They said that because there were children that we could be issued a refund(which after they promise we found out they couldn't issue), rain check or come back later today with a different bathing suit. I also asked why we weren't turned away at the door, apparently they just weren't paying attention until we were there for a while. We were just sitting in the alcove when they came up to us and asked me to put a shirt on. Up until this point none of the other lifeguards said anything, I'm pretty sure none of them would have even looked twice, the policy said anything "overly revealing" but I feel like that's specific to each person. I wish they would make the policy more detailed, extremely disappointed and me and my friend felt very discriminated against just cause I happen to have a big chest. Tons of bugs in the pool as well.

Matthew greeted us with friendly smiles and walked us to our cabana. They had a nice welcome sign for us, which was so sweet. The cabana featured a safe, a small refrigerator with bottles of water, a TV and ample seating for our family of 9. Our server Logan was incredible. One of the best service experience I've ever had at a water park. Everything we ordered was delivered with care and kindness. I do wish there were more tables in the cabana though. The water park itself was really great. The kids had a blast on the zip line, lazy river, slides, and play area. Note: Towels are available.

We specifically planned our day around visiting the water park and arrived around 1 PM expecting to stay until closing. Unfortunately, the park was closed around 4 PM due to approaching weather. While I completely understand that safety comes first, what disappointed me was how ResortPass handled the situation afterward. Despite the fact that we lost most of the experience we paid for and had no opportunity to return because my family had already left the country, ResortPass only offered a 50% refund. They based their calculation on the park's total operating hours rather than the actual circumstances of our visit. Parking costs were not addressed, and the fact that future tickets would be useless to us seemed to be ignored. After further discussions, the only additional compensation offered was a 20% discount on a future ResortPass booking, which provides little value considering the situation. Customer service was polite, but the final resolution felt disappointing and did not reflect the unique circumstances of our visit. I expected a company that values customer experience to handle this situation more fairly. Would not book through ResortPass / Paradise Springs again based on how this issue was resolved.

Nice and easy. We brought our own cooler with drinks and snacks but if you don't have a cooler, there's a concession stand that sells snacks and drinks. Plus they have cold water coolers for everyone to refill with your water bottle. Got kiddy section, lazy river, huge water slides. They got Easy, intermediate and extra scary slides for the brave. Clean restrooms with ac, benches with tables, huge umbrellas for everyone sold me! I will definitely come here with my family again. Oh, life guards were on it too!

The night I went, not all the rides were opened, I don't know if that's because it was a grown party or if they didn't have enough lifeguards. Regardless though, I had a great time, I hang out with my friends for about 2 hours. There was one point, where there was a big group between the wave runner and the lazy river that were having a dance party and doing line dances. I was able to get discounted tickets because we bought them early, so if I have the opportunity to do it again, I definitely would.

NRH2O isn't nearly as big as Hurricane Harbor, but I prefer it for several reasons. For one, there are quite a few trees and grassy areas all throughout the park, providing shade and cooler grounds and all around cooler, happier vibes. Plus, tickets and passes are more affordable, and perhaps most importantly (especially to anyone with special dietary needs): you're allowed to bring in your own food and drink. Of course there are limitations on ice chest size and you can't bring in glass containers or alcohol, but it's so nice to be able to pack your own snacks and drinks. Not in loose ice, though, that's another rule. Your ice has to be bagged up (we just use ice-packs). Employees check through your bags very thoroughly at the entrance. I haven't been on any of the bigger slides in years, I now stick to the kiddie-spaces or the lazy river. I was in the wave pool recently with my niece and didn't have as much fun as I remember having when I was younger, haha. The park overall is pretty clean and well-maintained. Nothing looks like it desperately needs refurbished or sanitized! There are I believe 3 different "restaurants" onsite and then a handful of drink and dessert stands. You can find aaaall of your theme park favorites: hot dogs, corn dogs, burgers, chicken tenders, fries, nachos, quesadillas, pizza, pretzels, cotton candy, chips, kettle corn, etc. There's also frozen lemonade, dippin' dots ice cream, and a churro food truck onsite! The cleanliness can obviously be a bit more kept up with, but I do see the guards taking out the trash. The concession stand is quick and has some pretty tasty options. We've gotten the pizza, prices are on the steeper side. Def worth it to grab a whole pizza for $20 versus the price they charge for one slice. My kids love the diving boards, they have two (although one has been out of commission this week - hopefully they fix it quickly!) It's on the smaller size but manageable to take your kids and find a spot to sit and you can keep watch of the kids while they run around. Bathrooms need major attention, but it would be nice if people could keep up with their own trash a little better too.

The large screen at the wave pool was also missing, which added to the impression that upkeep has been put off. This park has a lot of potential and is conveniently located, but right now it feels tired and neglected. For the price of admission, I expected a cleaner and better-maintained experience. I hope management invests in refreshing the park because it could be a great family destination again.
