This place was a welcome sight as we were coming in from out of town. It was ok. The humidor was pretty well stocked with decent cigars, but the prices were a bit higher than what I'm use to in the lounges in my city, which is a huge tourist destination. There was nothing remarkable about the service. Grab your stick, walk to the bar and pay. The two female bartenders certainly weren't anything extraordinary in terms of service level. I will say that the place is a bit dirty. There was a huge cobweb in the corner by the front window where we were sitting, and the place smells a bit stale. All in all, if you're an avid cigar smoker like me, you'll find this spot acceptable, but certainly nothing to rave about. read more

Just stopped in - in town for work and I love to go to the local shop to have a stick. Nobody at the counter for a few minutes. I stop in the humidor and say hello, and the woman working there is just awkward to the point of being rude. I don't know why she's in a bad mood, but she made me feel very unwelcome. I've been in cigar shops all around the country, and one thing they have in common is they are always welcoming - I kind of thought that was the point, to go sit down and have a cigar. First shop I've ever been in where they didn't make you feel welcome, but made you feel unwelcome...weird :( read more

Great Cigar Lounge. Stopped by during a work trip to the area, was clean, had great ventilation and fair prices. The humidor had the basics in very smokable condition, nothing outside the norm or fancy. Seating was comfortable, not too crowded for a Tuesday evening. Will be back! read more

My husband and I come in as much as we can, very relaxing. Beer is always good, even though I don't smoke cigars, the smell is not bad at all. Music is great! You can have food delivered if you want, great idea! Pets are welcome on a lease and are friendly, no roaming around! Good idea! I come to Cartersville occasionally and had heard about the Cigar Bar, but had never been till recently. We stopped by after dinner and had a beer while we soaked up the delightful aroma of cigars in a well-ventilated place. I enjoy smoking them, but passed this time as I have a lot at home in my humidor and didn't feel like spending the money. I did browse the humidor and there is a great variety available nicely displayed. There are comfortable seats and tables in addition to the bar. Also, in good weather there is an outside seating area and we sat there as it was a warm night. There doesn't seem to be any table service, but we just got our beers at the bar and took 'em outside. For a Friday night, the crowd was sparse, but maybe not many date night ladies want to spend time at a cigar bar. I was fortunate that mine did. If I needed to buy a cigar in Cartersville, I'd be there, or if I needed a nice place to enjoy a smoke. read more

Well what Clifton has to say is mostly true, though I've never had an extra tip added. The "youngish guy" really is a jack ass. There is no way around that. But if you get past his gruff exterior you find out that he's, nope, never mind even deep down he's a jack ass. He's an equal opportunity hater. It's part of his charm. You either like him or you don't , not that it would matter, he probably won't like you. But if you're not stupid or annoying you'll probably have a good time here. If the "youngish" guy ruins your time, you probably don't know how to have a good time. This place is a bar for adults, not your weekly meeting of the "I got picked on in high school" club. If Clifton thought the bartender was bad, obviously he never met me... Bottom line: If you want a good smoke, a good beer, and some lively banter come to Old Havana. I am a "regular" here and I have never had a single problem at this bar. The staff have become my friends, they are educated in the beers and cigars they carry. The entire atmosphere is great and relaxing. Tv's with golf and other ball games are on from open to close. They bring in amazing music on Friday's and make a great place to take your friends out for a drink or smoke on a good evening. I will always go here for as long as they are in business. The selection of both cigars and beer is better than some high end cigar bars and lounges that I have visited in the Atlanta area. The bartender is helpful on both selections. The only thing lacking is liquor but besides that one county law the place is great. Come in and relax. read more

I love this place. They have wine and tons of different beers, I believe last count I was told was 105+. Take advantage of their prices during happy hour. They carry a bunch of cigars for those that like them, which I do. It's very well ventilated even with cigar smoke. I see people in there that use the WiFi and there's always some kind of sports on TV. They sometimes have live music on the weekends. And in warmer weather, take advantage of their covered patio. read more

Here it goes... I hate giving this place a 2. I really do. It could be a great establishment, and on some days it is. There is only one thing etching away at this place's ability to stay here for the long run. The "young-ish" male bartender who works there on a regular basis can single-handedly ruin any hopes of an enjoyable experience. I've arrived on occasions lately to find him working and simply refuse to give him my business and leave. (if either of the females are working they are very polite and helpful.) IN A LARGE NUTSHELL: if young female patrons are at the bar expect him to mysteriously not notice you or your date for a long time, he is the world record holder for "least words spoken while tending to customers", I've witnessed this man physically let out a sigh and roll his eyes at customers including myself once, TIPPED HIMSELF 25% in bringing change back one of my first visits, I've received pours with little to no head and a 3 inch head of the same beer. (not because he doesnt know how to pour, because he simply doesn't care) seems to be his "style." flat out arrogance. I waited forever to review this place in hopes he would leave or have a life changing experience that makes him a happy human being, neither surfaced. Last words: Honestly, its worth going, good selection of cigars and beer. lines taste clean and there's never an oxidized pour. Nice facility. The only thing bringing down the ringing classiness is that one male bartender. If you like good beer and a bar, read no food, this is what you want. I don't smoke, but the cigar smoke adds to the bar dimension to me. Can't speak to the cigar collection, though those who can tell me its the best. Best beer in Cville. They go big and bold on the taps think Big Hoppy Monster, Arrogant Bastard, and Sierra Harvest. Excellent bottle collection, wifi and friendly staff and you have the best hang out in Bartow. The happy hour is the best 5-7 $2 draft and $2.50 bottles, only exception the high gravity stuff which some of that is on special as well. You can drink elsewhere, but drink somewhere thats worth your time. read more

Great Beer selection, and the Cigar selection is the best I've found in Cartersville. Every time my wife and I have visited the Cigar Bar, Miranda has been the bartender. She is really cool, and a very attentive bartender. We love this place, and the live music was great the last time we visited on a Friday night. read more

This is one of my favorite places to go anywhere in the state. They have a large selection of cigars, and a massive amount of beer and wines. The bartenders are very knowledgable about their tobaccos and can tell you just about anything you need to know about most of the ~100+ different beers they have, and are super friendly and attentive. During happy hour, this is one of the cheapest places to drink as well, most of their beers are $3. There also is a great sense of brotherhood among all the regulars, which seem actually more common than non-regulars. Overall awesome establishment. read more
