It has been many years that Rosa J.'s Friday after Thanksgiving is pitch "black." For those who have dedicate their lives in retail, each and every year they gotta fight to make their sale plans because it is what it is: money needs to be made so that your close won't be closed. Anyway, I think it's enough for my retail prep talk. This Old Navy seemed to be extremely lethargic on the Sunday afternoon after Black Friday. I believe that the staff members really had enough. They would rather stay in their zone, fold all the sweaters on the table, and count down the hours left for their shifts. Yes, I totally get it. I wanted to give as much as sympathy as possible, but their women's clearance section was horrendous. Other than garments abandoned on the ground, the clothes on hungers were either loosely hung or were hung incorrectly. I was really trying to browse, yet I failed. The reason why I even had remaining energy to head to the Old Navy was to use my about-to-expire Old Navy credit card reward certificates. Three (3) stars were given for the deals we could get on hubby's t-shirt and thermal shift for $4 and some change! If you know how to handle a credit card and can sufficiently utilize those reward certificates to save money, Old Navy wouldn't be a bad place to shop. read more

Very clean and organized store. Staff is always helpful. The only downside is having to wait in line to check out. But if you shop during low-traffic hours, that's not an issue. Merchandise is sometimes low quality--winter coats in particular -- yet other stuff is wonderful! I have Jean jackets and jeans that have lasted several years. Loved the long underwear-type shirts from last winter. Bought them in many colors and gave them as gifts, too. Just don't over-dry the Old Navy cotton merchandise in the dryer and it will be fine! read more

My God..... literally about 30 people in line, only two cashiers checking out..... been waiting in line to buy my stuff for almost a half hour. You would think management would have scheduled extra help on a day that there's a sale and certainly when they see 30 people in line..... what a poorly-managed store, I will think twice before I shop here again. Ya know... Old Navy is Old Navy... it's the Step Son of THE GAP, which is the roommate of Banana Republic. Which has turned to absolute shit. Anyways, it's a place you come in, get what you need and leave. Not a whole lot to talk about. Cheap stuff , cheap prices and a store that hasn't changed or had a makeover for about as long as Oprah. And yes... they both need one. I put my cargo shorts through hell and wear them out so it's nice to replace quickly. If people think this place is overpriced... try GoodWill... maybe that's more your speed. I hate to say it, it you can't find you're size at Old Navy... then that should speak for itself... because they really do always have a ton of it. read more

Came here with 2 returns and anticipated purchasing 5 new items. There were two cashiers, both ringing up customers. The first cashier was helping a customer purchasing multiple items, so it was going to to take her a while. The other cashier at register #003 was ringing up another customer who forgot something in her car and ran out to grab it. I was second in line, and I looked behind me and there were about 5 or 6 more customers behind me. The cashier at register #003 and I made eye contact and I ask "is there someone else that can come and help ring?" The first cashier looks at me, no reply. The cashier at register 003 says "she said she'll be right back". I used to work retail 16 yrs ago at Ulta Salon & Cosmetics, and it was or policy that 2 or more customers in line, we call for an additional cashier to help ring, and call more based on the number of customers in line. There were three other employees I saw intently folding clothes and meandering about throughout the store while O was shopping, so I can't imagine they were short staffed. It is absurd that there are only 2 cashiers (technically 1 really ringing up someone, as the other cashier was waiting for a customer who ran to her car), 7 or 8 people in line, and 3 other employees milling about on the floor. No rhyme or reason. I will always order online, ship back any returns, and NEVER step foot in this disorganized store even though unfortunately I live close by. read more

This is the Old Navy that is closest to me... So I frequent this one most often. I find that this particular store doesn't carry as much as other Old Navy stores. Everything is often unkempt and the arrangement is poorly done... but does it's job, I guess. I do have to say that Old Navy as a whole has raised their prices significantly yet haven't bothered to better the quality of their clothes. Most things are not worth paying full price for anymore. $40 for a cardigan? Get real, Old Navy. Wait til you have a coupon. read more

Let me just put this out there. I LOVE OLD NAVY! I shop there all the time, just not at this location. Yesterday I went there because I was at the mall, and decided to stop by. First thing, this store is NOTHING like the one I regularly go to in Bloomingdale. The store was a mess. Although it's completely understandable since it's holiday season. The thing that made me give them such a low score is their customer service. Not one employee even acknowledged you unless you asked them something. Even then, they made no effort to be nice. There was a total of one register open, and about 10 people in line. The guy at the register was taking his sweet time folding the clothes and scanning items. Long story short, this guy took about 10 minutes with three items, and no other employee in the store even bothered to open another register, or even call someone to come help. It was the most ridiculous experience I have ever had in a store. read more

Worst Old Navy, ever. It's in a dinky strip mall and it's dark and cramped. They seemed to be always understaffed because the store is dirty with merchandise haphazardly strewn and the checkout line long. read more

The racks were packed so tightly I was unable to sift through them. It was extremely frustrating. Also I was pretty pissed that after buying $400 worth of clothes for my entire family I was erronously charged 2 additional mystery items not in my bag totaling $60! The clerks need better training. We wont be going to this store again. read more

I tried to get into the fitting room and it was closed! They said the store is closing soon. I tried all my items on in front of a mirror in the store and I definitely would have purchased 9 out of the 12 items but because the girl didn't let me into the fitting room and was not nice about it, I just put them on the side. I guess they can put them back! By the way I made it to the checkout line to return my online order 6 minutes before closing! I guess old navy doesn't care about profit. If I could give this store zero stars I would for two employees that are so brash. One is an older woman who (has been there for years) is so curt and rude when someone does a return. Lady-- newsflash---I have a toddler. Moms with toddlers are sometimes forced to by two sizes and return the one that their kid doesn't fit. The other is a guy with dark hair and a ponytail. He acts like the line police. A few is us in line could not believe how much he freaks out about the line. If you are two steps in front of the "wait here" line.. Poor service, no cashiers. Been here a couple times and they only have two cashiers working on Saturday or sunday and now during the holiday season 3, wow. Most of the staff are folding clothes, which is great but you need more cashier. You are making sales and strong sales so have the needed support. The so called store manager Aika is terrible. I stopped there today to quick do a even exchange same pants, same color, same styple but needed a larger size. I had the receipt in hand to have it quick. I seen in other stores, they do not have to complete a exchange on the computer, just swap the item. There was a long line, so I asked the cashier if I can just swap, she said no I have to wait in line. I asked for mgr, Aika came and was so loud and nuts, was over talking me and trying to get other customers involved by saying I want to cut in front of others, why would you start to escalate this type of situation that can be unsafe for me and the store. Woman is nuts and rude. When I went back in line to exchange and had another cashier then the first one and I asked her for the store manager name, she kept talking there are multiple this and that and was trying to avoid providing me that, when I said the store main manager she said Aika, which is the woman that I delt with. What in the world happened to this store? I was there early on Saturday morning when one would expect the store to be neat and clean. What a mess! I was directed to use dressing room 5 and it was filthy with tags and large amounts of dust all over the floor Does anyone ever sweep or clean? It was gross I didn't even want to put my stuff down. I will be writing a letter to corporate as well, the store is a MESS I wanted to purchase some 5t jeans for my daughter and could not find them. Everything was so disorganized, then I seen a rack that said 75% off online items get to the register and the girl tells me that because they sell the item in the store it's only 40%. Whattt wait honor ur sign and the fact that the tag said online and had no price. Nope she wouldn't so here I am and I hope the district manager and corporate enjoy by next letter. read more

This location gives Old Navy a HORRIBLE rep. It's disorganized and sections are not clearly separated; clothes are dirty and torn; price/sale signs don't line up with racks so it's hard to tell what's on sale and what isn't. The staff is beyond rude to guests - raising their voices at customers, rolling their eyes as they walk away. I will never be back here. Absolutely appalling. read more

I will never EVER go to this store ever again! I went in to look for gloves for my daughter and as soon as I walked in I saw 2 employees who didn't even look my way. Red flag! Customers in store and employees do not acknowledge you! I found the gloves on my own and after 10 min for searching for boys scarves, I gave up! I bought the gloves but left feeling very Unwanted! Let me just start with saying I have been an avid Old Navy shopper since I was a kid. I stopped by this location this afternoon and was so discusted with how the Manager, Aika, interacted with her staff. As someone who worked in sales (and management) for years, I could not fathom how her employees keep it together. She (Aika) was yelling at a gentleman who was working on a floorset to get his attention across the store. ACROSS THE STORE. She claimed she was using her walkie, but then I suppose he is deaf, yet was helpful to me once he was balked over, and did not seem to have any hearing deficit. She was so rude and not the type of manager I would ever have as a role model in my store. The gentleman, on the other hand, was great. I felt so uncomfortable from Aika and will need to find a new location. I will never go to this location ever again. read more
