I haven't had any of their other sandwiches but I've had their gyro a few times over the years and I like it a lot. I remember the Riverfront Times article years ago saying how it's the best gyro in town as well so I had to try it back then and I think it was a little better years ago than it is today however it's still a good deal price wise with the gyro being pretty filling with a drink and bag of chips. Just know it is a takeout place only since there's nowhere to sit and eat inside and so its good for a picnic in the car or nearby park if you're hungry and can't wait until your all the way home and want to eat it right away. The service is okay, never had any problems. The deli shop itself is clean but basic.

The lady behind the counter gave me a free cup of hot water. My symptoms were so bad, that the store clerk kept asking me if I needed 911. She was was extremely compassionate, kind, and reassuring. I was fine...didn't need 911...but I did need great customer care while I was in that store, and she gave it. Prices are much better than the gas station which is the other alternative to going all the way to the grocery store. The store layout of items changed recently so I am still getting used to where my Hostess cupcakes are but not too bad. The lines are never really long and the service is pretty fast given the cashiers are usually around 70 years old. With age comes wisdom and a smile which you don't get most places. I am not thrilled about the pharmacy. I get much better pricing at that family owned grocery chain that starts with an "S". I stop in Walgreens at least 3 to 4 times a week which is probably too much but I guess I am addicted to the convenience.
