It turns out Floor and Decor on Penasquitos Dr. does not have outside surveillance cameras. The incident happened between 2pm and 3pm. I hope someone has the accident recorded on their car cameras and will contact me on 858-366-5232. I hope the driver who did that will do the right thing and contact me with his insurance information.

Not only did she find the piece I was looking for, but she also went above and beyond by holding a second piece by the same artist just in case I liked it too! When I arrived, I was blown away by how well-stocked, organized, and beautiful this location is--it looked like a commercial! She's still so cool and stylish. She remembered our family from a few years ago at the Vista location! Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Shelly! She always goes out of her way to help us and she's always kind to our family. She even remembered what we do for a living! I'm so glad I listened to my husband and came here instead of IKEA for what we were looking for. We got quality furniture for a great price. We did spend more than we would've at IKEA. However, I definitely feel like what we paid for with real quality furniture was worth it than wasting money for something that would fall apart shortly after from Ikea. We even ended up getting a unique high end looking console table. Shelly told us about how the CEO was inspired in Europe and designed the line. My home is literally furnished by Shelly as we have been replacing our furniture with everything from the restoration hardware outlets. You get the quality and style of restoration hardware without the actual sticker shock price since it's the outlet. Since it's an outlet it can be hit or miss sometimes. But we always have great luck finding what we need with Shelly. Samantha was also very friendly and helpful to us today. Really everyone working there was. They also do a wonderful job with keeping you on a client list so if you are looking for something specific. You can call them and they can contact you if they get it in. Overall, definitely worth checking out. It's quality furniture so don't expect to pay target or IKEA prices. You also won't be paying the actual restoration hardware prices so I feel what you are paying is fair for what you get at the outlet.
