Visited to look for a specific item. We could not find it and finding help was a bit difficult. The reason for the 3-stars. But after hunting down an associate we were able to determine they did not have it. But she was very helpful in checking other stores and they didn't have it either. Overall it's a good value shopping experience with good selection (except what I was looking for). The store is well organized and clean. On 07/03/2021 my wife and granddaughter went into the store to pickup an order. The employee with whom they spoke said the order had already been picked up. My wife's response was it had not as she was there to pick it up. The store's response was it was apparently picked up by another Teresa. The store had given the already paid for merchandise to someone without checking identification or the email document that is supposed to be shown for pickup. The items were not in stock in the store. The employees response was; "Sorry about that." The store refunded the money paid. "Sorry about that" and a refund is not an adequate response. The clothes were for camp our granddaughter is going to on 07/05/2021. There is no time to reorder. The employees could have done better. They could have called other stores to check stock and gotten the items delivered. The employees did not care or want to help at all. We doubt we or our granddaughter will shop there again either in person or online. read more

Been here several times. Some great deals. Some good selections. I come here to this location at the South Hill mall to mainly purchase some work out active wear or purchase gifts. I've noticed some improvement in the quality of clothes & improvement in the service line (goes pretty quickly). They provide excellent customer service. Store is clean & neat most of the times. Terrible store. I had an original receipt, tags on the original items. The shorts were a gift from my mother-in-law. One attendant said my receipt WAS accepted. After shopping for replacement items, another told me the receipt was outside their return cutoff date. Got on the phone with the company's customer service and they reported that the store was wrong and that my return would be just fine. So I went back to the store and asked for the manager. Before she would help me the store manager asked for my case number. She attempted to take care of my exchange, reminding me multiple times that while "they aren't supposed to do that, she would do it for me." The manager tried to do it for me. And when prompting me for a form of payment so that I could pay the difference on additional items, her card reader could not process my Apple Pay. My wife had my credit card, so Apple Pay was my only option. We went to 4 other registers to ring up the items. Each time she asked for my ID and street address, phone number. None of them could read Apple Pay. I asked if this is a regular occurrence with Apple Pay, and she said yes. So no Apple Pay, no to exchanges unless you call for help from their customer service line, and no to customer service unless you show more proofs of residence than your local DMV and the State Department. Old Navy, I thought you were for old people, children and teens but I found out differently when I was roaming the South Hill Mall this weekend. Found 15 shirts and sweaters that I like and the price started at $1! Yes, you read that right! The most expensive item was a shirt for $15. Everything else was $1, $3, $4, $6, or $10. What a deal. They had a couple tables and racks of women's tops for $3. Crazy! I'm not naive - I can tell by the "made in" tag and the fabric that most of these clothes, if not all of them, won't last me more than 1-3 years at most. However, they are great, casual clothes or tees to wear under sportcoats and jackets for work that allow me to breathe and not die from heat stroke. Found some really cute knotted "gold" earrings too. Only 2 people working the registers which dropped to 1 while we had a medium line that was moving pretty darn slowly. The cashier had the glossy eyed look of someone who was trying to do their job till they could take another antidepressant. This Old Navy is located near the North Entrance of the mall. Park by Target for fastest access. Did you know that Old Navy sells clothes for all sizes? Yes - babies, kids, misses, men's, and women's? And shoes? The clearance racks were a mess but most of the store was in order. read more

The person I spoke to was rude and almost got cussed out until another employee pulled them away to talk. The sign clearly says $5 tanks and tees and has a rack of Tanks hanging under the sign! Why did that tank ring up at $17 dollars and some change. My friend and I were both like "WOOW Wait a Minute" you can see the sing from here and it clearly says 5 dollar tanks and tees... this person looked at me and said "that is a "General" sign". I said "What the Hell... this is false advertising!!" Rude and I will not be back!!! I should have wrote this review a while ago, but I wouldn't recommend anyone working here because the management is beyond rude & I personally have very tough skin but I'm sure if anyone was humiliated in front of a customer they wouldn't want to work here either, after I got hired I was told several times that the main manager which is an older lady could be a b word sometimes & that set off lots of red flags for me. Not only was she rude to me on the day she was training me but when I was slow at doing the register (because it was my first time) she said "It concerns me you don't know how to use this" she had absolutely no patience. Used to be one of my fav Old Navy stores to shop at. Not after tonight. The cashier marked UP an item at the POS, when it was tagged correctly. Then told me it's not her concern when I asked why (if this is company policy) other employees aren't doing it for all purchases. I have recently had several items ring up for less than the marked price during transactions at Old Navy, including this store and the Factoria location, and NO ONE has EVER marked the price HIGHER than what it rang up for. When I tried to share with the employee and Manager that this practice sets their customer up for a negative experience in their store, they both replied with rudeness and unprofessional. I'm very disappointed in how I was treated and how the situation was handled overall. It's sad that customer service is dead. read more

First time at this location (actually at this mall). Clearance was a little small, but I found some amazing deals nonetheless. The girl who rung me up (don't remember her name but she's from Jamaica) was really nice and fun to talk to. Store was clean and organized since it I came in early afternoon on a weekday. read more

I am giving this location 3 solid stars JUST BECAUSE OF THE AMAZING DEAL I GOT ON WORKOUT GEAR. So many cute mix-and-match outfits... For the price that I would probably pay for one pair of yoga pants elsewhere in the mall. The store is clean and the associates are friendly.
