Threatening me to force a manipulation of reviews is not only unlawful but it proves just how sleazy and dishonest the management operates.** I get IV infusions regularly via a mobile service. I'm also a regular blood donor and have birthed children and had surgeries. I'm very familiar with IVs and needles. And there are no issues with my veins. Never before has any medical professional NOT been able to hit my vein correctly. The nurse started by setting up and then flicking my arm repeatedly and excessively...I knew right then I was in trouble. ‍ She did not hit the vein correctly or even go in all the way. She stuck my husband twice and still couldn't get his going at all. The nurse had the Practitioner come in to try. We refused service and left at that point. The Nurse Practitioner was very polite and apologetic. However, no discount or apology is worth the hour we wasted, the unnecessary pain, and now the bruising on our arms all for no infusion too. All this to say, if a nurse is not confident in their abilities, it shows immediately when interacting with the patient. I thought on a busy Saturday, skilled staff would be available, especially to facilitate an IV which is likely the bulk of the business at this center. Clearly, I was incorrect. I'll definitely not go back. Suggestion to Management: Train and test your staff more. There is absolutely no reason why anyone not comfortable and skilled in bloodwork should be administering the IVs. No patient likes someone digging around in their arm and also giving ridiculous excuses at the same time.

When we walked in, all we smelled was clean! The floors and chairs had just been sanitized and they didn't miss a spot. Ryan at the front desk is just a gem! Talk about going the extra mile...I'm huge on good customer service and she had a big smile on her face, greeted us so warmly, and was quick with getting me registered. I got hit with some bad genetics and have advanced arthritis for my age. I had a C4-C6 cervical fusion 4 years ago and ortho said I would have to be fused from T1-S1 (that's my whole spine basically) and he does not want put me through that so sent me to pain management which I thought would be great but they have dropped the ball on scheduling my spinal injections and I've suffered for months due to bad communication. I've had a pinched nerve in my neck since May and had a trigger point injection from my pain management that lasted all of 3 hours. They said I couldn't get another for 3 months. I call in August and they said they could get me in for October 7th. Which brings me back to AFC. I was in the back in less than 15 minutes from checking in. Dr. Zhang came in and gave the best handshake and let me just say is bedside manner is superb. I explained to him my issue, showed him my x-rays and MRI's, and it took him no time to start a plan. He examined me and saw how hard the knot in my shoulder was as how the inflammation had spread. He immediately said you need a spinal surgeon. Gave me a referral to follow up, placed orders for imaging, and gave me a powerful steroid injection that started working literally immediately. This was not your run of the mill steroid shot. He gave me something that would actually work. It is now the next day and the knot in my shoulder is gone! I slept through the night and haven't been able to do that since May for trying to find a position to put my arm in to take pressure of the nerve. It has been beyond miserable. But I woke up this morning feeling amazing! This is the best I've felt in a really long time and just want to say thank them for such great care! They have even followed up with me today to see how I was feeling. I've worked in healthcare in one capacity or another my entire career. I've been on the IT side of things now for a decade but I remember being in direct patient care and this is the type of experience I wanted my patients to have every visit.

The doctor or nurse practitioner - whatever she is - last name Weaver - came into the room and after I said hello she responded with "you have Covid" in a monotone voice. No warmth, compassion or kindness. She told me she was sending 2 prescriptions to my pharmacy. Didn't tell me what they were or how to use them. Then she told me she would be sending me an email of something - I couldn't understand her mumbling under the mask, but I never received it. Didn't offer remedies to help me feel better. No discharge instructions. Nothing. As if I didn't feel bad enough - physically and emotionally about having Covid, this woman made me feel pretty shitty. I can't recommend this place anymore. I certainly won't be returning. I'm giving them 1 star because the front desk people and the tech that took my vitals and administered my tests were all friendly.

We recently moved to Magnolia and needed to find a new PCP for my father. He was the FIRST doctor to actually spend time with my Dad, answer ANY and ALL questions we had, and made us really feel like he cared. He didn't push unnecessary medication or treatment and he gave us a realistic timeline so we were able to make what time was left truly count. We are so grateful for God bringing Dr. Dibble into our life and allowing us to experience what a true doctor/patient relationship should be. We really appreciate his after hours phone calls to check in and his condolences card that was signed by his entire staff. Unfortunately, our only regret is that we didn't find him sooner. The Lord called my father home and we are so thankful for Dr. Dibble treating him with kindness and professionalism. It's incredibly helpful to all of us to know that you can get ER or Urgent Care assistance in the same place, depending upon the problem being treated and its severity. How wonderful is it to have a Doctor on hand. The service is very quick. They gather all the data and quickly get you settled in a very cute treatment t room. Look at those pictures. The greeting at the front desk upon arrival is friendly and helpful. I really like this place. I'd rather I didn't need to go, but it's great knowing that there is a doctor and competent staff to see to your care.

They tore down the old building and raised the lot due to floods but the original parking lots remain. Anyway, the building inside is beautiful, clean and very high tech. Check in was easy at the kiosk. They have plenty of seating on the 5th floor and even a coffee bar. They send you a text to meet your medical assistant at the door. They still come out and call your name. The rooms were nice and fancy with computerized signs outside the door. Very nice complex.

They had me wait for 10 minutes and then called back to be put in the hallway. Drew labs and started an IV. They proceeded to take me back to the waiting room with an IV, no call bell. Still very short of breath. After 20 minutes I saw a nurse and told her I wanted to go back to the hallway because I was so short of breath. Asked her who my nurse was and she stated we all are. They dont have phleboomist so they have aids draw your blood! She kept poking me, reached for something and let go of my needle insertion so blood splattered all over the floor. At this point I was in tears. My lab values were extremely abnormal and they did place me in a room after 4 hours. I was admitted. I will never step foot in that emergency room again.
