I stopped by this Old Navy with one purpose only - to find earrings to go with a dress I was wearing later that day. Old Navy has stepped up their accessories game over the last couple of years. I'd come up with nothing at Ross and Marshall's and Old Navy was my last resort. There are several tall, revolving jewelry stands that create a passage to the register and I made a beeline there. I was impressed with the offerings though there was not a lot that was suitable for my dress. I ended up with some simple floral earrings that were $14. I ended up getting a lot of compliments that day and am wearing them again just days later. read more

3.5 stars. This is a big, spacious Old Navy in Baileys Crossroads, and it's very convenient if you're stopping by for other stores in the area. On my recent visit, everything was tidy and organized. I haven't shopped at Old Navy in a while, and I was impressed by the quality of the clothes. In particular, a lot of their baby stuff is 100 percent cotton. The store seems to not have a lot of staff. On my visit, one person was handling all transactions at the register plus online order pickups. Obviously that's a lot for a single employee. A few other employees seemed to be stocking the store. I didn't mind waiting, but some customers seemed impatient. I'll definitely shop here again, and I might try the online order and pickup option. read more

Been to this Old Navy many times just never wrote a review before. If you didn't already know, Old Navy is an American clothing and accessories retailing company owned by American multinational corporation Gap Inc, which also owns Banana Republic. Because of Covid you cannot try things on so you're pretty much have to take them home and return it if it doesn't work out. I came in for a return and the associate at the cash register was amazing, as was the store manager that jumped in to help out; they were both just so gracious and fantastic! I did purchase more items because they were having an amazing sale, which they are known for their sales. Unfortunately, I will have to return some things since I cannot try them on, but it is what it is & I appreciate the safety measures that they have in place. They have hand sanitizer located at the front of the store, there's plexiglass at every register separating you from the cashier, all staff are in masks, and the cashiers wear gloves. Great customer service and nicely priced items that are in-style! read more

It's a fairly big store. Very minimal mens options though. My biggest gripe are the staff. Twice now we've ordered something for pick up and the items were wrong. After an employee looks and says no this is the shirt I had to respond wrong color wrong size. Then I had to deal with another high schooler employee who brushed me off after one of our packages arrived and it was the wrong color. While talking to the manager about how we could resolve it he tells me I need to move so he can ring up other people. The managers who I've dealt with seem fine but they need to reconsider their hiring process. The employees are not helpful and clearly incompetent for bagging up orders. Wasting my time to drive for a wrong item and then having to scramble to find a replacement in time read more

Just dropping in for a quick update for given the current pandemic procedures and whatnot: this store is open and has plenty of signage indicating the mask requirement and plenty of sanitizer at the ready. There was actually a good amount of staff working when I dropped by to return something I had ordered online. There is an audio-recording that pops on every so often with a friendly reminder for people to stay six feet apart. The store seemed well stocked and up kept well. I didn't check to see if you can actually use the changing rooms to try stuff on right now but I wouldn't be personally comfortable doing so anyway - there's always trying on at home and then coming back to return in the future! read more

Pros: + Large store and not too busy which makes a great stop for some shopping. I like to go in and pick a ton of items at one time and go try them all on at the dressing room. Even though there's suppose to be a cap on the number of items you can take in, since it's not too busy, they always let me take in as many as I want. I really appreciate that because it makes things way more efficient and I can get on my way faster. + Friendly sales people. I've never had any issues with the customer service here. The check out lines move quickly and the staff are always nice. + Lots of variety of items. I typically am able to find all the styles that I've seen online and more. They have a very large clearance section so you can browse to your heart's content. They also have a nice sized jewelry section so you can pick up some accessories too. Cons: +It's definitely more on the messy side, especially the further back you go into the store. Things on the tables are almost never in size order or even in an organized way where you can read the labels quickly. The tables are usually messed up with pants and shirts thrown around. The Clearance section I mentioned before is always a hot mess. Nothing is in size order and things are just hanging randomly everywhere. You really have to have the patience to dig around or browse through racks and racks of random stuff if you want to shop in the Clearance section. + The sizes are not complete. I'd often find just very large sizes of pants when shopping here. I am a size 4 and that's not all that easy to come by. I usually find a million 8+ but not many smaller. I also know Old Navy has "Tall" and "Short" and "Petite" but you can't really find these types of sizes in store. In general, I use this store as trying on store. I go try on everything I want and then go online to order it. I do this because oftentimes online has better prices than in stores and also the sizes are more complete online. Was never really into Old Navy, but there are times there are some very good clothing I just can't pass up. Today; however, was not the case. Today the store looked like it had been hit hard. The place had clothes all over the place and didn't look taken care of. The lack of staff members had a lot to do with how the place looked. You may wonder what a (youthful) 35 year old is doing in Old Navy. Well, um...you see...actually, I don't know anymore why I bother. Places like Old Navy are good for replenishing staples; t-shirts, hooded gym sweaters, cheap beach clothes, etc. I guess it's a slight upgrade from American Apparel but is the ugly step child of Gap and Banana Republic. I've been coming to this location for over a decade and not much has changed. While people complain about the disheveled appearance of the store, I can attest that it used to look like the floor of a teenaged boy's bedroom. The store and the company are in a need of a facelift- period. Old Navy is looking like the Navy has abandoned ship and the clothes were dropped off at the Salvation Army. The clothes are haphazardly thrown in arbitrary piles by patrons and it's an impossible task for store employees to fix remnants of a tsunami. Verdict: Abandon Ship. The Old Navy has seen better days, love don't live here anymore. Either get a New Navy or call the infantry for backup before patrons give up. Besides, I'm too old for this ship. read more

This location is, without a doubt, the dirtiest and most disorganized Old Navy I have ever visited. My first trip was on a Saturday, so I chalked up the mess to the fact that it was a busy weekend. However, my second (and last) trip was in the middle of the day on a Tuesday, and I swear the store was in worse condition than my first visit. Clothes were scattered everywhere. Display racks looked more like someone's pile of laundry. There was no rhyme or reason to where clothes were located. The sales associates were milling about, seemingly oblivious to the store's disarray. The mess was too overwhelming and off-putting. I walked out without buying anything. I walked in, saw an item that I liked. I pointed out that it was 35% off online, compared to 20% off in store. I asked them to match the price. I have done this before at stores and they have ALWAYS done it at other retailers. I pulled it up online and everything. They said they can't match online prices. Huh? OK, so... Bailey's has dependable stores in the shopping center, but the shopping center itself feels so dilapidated. Either way, this Old Navy is tucked in the corner with ample parking. For the last week I've been a mad woman on the hunt for a new swimsuit. I was in the general vicinity at my weekly Wednesday volunteer gig so I thought I'd stop in after to see what Old Navy had because I was running out of options. This location is sketchtastic to the max. It's larger than the Potomac Yard location and it has a huge sale section but it's one hot mess. It's in a state of total disarray and it's just not comfortable to shop in. I took in what must have been 20 swimsuits to try on and there was nobody manning the fitting room so I went on in anyways. Don't even get me started on the piles of clothing that have collected in the fitting room area. While I'm in the fitting room, I hear 3 or 4 staff people and they're clearly disgruntled and disengaged with their jobs. Then I was treated to a 5 minute debate on whether the song playing in the store was sung by Paris Hilton or not. At this point, I want to impale myself with a hanger. I finish up and it's about 20 minutes before closing when they start to shut off the lights. I could see if it was right at closing time or a few minutes after but 20 minutes before?! It's like this store doesn't want customers to make purchases. Poor merchandising, poor customer service and now you want to turn off the lights when I still have twenty minutes to browse in a fully-lit environment? If you need to go to an Old Navy, go to Potomac Yard. It's a neat, friendly and welcoming location. read more

It's Old Navy. Been here, and done that.... several times. Old Navy is an old whore at this point with as many visits she's received from me. She's cheap, fast, and easy to get through. I am talking about my shopping excursions -- quit thinking nasty perverted things. I find their sales rack to always be filled with goodies. I beeline here first before exploring the rest of the store unless they're having a blow out sale like I experienced on Black Thursday (Friday). Staff are usually friendly. Dressing room is always a mess no matter what time of day you go, so don't be surprised if you have to move out other people's shit from previous if you go in the dressing room. I tend to shop online. check online offers before heading to the store. The store is mess, for real. How the clothes are set up ... ain't proper and doesn't show good management. No order in displaying the clothes size. Employees work hard though.. but just not proper supervision. They have great deals. My fellow recent reviewers said it all--this is the most disorganized and dirty old navy store I've ever been to--and I've been to quite a lot of them. Now that this is my closest store I do all of my shopping online and only come to this cluster when I have to return something. There is ALWAYS a line, they never seem to be staffed properly. This store seems smaller than any of its Old Navy peers, but it's in a convenient location. That, my friends, is its only selling point. While it boasted a decent selection of items (it's still a little disorganized, but it doesn't resemble Chernobyl), the staff I've dealt with there have been less than decent. I was there earlier this week to spend a GAP card coupon before its expiration date and the cashier snapped at me to ask, "Well, are you going to give that to me or what?" I was actually waiting for HER to take my items when she got off the sales phone and her attitude was uncalled for. This Old Navy has gotten better recently! I went back for the first time in 6 months or so and was pleasantly surprised. The store employees were available and periodically checked in with us to see if we needed any help. There were a lot of great clothing choices and everything was in stock and nicely hung/stacked, etc. The fitting rooms were clean and the line to check out was incredibly fast. The checkout guy even quickly corrected a pricing error when I pointed it out without making me feel awkward :) Overall a great experience! read more

While this Old Navy store isn't entirely the most cleanest/organized, they all have employees working there with great intentions. They are friendly without a doubt, nonetheless, still disorganized and do not care for the maintenance of the store for the most part. When I say "disorganized" I don't mean you're most likely bound to find (for example) children's clothing in the men's aisle. I mean that there isn't much of a chronological order in sizes, the clothing found in these aisles/category STAY within the aisles/category, they just aren't in order from sizes. This clothing store is phenomenal for those who are on a tight budget and want to get their moneys worth. Plenty of discounts constantly, furthermore, if you spend a certain amount, you get a cash voucher that you can use at a later date, which is fairly neat. Lastly, upon purchasing my items, the cashiers who ring you out are super kind and always welcoming with a smile that isn't false, providing an excellent service only at ring out. read more

Horrendous. The store is so poorly organized, and a lot of the staff have no idea about current sales and pricing. I came here because it was the closest location to me (in DC) with maternity clothes. The selection online is so amazing, so I figured the stores would also carry a great array of maternity clothes. Wrong. Maternity is relegated to the back corner, by infant stuff (which makes sense in a way....I guess....but I'm looking at ladies clothes, not baby clothes). Everything, and I mean everything in the section is poorly organized. There is such limited offering of clothes and sizes, and it really just appears to be a hodgepodge of last season's leftovers at ridiculous clearance prices (because no one wants them!) and a few new season offerings that are just "eh". I decided on a few pairs of maternity pants (which actually are really quite nice) and was pleased that they were on sale for $20 each (according to the huge sign above). When I went to check out, they rang up full price and I had to have the cashier call someone else to do a price check (which took several minutes because they had no one on the floor available). "Are you sure they're on sale?" she asked me. "Well, yes, there is a huge sign saying 'maternity pop pants for $20' so, yeah....". I also randomly found a cute maternity dress in the regular women's section, with a bunch of other dresses that were labeled 50% off. Score! - I thought. This dress was also rung up at full price and after another price check (slash conversation with another co-worker) the cashier said, naw, it must've been there by mistake. (Let it be known, however, that I found several maternity clothing items in the regular women's section, so someone isn't re-stocking very well). If that is the case, there needs to be a lot better organization of goods. I'm going to stick to buying Old Navy maternity clothes online, thank you very much. read more

Really bad experience. It was a Saturday morning, a little after they opened - but shouldn't it be cleanest before everyone's trampled through?? It was filthy. Nothing organized. Literally the most disgusting dressing room I've ever been in, in my life. Gum on the wall, trash on the floor, clothes everywhere. This is a very spacious location compared to other Old Navy stores I've gone to. I haven't had to interact much with the staff, but I can say that the check out process can get pretty slow. I suspect that they purposely put the slowest cashiers there as an effort to make us leave out of a fit of impatience or go back and shop more. That's primary gripe. On the occasions that I would visit the store, it was clean and organized for the most part. I will say that consumers should be careful and verify the sizes prior to purchasing. An example of this would be that one should check the tag to verify the size because the Hanger states otherwise. read more

Just visited this store to pick up clothes for the holiday weekend. They really need to improve on their customer service. This trip was disappointing. I was trying to find Nationals gear for the ball game and approached several employees (1 a manager) to help me find a large size. They all just looked at me and shook their heads. No one offered to help me look for or find something similar, or even check the system. All the shelves were in disarray and I just wanted a shirt my husband could wear to the game. When I was leaving I noticed the giant sign in front that says "can't find a size, ask an associate" I think they should take down the false advertising because none of their associate seem willing to help out a customer;( I will try Potomac yards next time. read more

This store is has gone downhill over the past few years in terms of quality, selection, organization and friendliness/helpfulness of employees. I would rather drive to Tysons Old Navy than to deal with this mess of a store. There is always a long line to check out (doesn't matter what day or time) and never any employees available to assist. I agree with the reviewers from 2008 who said that this place was a disaster. The first time I went in it, I could not believe how messy and disorganized it was. It was just complete chaos: clothes strewn everywhere, no organization, dressing room overflowing with cast-offs. BUT -- I gave it another chance a couple of months ago (May 2009), and it's gotten a lot better. When you walk in, things just look a lot neater. It looks like a normal Old Navy now, and not a crime scene. A salesperson even helped me find a shoe that had been separated from its mate. Their maternity section is sadly lacking; there's almost nothing there. But overall, I give the place credit for greatly improving in the past year. read more

Kinda crappy one its ok at times but for the most part it can be quite messy. The thing I don't really like about this one the most is that in the clearance section there's a lot of broken and torn garments. The employees aren't all that helpful at times.
