I Highly recommend DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY "WE HAUL MOVING SERVICES" or the company "BRONZE STAR MOVING AND STORAGE" also in Florida. They were the company that booked this other reckless company "WE HAUL MOVING AND STORAGE" if you experienced what we did, report them to Department of Transportation and contact your lawyer. We are currently in the process Of suing them for damages exceeding over $50,000.00

In my experience, this move was handled in a highly unprofessional and deeply frustrating manner. On the morning of pickup, I was presented with additional paperwork and was told very clearly that loading would not begin unless I signed immediately. I was placed in a position where I effectively had no practical choice if I wanted my belongings moved. The terms were not meaningfully explained, and the documents were ultimately signed around noon after hours of delay and pressure. That is not how transparent business should operate. The crew also arrived later than expected, increasing the pressure surrounding the signing process. When the shipment arrived, a different driver handled delivery -- not the same crew that packed and loaded the truck. During unloading, I personally observed items inside the truck that appeared loose and scattered rather than properly secured. When I questioned this, statements were made suggesting that space constraints during loading led to certain decisions about how items were handled. That explanation alone was extremely concerning. The company now categorically denies that any boxes were opened or contents moved. However, the statements made during delivery and in subsequent conversations directly contradict that position. This inconsistency has never been properly clarified. An expensive coffee table (approximately $500) was damaged during the move. Only after the damage occurred was I informed that reimbursement would be limited to $0.60 per pound per article. While this may appear in paperwork, the real-world financial impact of that valuation was never clearly explained to me before the move began. More seriously, a large wall in my residence was scratched and marked during delivery. The wall had been freshly painted only days prior. I communicated the issue immediately after delivery, and written messages confirm that responsibility was acknowledged at that time. Despite this documentation, the company later denied liability and suggested the condition was pre-existing, which does not align with the timeline of events. The wall damage is significant and requires full repainting for uniformity. To date, this issue remains unresolved. Overall, my experience included: * Pressure to sign documents before service began * Late arrival increasing time pressure * Furniture damage * Damage to my residence * Conflicting statements regarding handling of items * A claims process focused strictly on minimal weight-based reimbursement Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company proceed with extreme caution, thoroughly understand every document before signing, and document everything. This has been one of the most stressful service experiences I have encountered, and I am pursuing formal remedies to resolve it
