seriously, to have to keep your side towards the middle of the table is just a P.I.T.A. Not sure how much potato fell off of my fork on its way to my face. The price for dinner this time was $107.00 for the same meal we had back in November. That does not include the tip. In the end, not worth it in any way.
