By the time I arrived, I was dripping wet, tired and frustrated. The only reason I kept going, was I had to return an online purchase. Note to others: if this is your only destination, put West courtyard in your map search and park on 2nd level by the entrance! Once inside, the reps were nice, one even went and found the smaller sized shirt I needed for the exchange, and they processed the return of the dress quickly. Loft is not a store I frequent, in fact, I only made the online purchase because a button up denim midi dress kept stalking me on Instagram. Not knowing my Loft size, I bought two to try on, and had to return one. The denim dress is gorgeous, fits perfectly, and is a classic, timeless style that I can wear for years. I'm super happy with my purchase, if not the frustrating experience of trying to find this store. Next time I'll go to the Hillsboro location where you can just pull up in front of the store.

It has a larger variety of clothing, the store is much bigger, and it seems to get new arrivals a lot faster. The staff are always extremely friendly, even knowing their repeated customers by name (I'm not so sure that's a healthy reflection of my shopping habits). Denise and Shirly are always SO sweet and helpful-they're my go-to girls. The employees are also always wearing Loft clothing so they do a great job representing the brand and giving clients ideas on how to wear certain pieces (even helping them out of their comfort zones!) Even if it's extremely busy (like it was today) I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and given updates on what is new. Both the store and dressing rooms are very clean and organized, making it easy to browse and find what you're looking for. What can I say, I'm a Loft girl for life.

Still fashionable, like the leggings I got eons ago. Their fashions and the quality definitely do withstand the tests of time. I've not tried on their new running shoes as I am loyal to my Hoka brand shoes, but this store has a prominent display of Lululemon athletic sneakers and, if they're anything like the rest of their product line, I'm certain they're of high quality, and they will make sure they fit you properly. The only reason why I'm not giving this store 5 stars is because no-one greeted us or spoke one word to us while we were in the store, despite it not being too busy there when we visited. (Note: this is atypical of Lululemon stores in general. Usually they warmly greet visitors and ask if they can help find anything). My kid and I weren't in the market for anything in particular, but we browsed around a bit. As usual, they had a few items on sale, but few things were in the sizes we'd need. Recently, I noticed that the coat was a grayish green on the edge of the sleeve cuff. So I machine washed it in lukewarm water like I had done before. The coat had always come out looking new. This time however the charcoal gray lining bleed onto the entire coat ruining it . I have talked with Molly in customer service and Express is not willing to honor the Guarantee sewn into the label of their product. For mailing back the snow coat they will give me a STORE CREDIT of $29.50. I could not begin to find a coat of this quality for the $139.50 I originally paid let alone anything for $29.50 in STORE CREDIT. This offer is not reasonable! I either want a similar coat or a cash refund for $139.50 . That was what I was told I could expect from a Lifetime guarantee! A Guarantee the were so proud of that it is sewn into the LABEL and also on the Tag ! I will update this review if they honor their Guarantee!
