Old Time Pottery is one of my go to spots for home decor/home essentials. The store is huge! They have a little bit of everything like dishes, pots, pans, lamps, patio furniture, Christmas decorations and more. The Ambience is not like the upscale glitz and glamour of a Home Goods but they have a variety of items at good prices. They were well stocked. Good customer service. I was looking for a beverage dispenser but only saw the smaller size. I needed the larger size. An associate was walking the floor and asked if she could help. She said she knew Old Time Pottery carried the larger size and helped me look. Finally I was able to get my large beverage dispenser. Old Time Pottery is a great store for everything home decor or organization, or kitchen necessities aside from appliances. This location is very large, so large it includes several empty isles. They have several different areas of the store that are marked by large signs above your head. They include floral, furniture, frames, mirrors, wall decor, rugs, linen, lamp, dinnerware and glassware, houseware, and even pet supplies. All of the sections kind of blend into each other, which is okay because it's fun to just go up and down the isles in the store. They truly have everything you'll need for your house and they have a huge selection to choose from for just about everything. I found lots of bakeware that looked of good quality for good prices, even a lot on sale for 90% off! I wouldn't say anything here is very ~elegant~ if that's what you're looking for, but you can definitely mix and match lots of pieces in this store to make a beautiful home. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is because I noticed lots of glass items were chipped and I saw some incomplete or just broken items at full price. read more

I really love this place. There are certain items I can only find here than other stores. (See comments under pictures). We have been searching for outdoor and indoor items to change up the home with a beach scene. There are quite a lot of great aisles to search around. The employees look bored or unhappy, but it looks like it could be a laid-back great to work. It is worth a shopping trip. A huge location is in the heart of Ocoee. They have a huge parking lot and it's easy enough to find a spot. They also have a ton of shopping carts, which I recommend that you get before you go in, because you'll probably end up getting more than you expected. They're always great place to find seasonal and holiday items on the cheap. As I walked the store it was a little bit confusing as to where everything was. It was difficult to determine where each section was broken out into. I had to go up and down into the aisles to find the king size sheets. Otherwise they do have a ton of stuff and it's easy to get lost in here for a while just looking around. They only had a couple of cash registers open, so if it gets super busy you might have to wait in line for a while. Especially since they wrap up each ceramic item individually with paper. They do have super cheap prices, and the staff was nice. read more

Very large home goods style store. The prices for the most part are reasonable but are not always the lowest. The shelves don't seem to be as well stocked as they were in the past but there is still plenty to find for your home and garden needs. There are so many departments within this store - linens, pets supplies, yard, garden, and patio supplies, crafting staples, home decor, all sorts of kitchen goods, and seasonal decorations. We were in the store a week after Easter and found some very cute Easter decorations for 75% off .My favorite item to look for at Old Time Pottery are the outdoor wind spinners. They are so pretty and make the front of my house and backyard look so pretty. We had a problem with being over charged for an item but the cashier and manager fixed the mistake quickly and politely. Check out the clearance section and red tag sales as you may find something you'd like for a great price. read more

Home decor from ceiling to floor, what's not to love? Walking in you are greeted by a sea of floral. If you need flowers for displays or arrangements or just to brighten your day, they have it. Also depending on the season or the holiday they have the decorations, wrapping paper, gift bags, lighting and chachkis you need to make your home a showcase! The prices are great and they always have sales so you can usually find a great deal. The store is divided in well labeled sections; floral, housewares, wall art, rugs, kitchen, etc. If they don't have it, you may not need it. read more

I will NEVER shop at this store again. Literally a greedy location. I went to exchange a holiday item because it didn't work for what I thought it would and the clerk proceeded to tell me that the don't return sale items. To which I asked where that was posted because there is literally nothing in the store or on the receipt that says sale items can't be exchanged. She proceeds to tell me that "it doesn't have to be posted." I've worked retail before. Every "normal" business will clearly state their return/exchange policy, especially during the holidays. I would have been fine not taking the return, but the attitude of the associate was too much. read more

This place is similar to "At Home"- wear house like, raw cement floors, Isles and isles of decor. This place does have lots of pant pots. All shapes, sizes, colors, plastic and clay. Lots decor, home/ kitchen accessories, very cheap flowers, furniture and rugs. Some prices are really reasonable and others are just to expensive. Maybe COVID is to thank for that. Don't expect to see employees stocking shelves and getting help or even a friendly welcome. It's seems it's very limited on staff. Oh, good heavens, the carts are in horrible condition. I tried two out, the third cart I picked the wheel literally fell apart half way through the store. I must say I did score with a beautiful huge recycled glass bowl, cheap hanging basket for a plant and a wooden wall medallion. I was impressed with the vase collection, the beach decor, and pretty trays to display candles or whatever. They also have chimney's, (outdoor fireplace that somewhat enclosed) we got ours 3 years ago, it's wonderful. They are not easy to find. Overall this place is worth checking out. Just don't think its going to be a HomeGoods. Oh and if you go, check out the new Taco place, Cilantros in the same complex. The carnitas and guacamole is amazing. That's a little more incentive for me to go back. read more

This is really lovely store. It is so amazing and pretty nice Highly artistic and connoisseur. This kind of store is really good to visit like a family, for old folks, young who love arts, crafts and see things which are really good. Only thing i noticed most things or may be more than 50% are from China. there were few towels which were from Pakistan. Good thing - great service personnel by Amanda , Susan and forgot the supervisor name she was in the front customer service Amelia or something I did not get it. She was kind enough to get us a Wheel chair by signing the registry today and we returned with thanks. We got a real high bar stool circles back -for family 24 inches one. Also major complaints about the women's restroom... 2 out of 4 stalls have NO latching mechanism on the doors, the soap dispensers have nothing in them (none of them) & generally not very clean. I returned to this location after 8-10 months? This use to be the place for artificial greenery, but their inventory has been scaled back considerably. Seems the prices of what is there also isn't as it was either -MUCH more expensive. Still good place for framed goods like mirrors and cheap art (my fav. kind). Extensive kitchen and other household goods, area rugs, and all kinds of miscellaneous "shelf chit", will also get your cart loaded down. Oh and some pottery. I have never heard "customer service" workers with such disgusting attitudes. Tammy and Liz were absolutely useless, snappy and completely rude to myself and the elderly woman carrying large purchases that was behind me. I went there this morning at 9:45 and I love this place. The place is somewhat clean except for all of the buckets from their leaky a$$ roof. The selections were nice and everything is well,organized. Only about 12 people there this morning and very peaceful. Prices are a tad high but, they have nice stuff. read more

I will start by saying that I do like the products the store carries and my review has nothing to do with the inventory or the company as a whole. But, I just walked out of the store a moment ago (5:15pm est. 10/28/19) and I am floored by the behavior of the employees. My cashier was wearing a blue t-shirt with a big hole in the stomach area which I have seen her wear before as this is not my first visit, although it is only maybe my 3rd or 4th time here. At the counter there was my cashier along with two other employees, one I managed to see her name tag "Tammy". Now as I'm being rung up, Tammy comes to answer a call which to my guess sounded like someone who had been on hold. Tammy gets very loud and rude with the customer on the phone saying "No, it was not 20 minutes you waited. I was the one you were talking to so how about that? It was only 8 minutes. It's only me and I had to physically go check. I don't have wings I only have two legs so you're going to have to deal with it. Now I've got the prices for the curtain rods." I was shocked to say the least. But as this is going on, my cashier has turned her back to me while I'm waiting for her to give me a total and do whatever she needed to do so I could swipe my card. She's more concerned with the call taking place that she's not on mind you. As Tammy hangs up saying "bye", the third employee who was observing the call, says "You should have said bye bitch and hung up". WOW!!! This is how you treat customers, and also speak in front of other customers such as myself. This was so unprofessional, I don't care what the person on the phone was saying, there was no reason for the tone, disrespect, and all around behavior. I really hope a manager reads this and works with their employees on customer service skills. read more

I love this store, however it has taken a down turn. The items are great and at a very good price. However, some maintenance needs to be done to the building. Whenever it rains the roof leaks and there are rusty buckets of water EVERYWHERE! It is a hazard to both the employees and the customers. Hopefully, they can get it fixed soon! read more

You definitely don't want to shop here. The merchandise are seconds at full prices. The store has rusty leaks and aisles are closed. The merchandise seconds are now destroyed from rusty water. Bought curtains here and had to return them because they were faded and horrible. The carpets are old and smell. Good luck! read more

I give 0 rating! :-( I wanted to buy two night stand, but it had some defect and damages. Yesterday day told me, they could give%10 discount but if I wanted more discount, they could contact with the company and give me more discount. Today when I went there, the lady weren't there, and they have no clue about who told me what, so store manager Jonathan who wasn't nice at all, threaded me like I'm lying, on top of his attitude,He didn't give original %10 discount, which they offered me voluntarily! Customer service sucks. I even left other stuff that I was going to buy. Not going back! They just lost a customer:-( read more

Love the inventory but have had two separate negative experiences with the employees. Register employees act like they shouldn't be bothered by you when you walk up to their register. We waited again today while a couple of employees had a conversation but didn't acknowledge us at all. And when it was discovered that our item didn't have a price tag (our fault?), the cashier acted like it was a major imposition. Most importantly, when we discussed her attitude with other employees, she lied about what she said to us. We won't be back. It's a shame because the selection is awesome. read more

I've been to this location before and they have a great selection for home decor, businesses among other things. I moved out of the area a while ago and decided to give them a call to check if certain Items were in stock, instead of driving an hour to check. I was randomly redirected about 5 times and each time had to repeat my question which isn't a big deal since I know they are pretty busy during the holidays. The last time I was redirected I was given to a woman who seemed like she was in a hurry, so I tried to remember how I asked my question to the other ladies since I was describing a pretty particular Item, she understood and before I could finish put me on hold to check the sizes. I asked the prices, and she impatiently described it and told me I would simply have to come in to see. I forgot I had already asked the question about prices and asked again ( since I was redirected a few times I got a little confused) and she responded very rudely and impatiently with " I told you the prices, I have another customer on the line just come here and look" I apologized and hung up. I was on the phone with her for no more than 15 seconds so this response was unwarranted. I was planning on buying bulk here, but I'm taking my business elsewhere.
