went to store for a recall and update on my 24 roadglide.was informed by Bill in service that my fluids were extremley dirty and my brakes had extreme moisture.Heres the kicker my 5k service was just completed by a reputable family owned business!!!!! Went to p/u bike and I was owed a wash 2x from dealershipBoth times not done.Had bug splatter on nose and the other service guy said it was dirty because it had been out of shop for a couple of hours?????Move forward to next day,went to plug in my phone to charge and my maedhawk and phone cord are gone.Went back to dealership and the service guy tells me there was no need to remove these items from bike?????How would you do the update then? As this service guy is telling me no need to remove the items,out comes the service tech with both items and states oh I found it. read more

great motorcycle. excellent sales staff. you are ALONE once you buy the bike! my brand new 2025 Fat Boy will not start. i e called them and have been very kind and professional and all I get is that they don't have someone available to come tow my bike. called and contacted three times. asked for a manager to contact me and it's now been a week with no responses. time to call dmv and consumer protection. not a happy customer and my patience and kindness has ended. buyer be aware that if you buy from this dealer you will not get good service. This place is not what it used to be. Since the dealership changed hands--from Ellington Harley-Davidson to "Old School"--it feels like the soul was ripped out of it. Service is a roll of the dice. You'll want to double-check the work done on your bike. We've had instances where bikes were returned with issues still unresolved--or worse, with safety-critical components like shock connections left loose. Even worse is how they treated the local H.O.G. chapter. After over 30 years of partnership, the new GM cut ties and told the chapter they'd be expected to attend every dealership event through summer 2025. They even brought in outside ride captains and booted our director off the property for questioning it. This isn't the Harley community we joined. It's become corporate, tone-deaf, and sadly disconnected from riders. Not recommended. read more

This is not the first time with trouble at this place. I went in to purchase some parts. Their computer would not take payment, so they said they would call me once the system was up and running. I never received a call. I went back three days later to wait while the clerk played cards with another three customers. Once they finished the clerk said I will be back. I sat there waiting for 10 more minutes while five other employees stood around talking and laughing. I said you guys have great customer service here. One of them said why do you need something. I (sarcastically) said no I just came to watch you guys' bullshit, and they walked away. Walk up to the main counter and told the three women behind the counter they have the most outstanding customer service I have ever seen and left. I then went to East Hartford Harley received service all completed in less than 10 minutes and had pizza too. Guess where my business is going from now on and who I am recommending to my fellow riders. read more

Very nice people but overpriced labor. Harley used to be for the middle class now it's for lawyers and doctors. They really forgot who made them. Make sure you go over your labor cost beforehand and emphasize what needs to be done. Like I said overpriced labor and not enough experienced workers. You don't get what you pay for that's for sure. Top level service, expertise and great team! I recently brought in my Road King Classic that suddenly developed a sputter & idled too low, stalling out occasionally. I couldn't figure this out & riding season was about to start up! The issue grew serious and I brought my RKC into OSHD (Formerly TSI). This turned out NOT to be an easy fix to identify, and so grateful for Tim in the shop sticking with it and chasing the problem down. Outstanding work from Tim, taking on the challenge as if he owned the bike himself. Bob at the Service desk did a wonderful job keeping me informed, up to date on the progress and next steps being taken. Bo (GM) also followed up with me, letting me know this was on their priority list. I highly recommend OSHD from Service to Sales as this is a great team of people to work with! We purchased a brand new bike on 3/14. Signed the papers 3/17. Traded an 04 and was transferring the registration. Which we paid for. New bike was delivered on 3/20 - without the reg.! contacted them immediately and was told it is registered and our registration is in the mail and we should have it by sat 3/21. We still do not have it and now, due to COVID, they are closed. Our emails and messages are not being returned. Someone HAS to be checking up on things. We now have a brand new bike we cannot use.
