If I could give 0 stars I would! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They are horrible with scheduling and will waste your time even if you have a booking. I had a scheduled eyebrow and facial set with a specific person here that I was recommended by a friend. So I decided to try it out and made an appointment with that specific person. The next day I called to let them know I am going to be 10 minutes late and driving 40 minutes to get there and wanted to double confirm my appointment. I was told that it was fine. After driving 40 minutes to get here I was told that I had to do my appointment with someone else! I specifically only made the appointment with the specific person I ASKED for and double confirmed so why would I be given someone else? Their service is rude, unhelpful, worst place to come and I'd never recommend it to anyone! Save your money and especially your time and go somewhere else! read more

I was told to go downstairs and my mother and I went to two girls downstairs. Both waxes were mediocre at best and one of the ladies filled my eyebrows in with really dark shadow using a fluffy brush. I feel clownish. I went to the Brow studio for the first time today. I grew my brows out for about 3 weeks and had an appointment with Danell. She was very sweet and professional. The appointment lasted about 20 minutes. The waxing was almost painless. I cannot begin to express how happy I am with the final results. She did an amazing job. I could not take my eyes off of my brows during my entire drive home! Danell even showed me how to color in my brows. I ended up purchasing a brow pencil and highlighter so I can mimic the results at home. I will definitely make another appointment. read more

She explained the eyebrow shape that best fit my face and showed me how to use a pencil and highlighter. I occasionally use a pencil but Laura showed me how to use it correctly to achieve a soft, natural look. Made an appt with Olga after reading lots of wonderful reviews on Yelp. The studio is super cute and Olga is even cuter! She is super nice and friendly and easy to talk to. I just really liked this place. Went for the first time and I wish I could remember the girl's name who worked on my lashes but she was great. She really listened to what I wanted (which was a more natural look than I'd had before but still with some oomph) and she delivered. I also felt like, for whatever reason, my lashes stayed on longer than usual. I liked the products they had in stock, convenient parking, nice staff and a great job. I have very blonde eyebrows (aka... they're clear), and I was super nervous to get my eyebrows tinted for the first time. Great service! It was my first experience for all of ther services. I had brow shaping, waxing and tinting done.The environment was very relaxed. The lady who did my brows was amazing. She explained every step she was doing. The only down side was that the tint has already faded. Which is disappointing, i was hoping it would last the full 2 weeks. I didnt wash my face or anything. I've been going to Olga's brow studio for 3 years now and recommend it to anyone who wants to maintain great brows. In the beginning I saw Olga who transformed my 2003 thin high school eyebrows to what I have today.. fuller brows that compliment my face. Olga books weeks out so I started seeing Irena as soon as she joined Olga's studio. I'd highly recommend both Olga and Irena. There's a review that said the customer waited 25 minutes. I have never waited more than 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Upon my first 4-5 appointments I was always asked what I wanted my brows to be shaped like to which I typically went by what was suggested. In my personal opinion the $35 is totally worth it.
