Eventually I got a call from someone in Dr McDonalds office saying "the doctor will only agree to see you again if you're serious about treating your condition" and then mentioned my recently missed appointment along with a few missed appointments in the last 2 years. I talk to the dr and find out my back is infact messed up and I need a 6 week, 3x per week plan to get fixed up. Okay cool. The financial lady comes in and says it would be "half off" if I paid via one of 3 options. A couple options are more money if you go that route. But it's a walloping 1445. Yes one thousand four hundred and forty five dollars. The breakdown is 80/session which isn't overall that bad. HOWEVER you don't get an adjustment until you pay for a service. Completely misleading to consumers. While she didn't say an adjustment was included the way it's said implies it. I'm absolutely livid over this and it should be brought to everyone's attention that this is their business practices. While everyone is very nice, I cannot in good faith recommend this place. Unless you have 1400 dollars to throw around.

They tested for all the things (Covid, Flu, Strep, Pneumonia) and fortunately I only left with a diagnosis of a bad chest cold. They make you feel welcome which I think is nice as usually urgent care centers may come across a bit rude. I have also been able to put my PCP information and they are able to view what occurred on any visit outside of their care, and I really enjoy that because I may not firsthand know what the exact prescription, if provided one.
