I went to the store today to claim $10 that they give you as a birthday present and the girl who attended me (with fair skin and blonde hair wore a white or gray vest) was very rude, I didn't know where to find the QR code and I asked her, but she only replied that she didn't know the truth, I didn't like the girl's attitude towards me, i also asked her if she scanned my points and she just said it suppose to be there, I saw her attending to other customers and she behaved very friendly, I don't know if she was rude to me because I have dark skin or what her reasons were, I also asked her for a bag and she couldn't give it to me. Good customer experience. The line for returns/purchases was long, but the wait wasn't more than 5 minutes. I've shopped here recently for Christmas and purchased products that needed to be delivered (sizes weren't available in the store), and they shipped free to my home. They have simplified their return process, as they offer email receipts, so researching my return was simple on my end having to look through my emails. They found the size to exchange and price matched, as apparently Christmas has sales but the after-Christmas doesn't? The customer service was as good as expected. read more

I have loved Victoria Secret for years, probably well beyond what is fashionable for someone in their early thirties. I enjoy the ease of ordering online, getting the great VS discounts and free shipping then returning anything to the store that doesn't fit. I accidentally included a very important and valuable personal item in my VS return-by-mail bag. I called VS the day after I mailed it to see if they could mail my personal item back to me. They told me there was nothing they could do and that they would throw my item away when it reached the return center. Terrible customer service, terrible product organization. Just terrible. I just left this location about 30 minutes ago. I will only shop here during slow hours to avoid congestion. It's Thursday, just after 2PM so it's perfect. There's only me and one other customer. I'm shopping around, browsing along as I make my way over to the ladies lingerie. From the time I entered the store and walked through, I passed 6 workers, but counted 8. Not one gestured a welcome or said hello. However, 3 began to follow me. Lol? It must be because I'm super pretty ‍ As I'm shopping, looking for cute pieces, I am beginning to feel flustered. The organization of the pull out drawers is awful. Some are so overstuffed making it nearly impossible to open or close. And the panties aren't even folded. It looks as if a toddler came through and shoved as many panties they could into one drawer! The sizes are also mixed making the entire shopping experience disappointing. To add, I couldn't help but realize, the 3 ladies who were following me, stopped about 10 feet from me and carried on with their personal conversations. After 30 minutes of circling the area, attempting to open/close drawers, still no customer service. Ladies, ladies, ladies. I understand the panty tables are probably the worst aspect of this particular job, but do understand, not only does it make YOUR customers shopping experience pleasant, but it also shows the integrity of YOUR store. But I regress. There are many reasons as to why this store is the way it is. Retrain, I suppose, but work ethic, you can't teach. I say begin with the very core basics. Start slow. Engaging with customers and saying "hello" appears to be a tough feat these days. read more

I've gone to a lot of different Victoria's Secret stores repeatedly and I've never had this bad of an experience. Today I went in to shop for my birthday, I passed about 6 employees when I was in the store and not a single one greeted me or offered help with anything. Most of them were just in their own conversations and would look right at me and get back to their conversation without a word said to me. So first thing I felt disrespected the first few minutes of being in there. I go over to a rack close to the dressing room and there are two employees chatting there. I can hear one of the girls is talking loudly, I glance up at her for a second and she looks back at me, whispers something to her coworker, her coworker looks at me and they start whispering back and forth, staring at me. So at this point I'm even more uncomfortable because it's clear they are gossiping about me. All I was doing was minding my own business and I glance up and see this. I'm sure you can imagine how upsetting it is at this point that now, I don't even feel comfortable shopping because the workers feel it is okay to talk smack about their customers blatantly and out in the open. On top of this, it's a maze and everything is so disorganized and messy. Things look thrown all over and lots of shelves and drawers are empty and broken. I get to the check out line. It's like 8 customers in line with one employee doing the check out while 6 other employees are out talking to each other on the floor, literally doing nothing. Basically, this was the worst customer service I've experienced. read more

While I love to support small businesses when it comes to things like lingerie and little frilly things, there are simply times when you've got to go to Victoria's Secret (let's not even pretend, I love this place!) I was just here and a sales associate, Taylor, was extremely helpful but not in a pushy way. She figured out the types of things I like and guided me towards them and assisted with finding sizes and colours without being overbearing. Their selection has definitely increased from a few years back and I'm definitely pleased about that. read more

Wonderful! My favorite store! Since the remodel, it is much more organized and spacious. All the sales ladies are helpful and kind, I have never had a bad experience. If there was one thing I could critique, it would be to have more registers open, but that is the only negative attribute I can think of. read more

To whom it may concern: I would like to write to you about my recent customer service experience at your Tacoma mall location. As I walked into the store I was already unimpressed by the state in which the store was in. Tables tossed, drawers unfolded, unorganized and just utter mayhem. I figured, hey maybe it's because they have a sale going on so it's understandable, also being the holidays I let it slide. After having at least now $100 worth of merchandise in my hands and nearly 20 mins. Later of roaming this mess of a store I am finally approached by and associate... a lame excuse of an associate. She wasn't well put together, she looked like a hot mess. Far be It from me to judge her but she wasn't ready to work from her appearance. You guys sell sex. It's your gimmick, but yet your associates clearly don't care. After I am approached I assume now maybe she can help find the matching sets to the bras I have now selected because I can't locate them in the pig sty of drawers she now directs me in the direction where they'd be.. doesn't walk me there or at least show me where they might be, it was a "they're over there go find them" kind of help.. wtf?with a point of her finger I am off.. Before I had even gotten the chance to ask where those were she was having an entire conversation with another employee on her walkie about lunch breaks meanwhile I am starring at her blankly waiting contemplating what in the world she is getting paid for. By this point I am ready to walk out.. but I love having Victoria secret things, they make you feel good, they boost your confidence, they support you... I wanted what I wanted and I just wanted to be treated like a decent paying customer at least. I gather my things and wait in line. There are 7 people ahead of me in line and two cashiers. It's busy, I get it. IT is the holidays, I get it.. 20 mins waiting in line with no call for back up and more than a handful of employees roaming around and now at least another 7 people behind me I wait. Maybe someone will call for back up... (crickets) nothing. I gave up. I had at least $250 worth of items in my shopping bag... but it wasn't worth it what so flipping ever. I waited to write this because I thought maybe I was just overreacting... it's now a week later.. I still feel the rise this experience brings out of me. I am sorely disappointed with this store experience. I really wanted the bralette sets, I went to the south center store and it was an astronomical huge in difference.. Their store was clean. It was organized. It was well branded. It had good flow. The drawers of underwear's were folded and stocked. Several people asked to help me within seconds of each other. The fitting room attendant was efficient and clean. When I waited in line for about ten minutes they called for backup and from two cashier to four cashiers. The associate directed the flow of customers to avoid mayhem...it was a well-run store. It was a wonderful experience. I hope to hear from you soon to hear how you will remedy this situation. Love this store, love the displays. Can look a bit cluttered when they bring the semiannual sale items out, but that is to be expected. Always a variety of pretty little things, but not well stocked in popular colors or designs, but I guess that is to be expected as well...especially around specific holidays. Staff is friendly and those that do the fittings are very good at it and realize that there is a difference in how certain styles fit. There is always someone on the floor available for assistance, but the ear pieces are somewhat distracting when you hear them talking to others. I do love this store, but the location in the mall makes it extremely busy at times. read more

Had a great experience at the store!! We recently moved down closer to this mall, and I had never been there before this weekend. The employees at the store seem a lot more personable and welcoming then other stores that I have been to at other mall's. Sarah specifically was absolutely stellar with her customer service!!! I came in with less than an hour to get in and out and be at a restaurant we had reservations at which was more than 5 miles away. I told Sarah what I was looking for (I am a mom so I need coverage but also still wanted lift), she fitted me and within less than 30 minutes I was out of the store and had scored some really amazing deals because they had a sale going on too. Sarah was absolutely in tune with my needs from the second we started talking, she gauged my personality and my sense of urgency (or speed cause I have adhd and am always fast paced) and moved at the same tempo as me the whole time! She has a great personality and is really easy to talk to. She also made me feel very comfortable in front of her even with just a bra on which is also rare!! This store is a disppointment. I've been in 3 different occassions and varied the day, time, and items I was looking to buy. Out of the 3 visits, I had ONE associate who was professional and could hold a conversation. I purchase most of my work clothes through VS online-highly recommned it, especially if you have a VS card. The deals are awesome & they're always offering card holders some promotional incentive. I am very familiar with this company, their brands, and the quality of merchandise & service. Looks like I'll keep shopping online. read more

I walked around the store helping myself for 15 minutes unacknowledged and unapproached, looking for the replacement bra for the one I had hoped to exchange because it was falling apart already. I brought it up to the front and asked for a replacement. I expressed that I was disappointed that a bra priced so high would not last more than a year. I cannot believe the lack of customer sensitivity I was treated with. I never once received an acknowledgement , apology or anything other than a cynical laugh and a snotty attitude from the store manager, Leiny, who said "(laugh) I cannot return this for you since it's been 90 days since you purchased it..." in a condescending tone to make me feel silly for expecting quality beyond 90 days. I emphasized that I didn't want a return, but an exchange for the product that did not uphold. I showed her the tears where the fabric has ripped and instead of offering apology or even the minimal concern to my satisfaction as a customer, she challenged whether or not I cared for the bra properly. I would have accepted the 90 day policy and walked away content had she at least showed some concern or effort to at least try to help me instead of acting like a catty high school snob at the cool table. I happen to know a thing or two about proper customer care, and that wasn't it. Anything that provokes a complaint out of a person who is as uncomfortable complaining as I am, is pretty poor service. read more

Love their lotions and body wash! The girls there are very friendly and try to be helpful. Only complaint is they do not know how to properly fit people for bras. I've been naively letting them improperly fit me for years. The problem is Victoria's Secret does not make larger cup sizes with small band sizes so to compromise (and essentially make a sale and attempt to make the customer happy) they have you go up a band size. You should NEVER compromise band size for cup size. The band is 80% of proper fit of the bra. Their bras are beautiful and comfortable (at first) but unless fitted properly you eventually become quite disappointed with the fit. They have been measuring me at a 36DD for years while ive recently discovered i actually am a 34G. HUGE difference! I've been unhappy with the fit of my bras for years but always thought it was just "me". I've always gone off the size VS always measured me at, which I know now has been very wrong. My advice to you all is to research online how to "properly" fit yourself for a bra and take your own measurements at home. Or head over to Nordstrom who carry a larger assortment of larger sizes and are VERY educated on fitting you properly. Yes their bras are about twice as much as VS but worth it to have the perfect fit. VS has lost my "bra" business for good (at least until until they start carrying larger sizes). They also need to start educating their employees on proper fit and stop trying to push customers into a sale rather than the correct bra. The only reason however I am giving this store 4 stars, is because it was one of their employees who ended up suggesting I go to Nordstrom. Thank you for that! Goodness, where do I start? When I first walked in, I had no idea what size I even was anymore. This lady peeked about the corner and came up to me and I told her my ordeal. Without hesitating she brought out the pink measuring tape and measured me right away. I was thinking I was a 34A come to find out I'm a 32C! I instantly had a confidence boost. From there she walked me around the store and said which bras she wanted me to try on (After asking which I preferred of course.) and even introduced me to the lady attending the dressing room. They all fit so perfectly! I was tempted to buy all of them but decided on just one for now. Then they mentioned about the Angel card at the check out. I was a little hesitant mostly because I didn't think I was going to be approved, but I was. I ended up getting $15 off my purchase right away because of it. They definitely know customer service there! 10/10 would go again and recommend. read more

Ashley was extremely helpful today (4/31/16)! I've come to Victoria's Secret countless times in search of a strapless bra that actually keeps its shape without the straps attached to no avail. This is a very bad location. It seems like there's never any staff whenever I need help when I go there. The associates just walk around and never talk to any customers and when you have a question there's no one there to help you.
