We ordered the duck breast - we were told that we could not have the skin crispy, and the duck medium rare as a chef would be unable to do that. So we decided crispy skin and medium cooked duck would be OK. What was served was two slices of duck-contributor yes, two slices. Did we pay for 1/3 of the duck breast? No, we were charged for the full duck breast - Shrink-a-nomics. We also ordered the 'pork ribeye', to temperature, or MR. What we were brought was a grilled-grey-pork loin no ribeye, no fat, no bone. This was served over what was supposed to be polenta. But it was lumpy and flavorless. The flavor profiles of both the duck and the pork were missing, the sauce the jois, everything was off. We had a special signed card to greet us for a birthday welcome- but no offer of dessert or a menu or anything- just a don't let the door hit you on the way out.
