We shared the crab dip appetizer, which was delicious. The hubs had the petite filet with fries and rice pilaf. I had the Bearcat Burger on a GF roll with a side salad. Both entrees were cooked perfectly and really tasty. The filet was delayed since the chef overcooked the first one and made a second one. We were given free dessert for the delay - we didn't complain, it was offered.

We asked if there was a chance we could sit outside and before I even finished asking he snapped back "No!" Our waitress was the manager that night and she was so sweet and helpful. The drinks ordered were craft cocktails and they were so good! When the food came out it was hot, fresh, and delicious. Those who ordered steak said it was cooked perfect. I personally got the short rib ravioli which had a deep smoky flavor and the most refreshing sauce. The dining area itself is on the smaller side but there was plenty of room to sit. Outside was gorgeous! While that young man who seated us did also make some rude remarks to his co workers, we did bring it up to our waitress and she assured us he was joking. Overall, the total wasn't bad for small town fine dining. When we finished our meal, we enjoyed listening to Uncle Mark and the Chunky Bunch perform some great covers. We also enjoyed drinks from the outdoor tiki bar! I would recommend!

I can't recommend this place high enough. We usually come in two-three times a week, and are always greeted with excellent service, a big smile, and we feel like family....not customers. There are so many items on her menu that we love, but some of our go to favorites are: Sweet and Sassy Wings (both wet and dry) Lobster wraps Turkey dinner Breakfast (I recommend eggs any way you can think of them, omelettes, bananas foster French toast, S'mores French toast, and you can't forget her fresh sausage patties!) Cobb Salad Meatloaf dinner Loaded French fries (cheese, bacon, chives, sour cream) Fresh soups (can't go wrong with any of them) Country fried steak dinner As you can see we can go on and on. Now not only is the food delicious, but the service is quick, the coffee is fresh, and your order is cooked fresh regardless of how busy they become. You can't beat the quality!! Last, and certainly not least, is owner JoAnn who not only will check on you, but follow up on any compliment or complaint, will sit and have a conversation with you, and take any suggestion openly and graciously. She gives so much back to the community and we love getting to know her more during every visit! You owe it to yourself to check this place out! You'll be glad you did!

They immediately brought out the soup and I was concerned because it was so bright orange and thin compared to what I've had in the past. We were both pleasantly surprised how much we liked it. While eating the soup, the owner came out to apologize because they had no falafel, so I decided to go for my second choice, the ahi tuna salad. My coworker seemed happy with her burger, we were both happy with the pierogi, and I LOVED my asian salad dressing. The salad had nice leafy greens and a ton of veg (onion, tomato, pepper, broccoli, mushroom). The tuna was a bit thin, so cooked more than I like my ahi (if you've ever had Bonefish's ahi you'd know what I mean), but there's no way I can come back here without at least a side salad with that dressing. Even the roll on the side was good. My coworker got a cinnamon roll to go as well and thought it was just ok (the owner explained that isn't one of the desserts made in house, so that probably explains why). I will definitely plan to return when on future work trips and recommend to others; they have a great menu with a large variety of fun dishes I look forward to trying.

They had soft country music playing and country decorations on the walls. Very pleasant atmosphere. I got a loaded baked potato and a grilled chicken salad. The baked orator was one of the best I've ever had. Cooked perfectly and had plenty of melted cheese and bacon bits on it. The salad was BIG. My Mom had fried steak dinner. It came with mashed potato's, plenty of gravy and a side salad. Nice size serving of meat and she ate the whole thing so I know she loved it. We got dessert too. All the desserts are home made. I got strawberry pie (tons of strawberries) and Mom had some sort of Angel food cake with a pineapple whipped cream sauce all over it. Yum. Our server was super nice and the service was good. She came and checked on us multiple times. Very pleasant lady.

This five-star review doesn't come because this side of the country isn't saddled with many replete restaurant choices. But because the food is cooked fresh and the wait isn't normally too long. Just think classic, American diner food, but cooked better. The last time, my roasted beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and beef gravy was so hearty and delicious, I ate it all. It can get quite busy sometimes so I would recommend reservations for larger groups. And every time I came here, I left with a box full of sugar cookies from the bakery to take back home to FL to enjoy. There's no better touch-of-home than a homemade sugar cookie with frosting.
