DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ON LINE. I ordered yoga pants, jeans, 2 pairs of black pants and 2 shirts. Over a week later just the 2 shirts came, one was so stained! The 4 pair of pants never came with an email that said order complete. When sending in the information to say the pants never came the claim was denied! One SMALL little envelope came there is NO WAY 4 pair of pants could even fit in it. Finally after getting through to a manager a refund was issued. They will be out of business in no time if they cant do something so basic like fill on order and compete online. read more

I came in here to look for a inexpensive purse that I could use on the subway. I have a beloved H&M shoulder purse that I paid $7 bucks for many years ago (I'm carrying it in my Yelp profile photo) that I was going to use but on second thought I'm rather attached to that purse. Also that purse looks more expensive than it really is which is not the kind of purse I want to use on the subway or when I travel. So I thought since I was in the area let me hit Old Navy to see if I can find a stylish inexpensive purse that is also functional to use. I didn't find any that I liked but I have to give it to this Old Navy for keeping it all together. Even though the store is busy as heck they seem to keep all the merchandise in a neat and orderly manner. They also seem to have lots of cashier checking people out which is great because the Old Navy by my house never has more than 1-2 cashiers regardless of however many people are in line. Old Navy is Old Navy. Good deals on some things, overpriced on many others. Some things are stored neatly, others are thrown about and you have to search for them. My most recent trip was to get school uniforms for my son and to find a couple of weekend things for him to wear. It's very difficult to find a Medium (size 8) these days! The table was full of S, L, XL, but only found 1 Medium out of all of the available colors! The service is usually friendly and we found a couple of deals on the clearance aisle. I like to stop at this Old Navy on my way home from work. I have tons of Old Navy clothes...they are just really good for basic pieces. They have nice cheap flip-flops too. I was very disappointed at this location. I'm a regular Old Navy customer that is a card holder. I received an email this morning that stated card holders get an additional 40% off the entire purchase. This location was extremely disorganized and messy. Shoes were lying all over the floor, pants were incorrectly marked and scattered about and the baby section was a disaster. I did manage to dig thru their inventory and find a few items to purchase. However, the cashier was the worst part of the experience. While he was ringing up my items, I informed him I was a card holder and I wanted the 40% applied to my order. He told me to scan my card and the total remained the same. I told him my discount wasn't applied and he got an attitude. He said I had to sign the screen so he could then give me back a credit. Huh?!? I've worked retail before and a void would have been my next step and then start over. I'm going to double check my statement tomorrow to confirm I received this credit of 40% of my order. 40% = about $45 so we aren't talking a small amount. It's a shame that this location has gone downhill. This used to be my preferred location when I lived in the area. Now I will never go back. read more

It was my first time walking into this store and the only reason why I went was because I was told by one of my coworkers that they have really good deals. On this day I was looking for a certain item and seeing as I work in retail I prefer to look before asking. My appearance was simple a hoodie and a hat nothing out the way. From the time I walked in until the time I was basically forced to ask for help I was being profiled. The young woman followed me or scooped me to my destination and when I turned around she was basically right on my tail looking as if I was about to steal. So I asked where certain shoes were and she kept a certain energy about her that made me want to leave and never come back. If the shoe was on the other foot I would never do this and for this to happen the one time I come in. I am so disappointed. read more

I'm gonna keep it straight to the point based solely off my experiences. Pros: Clothes neatly organized, Variety of Clothes, Very inexpensive compared to other stores And pretty stylish. Cons: The ABSOLUTE WORST workers. Slow as all Hell. I've waited 30 minutes in line on a Saturday afternoon before the line moved up One person so I throw what I was gonna buy Away and walked out. The employees don't Look like they like their jobs and almost act Like working there is some kind of torture. If You ever walk in the last 20 minutes before they close they give you a cold death stare Which I respond with a smirk just to F with them since they want to be dicks about it. This store needs a good cleaning and more helpful staff. I looked at several items and was disappointed how dusty some of the clothes were, and these weren't sale or clearance items, this was brand new stock for the holiday season. Another nuisance, the staff was very unhelpful and didn't want to be bothered when I asked for help. Expect long lines if a cashier even bothers to show up. There's no excuse for dusty clothes. The woman in the fitting room was rude, and barked orders to me and other shoppers to return everything BACK to her and don't leave items in the room. Shopping here is like shopping at Forever 21. They treat you like you're forever adolescent, and thus can look down on you and try to boss you around. Also, I ordered items and online, and one of the pajamas came unstitched!!! Seriously, one leg, they forgot to stitch together!!!! WHAT?!? The only positive of this store, you can return your online orders for a faster refund via mail. Sometimes you can find really nice items at Old Navy. Their jeans fit pretty good and seem to be made with the right amount of stretch,;-) You can also find cute separates like tops and skirts that you can mix and match with other items in your wardrobe. I try not to buy anything at this store that's not on sale or on clearance, because the material and make can be a little "cheapy" at times, but if you have a good eye for fashion, you can find some pretty decent items. read more

This place is a DISASTER. Waiting in line 20 minutes to do an even exchange at 6:30 on a Monday night is insane.

I arrived late one night in a rush to buy some cute little dresses and a colourful hoodie for a long road trip I was taking the next morning. There were few staff there (maybe 3 visible) and those that were present were very busy, not the usual, "welcome, can I help you find something" that is the norm at other locations (i.e. Cobb Parkway). After 30 minutes I couldn't find the hoodies. Seeing they were about to close in 30 mins and not wanting to be one of those people who is still wandering around 10 til close I grabbed two dresses and went to the front of the store. It was very hard to figure out exactly where the line was as there were just people crowded around the 1 person at checkout...a guy who was clearly tired. He looked at me and I smiled. Another family was standing around near him so I paused and stood about 3 feet behind them. It took a long time as they had several things they were returning and exchanging. As he helped them another line formed on the other side of the register. When he completed their transactions people in the other line rushed to him. He then looked at me and asked if he could help me. I stated I wanted to buy the dresses I was holding. He said, "the line is over there" (pointing to a different area where the second line had formed). I'm not really sure what to think about that. I think he could have said, "I'm so sorry you didn't know where the line was" or anything to be a bit more accommodating given he saw me standing there for quite some time. That coupled with the lack of assistance, the extreme fatigue that seemed to plague this particular ON have left me very unhappy. I've decided not to return to this store. read more

Horrible experience and rudest people working at this location. Dressing room attendant working during my visit could have cared less to assist. Not to mention many of the clothing items did not have price tags?? Visited at 2:20pm and women at check out interrupted our transaction to work with another customer who came in from outside who thought she did not receive all of her items. Definitely would have been willing to let this woman explain her situation but please finish our transaction first...! We were there first and it would have been common courtesy. We asked her to please finish checking us out before assisting this other woman and she acted rude and annoyed by this the rest of our interaction. I had a lot of time to kill waiting for the rain and traffic to lighten up, so I went shopping! The store wasn't busy with just a handful of other people, but it was so disorderly. The only item I decided to buy was a pack of socks that were priced as 2 for $10 (otherwise, it's one for $12). Say what??? Sounds like too good of a deal, so I had to verify and make sure. The girl at the register read the sales sign and did a price check for me. It wasn't 2 for $10, but she said it was 40% off $12 and left me to remove the sales sign. I decided to get them anyway but there was a different gentleman at the register by this point. He rang me up at ~$13 and I mentioned the price the other girl gave me just a minute prior. He let out the biggest sigh and began tapping at the touch screen monitor so hard I thought his finger was going to fall off. I went to buy a swimsuit in a kids size. They have a wonderful selection online, however, the in store selection was two lonely racks with barely any options. Old Navy lost a regular customer tonight I called in and asked him to hold me a certain item at the front desk that I was on my way I get there at 3 minutes till 10 before they close to pick up the item and the doors are locked at 9:57 , all the store associates are just staring at me when I'm trying to get in the door talking to them for 5 minutes and before they let me in the manager Charlie SAT there and bold faced lied to me and I told him I got here at 9:57 my pants were at the front desk can you please let me in to check out he lied and said the cash registers were shut down by a customer walked up to check out I explain them through the door that my pants were the front I wanted to check out and go that I just called somebody he was so rude he went to the cash register and said it's 10 o'clock printed out a receipt paper showing the time I showed him my phone and said sorry I can see if 10 o'clock but I've been sitting out here since 9:57 when I got your 9:57 the doors were locked and he said no they weren't they were locked at 10 which was a lie because he what even if there needless to say he let me in the door and gave me a lecture about he wants to go to his family when I have been sitting up in those doors for 6 mins before he let me in when I went in there to grab my pants they werent even at the front so the associate show me where they were on the wall the whole time I can hear the associates talking bad mouthing me I will never come back here again Charlie was very rude and all the associates did not show me any courtesy and all 0 stars for this place 0 stars read more

I am so upset by the experience I just had at this Old Navy. I ordered items online with my credit card and brought them back to return at this location. Salma was so kind, but did not process the return correctly. Dwight told her to just give me a gift card instead of the $200 refund going back on the credit card I used to purchase the items. I really needed to get the money back on my card, and had no intentions of using a gift card to buy other items from the store. He told me that it was too late and I needed to take the gift card. He told me to move to the side and they would try to fix it after checking out other customers in line. I have never been treated so poorly by someone in customer service. He treated me like I did something wrong and was being dishonest. The manager finally was able to get the gift card transferred to my credit card. I don't think I'll ever shop at Old Navy again after this experience. I understand the stress of trying to get people through the checkout when a line is growing, but no one deserves to be treated this way. read more

I love old navy but this location is THE WORST. Lazy workers. Disorganized. And they never have enough coverage at the cashier desk. Today I was standing in line with just one other person in front of me but it somehow took almost 25 minutes for us to check out. Mind you there was only one register open but plenty of other workers walking around doing nothing but staring at the line forming. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.
