Absolutely fantastic experience with this company. Specifically Steve. I had an order out that got undershipped and they asked me if I would be willing to swap out a deck for another deck. After explaining why I couldn't (I ordered multiple decks in a series and they were gifts for my girlfriend), they sourced another directly from Madrid and had it to me before her birthday. Steve is why I will continue to do business with Old Skull Skateboards and any company that is willing to go to that level of customer service. These guys are amazing. Finally drug my kids into my childhood hobby and needed completes, quickly. Great little suburban skate shop tucked away off the Main St. of Fairport. Solid selection of skate hardgoods, especially with Old School reissues. Not a ton of apparel options outside branded T's and they have a descent skate shoe wall (Better then the Mall). read more

I purchased a deck, wheels, trucks, and shoes. Old Skull Skateboards sent out everything except the shoes which they did not contact me about. And when they refunded the amount for the shoes automatically they did not refund the extra money I spent on shipping. They also sent the wrong deck and not the one I purchased online. So generally ripped off by this company. I sent multiple emails and tried to call them during their office hours which is difficult being in Australia, with no reply. My advice for International purchasers is not to buy from this company as they don t give a toss. read more

SCAM! I ordered a cruiser board from their website and 2 weeks AFTER I ordered the board I receive an email saying it was out of stock. They allowed me to wait 2 weeks and pay $79.48 and THEN tell me it was magically out of stock. So, I sent an email asking for a refund and they said they will refund the money. The next day they say that my card was expired (it doesn't expire until 2017). I got mad at that point and told them I would like my money back as soon as possible and that this was becoming ridiculous. this store is actually amazing. i had ordered an extra large in a hoodie and within a couple of hours they emailed me saying that the size extra large was sold old and asked whether i would want a refund or want it in a different size and i told them i would get it in a large and they replied almost right away. i wish they would have updated their website a tad bit faster letting me know but it's not too much of a big deal in my opinion. in addition, i had also paid $10.80 for 2-3 days but still did not come in 2-3 days because they had sent it the day i had messaged them but they explained saying that they did not see my message until it was shipped and understood. read more
