The staffer basically to me she was the only one there and that it would basically take too much time. I have made thousands of burritos. If all of your ingredients are remixed in a bowl together it actually takes less time as you are one scooping all ingredients into your burrito. I digress, the fact that a better burrito could be made and is not cool. The CUSTOMERS pay hard earned money,for these burritos. The CUSTOMER deserves the best a cafe/restaurant has to offer. People at Mercy Colletta, have cancer, might be getting diagnosed for cancer or a loved one is with them through these difficult times. The Cafe is a small oasis during these times.
