Old Town Temecula Harley Davidson Service Dept took care of my TriGlide that needed a new oil pump. I wanted to address the possible sumping problem everyone is having with the first three years of the M8 engine. I wasn't having a severe problem yet except for a little loss of power and lifter noise. Once the tech got into the engine, realized it was sumping and the lifters needed replacing. Fortunately there wasn't any other issues with the engine and the cam was fine. It was all caught in time thank goodness. The new redesigned oil pump and the new lifters sure makes the engine purr and so much more quieter. Thanks to the service manager Mark, Rick and the techs for the great work! read more

I own a 2023 BMW R1250 GS and a 2023 Road Glide Special. I buy 2 new bikes about every 2 years. I moved to Temecula 1 year ago and have tried several times to give Temecula HD my business and start a relationship with them for my purchasing and servicing needs. The guys in service are about as friendly and helpful as an x wife! I went in for a tire quote on my BMW to replace both tires, they were over $200.00 higher on tire installation alone than their competing dealers not even including the tire price quote. When I mentioned the higher price for labor and same tires from another dealer the guy at the service counter looked at me and said "THATS THE PRICE"! Obviously with their high pricing and attitude I took my bike to another dealer the same day and was professionally handled and saved a total of $265.00. I tried one last time to give them my business today by asking for a quote for a Dunlop rear tire for my Road Glide. I was quoted time to do the job, not the dollar amount. When I asked for the labor $ quote I was told it would be $247.00 just for labor. Temecula HD, you are out of your mind if you think you will continue to grow your Service and Parts business with these practices. That was my last call to Temecula for any service, parts or future bike purchases. My suggestion, hire managers to train their staff and act like you care about customer service and sales. I will ride to San Diego or Riverside for better service and pricing. You haven't earned my business and unfortunatly for you never will. read more

Im going to start off by saying that it seems they don't need business. I went there looking to buy a brand new road glide I was prejudged hard maybe I look like someone that can't afford a Harley so they just decided to just not care and they let me leave after waiting for 35 min. I went to Riverside Harley which I highly recommend. I ended up buying a $45,000 2021 Road Glide Special CVO from Riverside Harley. The NIGHTMARE begins when I decide to take it to Temecula Harley Service on July the 8th to get a simple bar swap. Turn around was supposed to be same day, I get the bad news later that day from Austin in Service that the Tech had broken a heated grip when installing. He said he was going to have to get a replacement overnight so no big deal. Come Friday I show up and talk to service manager Mark who I asked if I can see the bike. He states that the bars that they sold me had powder coat and now they have to drill and sand and do some other stuff to it but we are still on track to get the grip overnight. Tuesday comes around they tell me that the grip was backordered and that they ordered it from somewhere else overnight. Today I call and start getting an attitude from Mark that it is not their fault that its a manufacturer fault. Point is, a week later what was supposed to be a "simple" bar swapped turned out in to this whole drama. I did not pay $45,000 for a bike to just take it to a "reputable" harley dealer to then have all these issues arise. I had to get my attorney involved. I sent an email to both service manager and owner and still no response. STAY AWAY from TEMECULA HARLEY and avoid yourself a headache. REVIEW UPDATE! Anyways I never had actually pulled the plug and bought a bike but the last month visited multiple shops, mom and pop, custom, and yesterday back to old Town harley. I did not know if I was going to walk out with a bike as I don't impulse buy these days like when I was younger. No pressure received but what was given was a very patient and detailed visit with Charles. We looked at many bikes and narrowed it down to what was the best option for myself at this time on price, ride style, and different options of certified used vs new. Charles patiently spent many hours with me and my wife and sent me home with a bike that I am very happy with. I can't remember the guy that worked on my loan but at first he came up with a loan that was not going to work however he worked with me and got it right. They threw me some upgrades via harley bucks with the deal to get the bike fit with the aftermarket parts I was looking for and all in all had us walking out very satisfied.
