Stopped in on Thursday about 4:00pm to get a couple of outfits for my size 6-7 granddaughter. Found lots to choose from today. There have been days when I have stopped in and not found a thing in her size. I was thinking they had stocked the shelves now that the kiddos are out for summer vacation. I appreciate that there are usually 2-3 cashiers working and even thought there may be a line of people, it goes quickly. This is my husband's favorite store. It seems like we come here every weekend. Everything they have is definitely his style. Their clothes don't always fit me right but occasionally I will find something cute for myself. I have been buying clothes for my daughter since she was a baby. She always finds cute boots and cardigans. I really like how friendly staff are and how helpful they are. My only complaint is how messy the store can get and the bathroom is usually pretty gross. Customers are just rude and toss their unwanted clothes anywhere. It seems like staff do not put the clothes back fast enough and the bathroom doesn't get cleaned often. I do like how they place the price checker around the store. Sometimes I am able to scan and get a price sometimes the price says unavailable. I'm sure we will be back this weekend... read more

Like their product and I've ordered online from them before with no problem. However I just received a shipment from them of clothes I purchased from my granddaughter. Four out of 20, items were missing, I went online and filed a claim. Their response was an immediate denial. so quick that it appears there is no actual review, but a standard denial. When I called to peruse it further, they said the only recourse I had, once they made a denial, was to dispute the charges through my financial institution. This is just despicable and the absolute worst customer service policy I've ever heard of. I will definitely dispute the charges, but I want everyone to know that if you have a problem with Old Navy on an order placed online, don't expect any satisfaction. Came to this Old Navy location because the website said a specific shirt was available. I carefully checked each mens section and it was not there. The shirt is likely (unfortunately) part of the store's shrink. When I was checking out, the cashier was very friendly and asked if I found everything okay. I explained my situation and she offered to check for the item online to ship to my home for free! I had no idea that was an option. The trip went from a bummer to great! This is my absolute favorite Old Navy. I seem to always find great deals in the exact sizes I need. Sometimes I'm looking for something in particular and for some odd reason I overlook Old Navy. Their prices are great. The staff is attentive. The store is clean. What more can you ask for? One of the mail reasons I come to this location is because of its huge, organized clearance. Unlike other Fresno locations, this one is on top of things. Could it be a manager with a cleaning OCD greater than mine? Whatever the case may be, it looks nothing in compared to others where it looks as if a tornado swooped through it. I was trying to kill time this morning before my 10 o'clock appointment so I went in Old Navy to speed up my 45 minute wait time. Oh my gosh I went in the store and lost my mind. Ever since Covid started I haven't really been out shopping. I walked into this Old Navy and I love that they had a large inventory of plus size women's clothes. I am a big girl and I am not used to going into a store and having this huge array of options for my size. Sometimes when stores sell plus size clothing they do not have a large variety or a good number of size options. I ended up buying six dresses that were super cute. Every employee in the store was happy and smiling and so welcoming. It was so nice to be surrounded by employees that actually want to be at work. The store was super clean and the clothes were neat. I was really impressed with how many employees I saw smiling and willing to help even though they were scrambling trying to keep the store organized and the back to school shoppers happy. When the lines got long they got every cashier to the front to get everyone out as fast as they could. Came in looking for toddler clothes for a birthday present. Where is the old navy of old? The clothes have gone up in price far more than any other brand I buy, and the quality hasn't changed. It's hard to find Women's clothing that doesn't make me look like I stepped off the prairie. Heading into the kids section I had a difficult time finding toddler boys clothing.... Especially at a price point that I would consider fair for what I was purchasing. I had to search high and low to find the correct sizes and finally found 2 outfits for a nephew that would suffice. It was much easier to find suitable gifts for my 3 years old niece.... I will say that the cashier was great. Friendly and helpful. I did not get her name, but I appreciated her service. Came in on my lunch break to buy some shorts for my son. The store was busy, had a good sized line at checkout with 3 employees working the registers, one man and two women. The women held up the line with 3 customers waiting as the chatted without a care in the world with the one customer. After the customer left, it took them both (female employees) 2 minutes to call out the next customer in line. Pathetic customer service. Rude. So I bought a pair of reg priced at old navy jeans, the zipper was sewn inside. 2 weeks later the jeans go on sale I'm at old navy with the jeans I'm exchanging and they are now on sale buy one get one 1/2 off so I got a second pair of jeans. I get ran up and the sales clerk charges me full price because I'm exchanging my jeans that were defective. Had I returned them I would have gotten my money back and repurchased them along with the second pair I would have gotten it 1/2 off the second pair. How does that make sense read more

So bummed that my first review is a negative one! I love this Old Navy and it's nice that it's close-ish to me! I began by returning an item which Jennifer? I think was her name, the general manager was so nice and helpful and just kind!! But then! I was in the toddler boy section and I had walked around a few times looking for someone to help me because I had a question. I saw this woman walking out of the employee area and asked for her help. She was super rude to me telling me with an unnecessary amount of sass that she wasn't clocked in yet! Which I totally understand, but maybe she could've said something along the lines of "but let me find someone who can help you" or "let me clock in and I can come back" etc... but nope! Almost everything in the store was on sale, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Lines were long but all the registers were open and they moved fast. Mens, womens and childrens plus tons of cute knick knacks. Left the store spending more than I had planned but left with a ton of goodies and earned $40 in rewards cash for next time. Great pricing. Attentive staff. Large selection. Do not buy before you try. I took a lace bra home because I thought it was one size up from the one I chose to try on. That was my mistake. Went in to exchange/return 3pairs of shoes that my toddler out grew before even wearing. I understood that I was past my 45 days to return for a cash/credit card return, but was willing to accept store credit. They returned the shoes, but only gave me what the "sale" price was regardless of presenting my receipt. So what they did was steal money! I purchase clothing for my kids here all the time. A baby and toddler grow out of clothes so quickly. They've lost a customer, I will never purchase from old Navy again! read more

Purchased 4 pair of pants a few days ago, at the register I asked the employee if they would shrink any and she said no they will not shrink! Im ok with that... washed them(yes I know how to wash my clothes) and they did indeed shrink some, now being tight around the waist they are not comfortable to wear. I had called the store and explained my dilemma to the employee and they said they could exchange them for the same product...Great!. So I end up down at the store rummaging thru piles of pants to find the correct size take them to the register to exchange and was told that "because they have been washed I cannot exchange them for you because they cant be resold, that is our policy!" I have a policy as well!.... not to do business with a company that does not stand behind their product and has such poor customer service, They forgot who pays their salary...its the consumer!!!. Working for Nordstrom for many years I want to share a philosophy with Old Navy about customer service. "Do more for the customer, then they could ever expect". My expectations were not even close to being met today and consequently will never step foot(myself or family) in another old navy store again. read more

I came here to do some Christmas shopping, and maybe it was just picked over because of that, but I found that the store had no style at all. I've always been happy with the children section of Old Navy but they didn't have anything that I would buy my kids for Christmas. Nothing that I would buy my husband as well.
