Has been here a couple of times now with a large group and it's been handled very well. The food was very good and some of it unique. Have also gotten takeout from this restaurant and it was handled very well so the service is good inside or takeout. It's a large restaurant with a relatively long level. On the way to Chattanooga we stopped at this place! Not only was the place beautifully decorated but the food was very good! I had an assortment of tacos that were very well seasoned and perfect cooked! My family enjoyed their meals as well, consisting of steak fajitas, chicken soup and beef tacos. After telling me that they would refund me if I came back up there when I got back up there they would not took the food back and try to act like I put a bug in my own food or something.. I would not even rate this place One Star. They're having an infestation problem keeping their door open!!. Their customer service is rude and nasty to someone who patronize them on a daily basis. First time back since the renovation, decided to sit outside since it was a pleasant evening. Service was very slow, about 10 minutes before we got any chips/salsa, which were good. Decided on the chicken fajitas, should have been a solid choice. Food took forever to come out, and when it did, nothing sizzling. Food was barely warm. The dish looked like vegetable fajitas, with barely any chicken. Chicken was sliced so thin, almost like ribbons. Amazing amount of peppers and onions to the ratio of chicken. On a good note, onions and peppers were good, and included green, red, and yellow peppers. Overall disappointed as the place used to be a solid choice. Will not return sad to say. read more

Food is good! I like their beef hard tacos. The ground meat is sometimes raw inside so make sure and ask for them to cook it well. They have colored taco shells. My parents enjoy their caldo de pollo (chicken soup). Typically La Parilla is my favorite Mexican place to dine at, or hacienda Vieja off 92 in Woodstock, but I'll add this to my list as well when I'm visiting family. read more

Service here is wonderful! From the moment we stepped in the doors we were greeted by the staff at the podium. Our waitress was at our table in about two minutes to collect our drink orders. Chips/salsa came out a couple minutes later, then our cheese dip appetizer. Our meal was great! It came out after a bit, gave us time to enjoy our drinks and chips. Each employee we encountered was wonderful, such great customer service here. I will return again, great food and great service. Separate visit The pineapple cheesecake is delicious!! This place has the appearance of being good and has potential. The menu is pretty good and reasonable. The chips and salsa pretty weak but the tomatillo salsa that comes with tacos is really spivey but good. The tacos were good we got grilled chicken and carnitas. The fajita taco salad was just ok for me. The shell tasted different and the whole thing lacked flavor. The service was not the best they seemed unknowing of menu selections, got an order wrong, and had no idea of Yelp check in offer even the manager didn't know about it but did take it off after I had to remind them a second time. read more

I went today to have a nice lunch with my family. I first noticed that it was very hot;There was no air moving in the restaurant. We sat at a table and the chairs are extremely uncomfortable; they're the legs of the chair but when you sit you have to sit sideways so your thighs don't feel like they're snapping. The salsa was alright;tasted like tomato soup with spices. I got a beef burrito with rice and beans. The burrito tasted like unflavored beef wrapped in cardboard covered with ketchup. Went in for supper yesterday evening with my wife and some friends. The food was decent, I had cheese enchiladas, my wife had some kind of grilled chicken. The service on the other hand was horrible. It not only took forever, we had to ask over and over to get anything. We had to ask three times to get "togo" boxes, and then he got the bill wrong. It's quiet, nice music, and not many customers, so I doubt you'd have to wait for a table.
