Wow no sign but clearly a plant store. Inquired about the sign. The greatest challenge here is the worker's limited communication skills. If you know what you want and do not need a lot of conversation keep reading. Solid plant store with a decent variety. Plants looked in okay to good condition and seemed average in pricing. I would come back for the plants.

This place is good but not great. Plants tend to be over priced. The selection is good and they have a wide variety, but the customer service was just, meh. Usually when I go to a Nursery the staff will ask questions about the lighting in my place, suggest where to put the plant(s), or introduce new varieties but I didnt get that here.

$4.40 for a dirty, used plastic pot.

Got a mid size snake plant from here. Felt it is a quite over priced. After a few weeks, noticed soil mites in the pot.

Decent selection, and a nice staff. Felt strange that they throw out their own prices on certain items, but what can you do.

The first one I bought about seven years ago is still going strong, so I know their plants are healthy and well cared for. I'm excited to see how this new one grows and evolves in our dental office at Lumiere Dental. The characteristics of the tree are stunning. The owner was very kind, wrapping it carefully for transport, helping load it into the car, and offering helpful care tips. A wonderful experience all around.

So to just stumble upon the shop was another delight. I wish I could have taken all I wanted but I was walking. Absolutely stunning. A selection to die for. Colors I've never seen in floral shops. It's not going to be cheap, but you are going to enjoy every moment they are in your home. Also although it's a little cramped and I felt the need to hide a little bit in the store as to not be in the way, I never felt ignored. I was asked several times if I needed help/was being taken care of. The woman wrapping my bouquet/vase did a phenomenal job, it lasted another 1.5 mile walk, Lyft back to our hotel, and another night/day at our hotel. Thank you so much!

Update: November 26, 2021…read more Plants are still lovely. But I'm pretty disappointed and not sure I'll be back anytime soon, since there are lots of plant shops in the city and suburbs to visit so I don't have to maintain my loyalty here. Very sad since I'd just shared on Yelp Insta that this was my favorite plant shop in the city. Let me explain. I attended their Small Business Saturday after-hours party. I had been looking forward to it for over a week. When I got there, not a single person in the store besides me was wearing a mask, and there were at least 10 others in the shop. They did have cans of some type of beverage sitting out, so it *might* have made sense of people were drinking, but I only saw one person who was drinking anything. Staff didn't have masks on either. I'd been so excited to perhaps find a rescue plant or get a cutting of a plant, in addition to probably leaving with a neon pothos, and now I'm annoyed I planned my day around this and it was such a letdown. But it was just real awkward and I felt like the strange one for being masked. I didn't want to ask if there were rescue plants/cuttings/etc. since I wasn't about to get close to people. So weird since they had what I thought was a Dailey firm stance on them other times I'd visited! They didn't ask for a vaccination card/image, but when they said "vaccine required", I didn't realize it also meant "masks optional".

I wouldn't come back. There wasn't a great selection of rare or common plants and the salesperson…read moreworking was neither friendly nor helpful. He was condescending and it wasn't a great experience. Despite the fact that the plants looked healthy, there isn't much that I can say positively. I felt uncomfortable asking questions. As a novice houseplant enthusiast, the appeal of local plant shops are the shop employees/owners valuable input. By the way, monsteras were reclassified as Araceae and aren't considered a philodendron anymore. When I had asked a clarifying question bc he asked me for the genus of the plant, I thought I understood and said "oh like a monstera?" And in a condescending tone he said, uh no, that's the species, it's a philodendron. Awkward/off putting experience. I wouldn't go out of my way again to come back.
