They have simplified their return process, as they offer email receipts, so researching my return was simple on my end having to look through my emails. They found the size to exchange and price matched, as apparently Christmas has sales but the after-Christmas doesn't? The customer service was as good as expected.

The ladies that work there are FUN and sassy and generally make being there a pleasure. The cons: Full price is PRICEY! If you like something you better buy it while it is still there, since their inventory turns over quickly. Many of their items are made from inferior materials and fall apart quickly, or pill up so that they look bad. Some of their jeans are durable, and some have holes within six months and it can be hard to tell which are which.
