Two stars because the employees were reasonably friendly, helpful, and clearly working hard. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. We were excited to see a new bagel place open and decided to stop in after seeing a social media ad advertising $1.99 iced coffee. I downloaded the app (which did give us a free bagel) and ordered two toasted bagels with schmears and two iced coffees. The app warned that orders could take 15-20 minutes, and it did take the full 20 minutes. They seemed fairly busy, so I understand, but just keep in mind this is not a quick stop. The prices felt more like New York prices than Oklahoma prices, although I realize this may simply be the reality of 2026. The inside seating is limited -- two high-top tables and three regular tables -- but since many customers seemed to be using the drive-through or taking orders to go, there was room for us to sit while we waited. When our order was ready, I was surprised that the iced coffee did not look like the picture. It was essentially cold coffee with syrup added rather than an iced coffee with the creamier appearance shown in the advertisement. The employee was kind and added half-and-half for us, but unfortunately we still didn't enjoy it. That was especially disappointing because we are big iced coffee fans. Based on what I've ordered at other coffee shops, I expected a vanilla iced coffee that matched the picture, with the creaminess included by default. The bagels were also a letdown. One was not toasted at all, and the other was only very lightly toasted. Perhaps both were technically lightly toasted, but when someone orders a toasted bagel, they usually expect a crisp texture rather than a soft, chewy one. It completely changes the experience. The bagels themselves were also not especially flavorful, which was surprising given the beautiful branding and presentation throughout the restaurant. Overall, we left disappointed. We ended up throwing away the iced coffees, stopping at Starbucks instead, and unfortunately don't see ourselves returning. I really wanted to love this place, but based on this visit, it was a one-time experience for us. read more

It was a mixed results for me! On one hand I've always had good service but with this location maybe because this one recently opened and they are working out the kinks. I was a little disappointed that my bagel didn't come cut in half to begin with! Trying to cut with a plastic knife was futile! Service was just mediocre. I've downloaded their app so we'll see how well this works out. I'll hold off on recommending until I give this another shot! read more

I just tried the new Einstein Bros Bagels that opened next to the new Ross on Portland, about a mile from my house. The place is clean, the service was quick, and everything looked fresh and new. That said, the bacon was a joke -- it looked nothing like the pictures, it was cheap bacon which feels like false advertising. The sandwich itself was made neatly. It wasn't bad, just not great. Overall, it feels more like a fast-food bagel experience than a higher-end one. Nothing really sets it apart from other chain bagel spots like Dunkin' or old school bagels. Decent, but disappointing considering the potential. read more

This is exactly what this area needed! An above average bagel shop! I've been watching this place be built and am excited to report it's excellent!! I've tried a few of their bagels and a few of their sammiches and they have always hit the mark! The 6 cheese bagel is to die for and is definitely my favorite. Also kudos on the seasonal beer cheese! Their bagels are crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside and they're generous with their portions and schmears. They are a little pricey compared to competition, but I will gladly pay for the quality I've experienced so far. I did have issues with my first online order, but my subsequent orders have been perfect, so excellent for a freshly opened shop! read more

An overall great experience. This location just opened a few miles from my house and so I decided to check it out on my way to work. The service was excellent and surprisingly quick for as busy as they were. My breakfast bagel was made perfectly and just the way I ordered it. Just terrible. Ordered a take out bakers dozen bagel order the day before to be picked up at a certain time. That should've been as simple as it sounds, BUT when showing up to pickup the order, supposedly someone had already picked up and "stole" my order. Not too sure how someone can walk in and take someone else's order without any information but that clearly is an issue that needs fixed. They had nothing left even similar to what I had ordered and wanted to upcharge on anything they had left. Terrible experience and I won't be coming back. Definitely recommend avoiding placing an order ahead of time because you might just get screwed! read more

This place is awesome. We showed up on Friday morning at 9am with a team of 25 people. Everyone's food came out in 5 minutes. I think his name was Josh and the other guys did an amazing job at making sure everybody got what they ordered and that everything came out super quickly while still serving people in the drive thru and in the store. They were very polite when taking orders, I came in with an 22 person group and they dished out everything very fast and everything was made perfectly by Jonah and Adrian. I got the all-nighter and it was a 20/10 and Annika made my Breeze mocktail and I loved it as well. Would 100% recommend, the restaurant was clean and the environment was very welcoming. My second time here. The first was not perfect, but this time everything was a hit. Fresh bagel, tasty lox good shmear. As I mentioned previously, I think it was just new restaurant shakeout. I only ordered lox and cream cheese, so I can't comment on anything else, but recommend for a quick bagel fix. read more

I have waited forever for #einsteinbrosbagels to come to Oklahoma City and thankfully there was one that opened not far from me in Edmond, Ok. Every time I went to Dallas, TX, for a concert I'd grab one for the drive home the next day or day after and it was perfect. I'd recommend the Edmond location go to Dallas for some training. I don't ask for a lot, a simple everything bagel, toasted well, bacon, egg, cheddar and a light smear but it has been wrong both times. I even waited while before first going to avoid any crowds. First time, bagel wasn't well toasted and heavy smear making the whole thing too messy. Today, close, but no smear at all. Ugh!!!! On a Sunday morning, I just want to bring my bagel home to enjoy it in bed with my coffee, my dog and my fiancé. Not a big ask. read more

We've been looking forward to trying Einstein Bros. One meal there and we won't go back. The iced tea they served was bitter, obviously not fresh brewed that day. The bagel on my wife's turkey and avocado was rock hard. It must have been at least a day old, maybe more. I had the Maple bagel and it had a strange combination of flavors.
