My seats are very plain no Tuck and roll or diamond pattern. I was there over an hour going over everything on my car with the owner and his wife. The inspected my car went inside looked at all the seats and told me a price complete for everything would be $2,500 which to me seemed rather high as I've had other seats done from the frame outward and it only was 1500 to 2,000. I went ahead and set up an appointment with him which was over a month later on, as that was the soonest he could take me. Then he asked me for a deposit, which I declined, as he had done nothing for me, and it was way over a month in the future that he was going to work on my car. I'm certainly glad I did not give him a deposit because I'm sure I would have been in hot water now trying to get it back. When I took my car back over a month later, for our appointment, he goes inside and inspects it again, and this time picks up crumbly foam from the seat, and says It'll be more money. I asked him why I thought he were going to do the seat stuffing and the covers. He said no, the 2,500 was for the seat covers only. He certainly didn't say that when I first brought the car in. I mean the car is 62 years old, and he doesn't include the stuffings on the seat for that price? He told me it would be $600 more for the foam. Didn't know foam cost $600. Of course I declined this outrageous price, it would push my seats over $3,000 just for plain seats. Please see enclosed photos. This is why people like me are afraid to go to Mom and Pop places, they try to rip you off. Now I've wasted over a month, waiting to have my seats redone. Any auto upholstery place, puts new foam stuffing in cars of my age. I mean the crumbles of foam were there when he inspected the car the first time, they didn't just magically appear the day I was dropping off my car. Absolutely a case of Bait and Switch price. I couldn't imagine paying $2,500 just for seat covers and nothing else. Outrageous! Beware of this place. It's relatively new, so we shall see if it's in business for long.

We had them cut cushions and cover them to go on top of pallets and I couldn't have been happier…read more They were so so well made. We're now ready for more outdoor furniture to get new cushion covers and they'll be my next call tomorrow. Everything was made to fit perfectly, finished on time and no "mark ups" after the fact. The price was a little less than you'd pay if you threw it away and tried to buy new ...... except the older stuff was always more sturdy and thicker and my preference is always to keep the good stuff not replace with cheap garbage. Cris Upholstery makes that possible and keeps a little less out of the landfills. If you do need to replace cushions they can get quality stuff for you. They're just so good. I ended up having to leave it and they had it for 3 weeks saying they could never figure out the issue and they couldn't get in touch with the guy that was working on it. Looking at the area and workers I can see why. Once I finally picked up my car my back window didn't work and more my hydraulic pump leaks fluid. I'm pissed and should have never left my car there because now I'm fixing issues I never had before taking it there SMH... Save yourself time and money, taking it to a professional shop.
