We called and they said it was a mistake and they would issue a refund check in 3 days. 2 weeks later...nothing. Called again and told the One Service Pros merged with All Star and they had no idea. They would "research" the issue and call back. So far, nothing. Don't use them! They don't have good customer service and I'm sure the One service Pros knew when we called that they were merging with new company and didn't care to help use for double charging.

When I contacted the owner, Robert Rutherford, to ask about the large price discrepancy, he stated that the employee who provided the quote was "from California" and had used California pricing. Robert ultimately agreed to void the original contract and issue a new one, but only after the cost was challenged. The project itself took weeks to complete, with multiple missed return appointments and repeated promises that were not kept. After the job was finally finished, construction debris--including lumber and a ladder--was left throughout the yard. My elderly grandmother attempted to clean it up herself until I contacted the company again. Although I was told someone would come the next morning, no one arrived until I called back later that afternoon. Robert Rutherford portrays himself as a man of his word who puts his customers first, but his conduct--and the conduct of his employees--demonstrates the complete opposite. Upon inspection in the attic is was not cleaned up as they said it would be. In summary, nice people, check their work, if something seems more expensive than it should be, get a second opinion. Unfortunately I can still only give average for the entire experience. If the company would have done what they were supposed to in the first place instead of telling me to use my shop vac, would have made a difference. Telling me the second time to use my shop vac, failure. A person shouldn't have to babysit to make sure other's are doing the work they are getting paid for. They did great with my install but when it comes to customer service, they need to do better. First time I called them I was told to get my shop vac to clear the drain line. I tried it, thought it worked but evidently not. Electrician told me yesterday my crawl space had a lot of water in it under the air unit. I call Krugg, they come out, use the vacuum and air hose.
