The committee that runs the sale volunteer and rent the church. It is a well run "machine." Donations are made to charities with the proceeds. No 50% after-sale. Shoppers: Come early and focus on one section at a time. But, don't be afraid to show up late to avoid the morning crowd. Things do get put back later in the morning. Cash or check only. Consignors: Trust the system, price low and check the reject pile on Friday night/Saturday morning. Hangers aren't necessary. Boy clothing and older girls (4t and up) sell well.
