I must say, that this store, is hands down the best Lane Bryant that I have shopped in 30+ years. All of the salesladies are exceptional. Every time I enter the store, a lady greets me. I am asked if there is anything special I am looking for, and ultimately, I will be walked over to the section in question. In addition to excellent service, they will let me know of sales, upcoming events, always check for rewards points that I may have forgotten about. They have been excellent with any returns especially items purchased online. So, thank you to Victorville Lane Bryant!! I'm actually going there today to use my rewards $25 off $50. Looking forward to it.

One of the employees pulled up next to me, parked right in front, which should be for customers but whatever. Once the doors were opened I walked around and basically helped myself. Neither employee asked if I needed assistance. I was the only customer in the store. I gave it 2 stars because it was organized and clean. But I won't bother waisting my time there again. I'm tired of the amount of stores I try to patronize (instead of ordering online) and getting ZERO customer service.

There were displays of lotions, body products, candles and more. The store was packed with goodies and merchandise but it wasn't messy. It was organized, just a lot of products. There were two employees that were talking, and neither greeted me upon entering the store. To be honest I don't think they even saw that I entered the store they were so engrossed in their conversation. There's no place for a "line" so customers just stand on either side of the travel (miniature) items and hope that's where the line starts. When I picked up my order the cashier seemed like she had a difficult time physically finding it even though she indicated she placed it on the cart earlier. After showing ID and leaving the store to the parking lot, I realized the items were not what I ordered. I quickly returned to the store to get the correct items. The cashier was able to quickly replace the incorrect item with the correct one. No apology, no sorry for the inconvenience or acknowledging her error. I thought this store would be a good location as it's a smaller store than some of the other locations in the area but after visiting this location, nope. No thank you.

Yes, that's a double edge sword because you'd have to drive to this location (which is a pretty lengthy drive for me) and feel the disappoint when you see a bare pop wall or no new releases, but you also feel satisfaction when you randomly show up and a pop you've been wanting but refuse to pay resellers/flippers for have been waiting for your arrival! They've finally started to restock their pops, I was a little worried once that wall started becoming bare. They also have a kiosk outside and some of the most personable employees.
