I love the consistency of the prices for all things in the store. They have very nice separates and you can mix and match them up with each piece. I tried to give this store a chance but they are very unwelcoming...no one even speaks when you come through the door..tried to return and item which my receipt said "no refunds only exchanges" which was fine but the rude manager maria stated there was absolutely no returns or exchanges and the girl who rung me up should have told me which she did but she only said no refunds ...but when trying to explain maria she kept cutting me off....she also took my receipt and wouldnt give it back...I stood my ground and exchanged my shirts but I heard maria and her coworker talking about me in the back of the store...this store had a bad vibe and I will not be returning... Love this place because they sell clothes and accessories for an amazing price.. I'm talking about $1-3!! Nothing is ever $10 or more! I even got really nice costs for winter for about $9.99 you really can't be the prices here.. The only thing is it can be hard to find the perfect item for yourself because the store can be messy.. They have tons of mixed clothing and random sizes. So basically its a giant mix of clothes that you have to search through. During my most recent visit, almost every piece of clothing was $3.99 and under which is a steal if you can find something ! When I was checking out, I saw a sign that promotes a 10% disocunt if you like them on facebook. When I asked about it, the cashier smirked and shook her head. When I asked her if that was a yes, she raised her voice and stated that she said yes. Also, the cashier beside her rudely shouted yes. After showing her that I liked the page, she told me that I had to share it as well. When I refused to do so, the Asian lady (manager?) shouted "No discount than." All of the employees arrogantly smirked. It's not like I needed the discount; however they acted as if I was poor and humilated me. I came here for my first time hoping I would find some deals on clothes! To my surprise they don't just carry clothes but also jewelry for $1 and toys and all type of items. What first caught my attention is that their jewelry that resembles Charlotte Russe was only one dollar! And then they have those new boho tattoos that are silver and gold for 1.99. Their clothes are alright to my style. Nothing caught my eye. They have shoes and sandals as cheap as $10, and even carry converse chucks. I would definitely come back here when I'm in need or some new clubbing shoes. This store is clean and organized well for all the things they carry. This place is way better than Salvation Army. I used to buy a LOT of my wardrobe here. They used to be super friendly and had a HUGE selection of plus size clothing In the past 6 months everytime I come in the plus size clothing had diminished and there is one boy, I call him that because he is SUPER RUDE and bully-ish every time I have come in, that has given me a hard time and made rude comments about my weight and what a fat cow i am. Today he snarkily informed me I couldn't try a couple shirts over my other clothing and i should know what size i wear already...as his dermal was bleeding and looking all crusty and gross on his face. I would be more concerned about the bodily fluids leaking out of your face tan getting all over everything than letting me try on a effing tee shirt OVER my street clothes They have no fitting room and their exchange policy sucks BIG TIME and I can't even slip a tee shirt on over my street clothes to make sure I don't have to waste the gas coming back to exchange it for another I'll fitting thing since I can't try anything on plus get verbally assaulted by some punk making 9 bucks an hour? I was looking for slacks and a nice top for some job interviews. First I went to the mall and couldn't find any slacks that was a reasonable price. Forever 21 didn't have anything good. I looked everywhere in the mall and gave up after 2 hours. Then I went here. I found slacks that were really cute for only $10!!!! And a cute top for $8!!!! I'm glad I spent under $20 for an outfit than paying that for one pair of slacks or for a top. You just gotta look hard for the good stuff. They also have super cute sandals! read more

I love this store. I've been shopping here for years! They have a great selection, even great shoes. (Especially flats) and also have an accessory lil store inside. It took my awhile to find good things. Most of their clothes looked goof on the rack but not on me. They felt cheap and wasnt worth $9.99 in my opinion. In the end I ended up getting a couple cute tees for $1.99 . & black boots. They had a couple good cute looking shoes but none in my size! I was satisfied but what I didn't like was the customer service. As I was cashing out, I also had thibgs to return. The manager seemed very rude and pissed off. I went to this store with a coupon for my purchases. The coupon stated $5 off any purchase of $20 or more. My purchases totaled over $23.00. The manager said that I had to purchase $4.00 or more to get the discount! She gave me a lame reason that after the $5.00 off it needed to total 20.00! What? I should contact The Better Business Bureau about this incident. I went to Payless with a coupon that stated 10 off $25 or more purchase. I bought saddles for 26.00 and with no problem the store deducted $10. The managers at that 10 dollar store should review their promotions! read more
