If all of your ingredients are remixed in a bowl together it actually takes less time as you are one scooping all ingredients into your burrito. I digress, the fact that a better burrito could be made and is not cool. The CUSTOMERS pay hard earned money,for these burritos. The CUSTOMER deserves the best a cafe/restaurant has to offer. People at Mercy Colletta, have cancer, might be getting diagnosed for cancer or a loved one is with them through these difficult times. The Cafe is a small oasis during these times. I ordered the lemon ginger latte and a pack of three energy balls. The latte was really good: sweetened just right, served at the perfect temperature, and not overpowering. The energy balls were filling and had the right amount of chocolate chips and coconut shreds. The biggest downside was the wait time. It felt like I waited around 15 to 20 minutes for my latte, and when it was finally ready, they asked if I had received my energy balls yet. I had not, so they gave them to me then. That was a little frustrating because I had just come from the airport, was hungry, and had not had breakfast or coffee yet. Another issue was that the bathrooms had low water pressure while I was there, so I could not properly wash my hands or use the restroom, which was inconvenient. Overall, the coffee and snacks were very good, but the slow service and bathroom issue took away from the experience.
