I pulled through the drive-through it's like 125 today literally I just left I got a baked potato which was extremely good like it was super perfection it could've had a little bit more sour cream but that's just me. Service not so well although the potato was done quickly I seen her put it over there Only thing else I got was a cookie it took the Guy and drive-through five minutes just to get off his phone to look and see that my baked potato is ready then after he seen the baked potato was ready went and got my cookie came back steady got on his phone and then picked up the bag with my baked potato and cookie in it and handed it to me. The line was five cars behind me by the time I was done getting my order it's just funny kids cannot put down their phones these days super sad but overall best baked potato just kind of worst service ever. read more

Been coming here for years. The ambiance/decor is fun. The service is friendly. The food is pricey for sandwiches, potatoes & cookies but they are always good & reliably consistent. I've tried almost everything they offer and can't remember anything I didn't like. Love the Mesquite Chicken sandwich as well as the potato. Potatoes are big and I always need help to finishing those. Also love the Pumpkin cookies and glad they are available year round. Wish the Gingerbread cookies were also available year round. read more

This has been one of my favorite places for years! Something at City Bites always hits the spot! Whether it's a cold day and one of their huge, loaded spuds its the perfect thing to warm you up. Or if its a sandwich day for you they've got great subs too! I've been here several times recently with my parents and I got a chicken, bacon, ranch spud one of these occasions, and one of the subs another time. I really like the potato, the ranch was a little overpowering and reminded me I probably picked the most unhealthy item on the menu! The sizes of the baked potatoes are really big, I could easily split one with someone who eats about the same portion size as I do. Service here is usually good, not that service at a walk up and order place is a big factor. I've been here before during a busy time and they cleared our table once me and my friend were done and still chatting. Another time with my parents at a late lunch they did check on us a few times to make sure everyone was good. They have locations all over OKC/Bethany, and I'd recommend any of them! read more

City Bites has been a staple sandwich shop in OKC for decades. One of my favorite things there that you can't get anywhere else is their everything white and wheat breads. Their California club sandwich is my favorite, and you can get it hot or cold. They often have good specials too. Their giant loaded spuds are a great comfort food. The atmosphere is silly and a little obnoxious, but that's just their vibe. I usually get my order to go. Good chip and cookie selection as well! read more

When I asked why I had to wait so long she said that it was cause they only had two people working, her and one other who was in training. When I asked why they didn't have more help she said they weren't usually this busy. This was 2:00 on Saturday. Next time when I need to run in and get a sandwich quickly I will consider my other options. Another issue I have is the price of my soup. I have added a picture of my soup container and my receipt. City Bites has been a staple for me since I was a little kid in the early 90s and it's one of my favorite local "chains". I'm a really loyal fan all through high school, college and now my 30s. My go-to favorite is the mesquite chicken potato and peanut butter cookie, but everything they have is wonderful. The day after Thanksgiving, we went in looking for a Thanksgiving potato and were informed they had taken it off the menu since the holiday was over. I pouted dramatically (Thanksgiving potato is pretty exciting in my world) and the employees were so incredibly kind and accommodating enough to make a custom Thanksgiving potato for the both of us with their last 2 servings of stuffing, and even offered to comp them if their regular pot roast gravy didn't fit well with the meal. Needless to say, it was delicious and really hit the spot. Thank you for forgiving my pouting, but I didn't get my Thanksgiving saturation this year, and you guys helped put it over the top. The service is always really wonderful at this location. You guys have a really great crew going on here. read more

Fast, efficient service in a fairly clean, somewhat well lighted venue. Hilariously kitschy Eighties decor. (Seriously. Pure, unconscious camp at its worst!) I ordered on the city bite app when I got to the restaurant. 10 minutes after my arrival time they tell me it will be 25 minutes before the potatoes are done. I asked if they could put the rest of my hot food on a warmer and the manager said she could microwave it when my potatoes was done. Poor customer service and poor management! read more

City Bites isn't pulling your chain when they talk about being local before being local was cool. They've been around since three brothers started the business after they all lost their jobs during the oil bust in the 1980s. They all needed to find a way to make a living, and decided selling delicious sandwiches would be a more secure future than the whims of the oil industry. Methinks 30 years later, that's sounding pretty good to quite a few people in this particular moment in our city's economy. But a cool story is just a cool story unless you have the sandwich to back it up. Fresh baked bread, fresh ingredients, high quality meats and cheeses. It's all good, and they are reliably, consistently good across all locations. Please do not get me started on how good the cookies are. Pumpkin cookie was the OG Pumpkin Spice in my life, and Sooner Doodle is pretty amazing. There is absolutely no telling how many City Bites cookies I've had in my life. They have a cool commemorative cup out right now, that shows a list of their people who have been with them for 5, 10, 15, 20 years. So that tells you they must be taking pretty good care of their people to keep them around for that long. Number one city bites life hack: Call ahead and order you sandwiches. It is a huge timesaver, and then you can wait until you get there to pick out your chips, cookies, etc. The employees are fast, but this prevents any hold up you risk by getting behind an indecisive orderer, or someone ordering multiple sandwiches. Just call it in a few minutes before you leave the house and you'll be for sure good to go. read more

As a visitor from outside of the state, City Bites, was disappointing on all aspects. The service was not friendly, as they lacked smiles and personality. The food was just "OK"... The sandwiches were lacking any real protein (meat) and the veggies were not as fresh as we would have liked them to be. And lastly, the atmosphere was cold and all over the place. Thus, should you find yourself by Warr Acres, I would consider other options for a restaurant or your meal stop! read more

First time here, it Wasn't bad. Had taco wrap. The meat was a little cold. But still doesn't have a bad flavor. Maybe next time we'll try a different location. Customer service wasn't as friendly as I normally would like, But wasn't rude either, The cashier seemed shy maybe new to the job. Wasn't busy when we came in. Great place to stop for a quality sandwich. This location has been well maintained for decades now. The staff is very swift in taking/preparing orders. The restaurant has always been clean with a peaceful/low tone atmosphere. Some of the seating options are in tight spaces. They do not skimp out on the meat, toppings, or any additional requests that you have. The California Club is one of my personal favorite sandwiches on the menu. Local food served to locals and visitors who have local friends to guide them to this great little place downtown Bethany. The ice tea was flavorful as well and not the least bit bitter.
