He took me to look at the storage unit before finalizing everything, he took his time to show me how to use the lock, and even set me up for auto pay. He explained step by step how to use the gate and how to exit. Normally, I'd be handed a lock, a paper with a number and sent on my way. But not Michael. He made sure I had absolutely no questions left to ask. The service was wonderful and the prices cannot be beat.

My daughter even commented when she walked in about how good it smelled in there. I also had to take a quick restroom break while I was there and it was exceptionally clean, well stocked and smelled great. The trailer I wanted was not available so they upgraded me on size and didn't charge extra! After they set everything up, they offered a short walkthrough of the trailer and gave some driving and navigation tips. We were able to make the trip home safely and comfortably, knowing that we were taken care of. All said and done, the reps were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. It's very very clean. The less great: -like aalll storage places, they raise your rent quickly. -Other tenants are not thoughtful about blocking entrance, holding elevator. Buy a trash can and some liners for yourselves and your customers. One elevator is or was not working for a year. Sooooo what if the other one goes out?
