Both Tyler and Bobby were extremely helpful, communicative, and professional when I brought my Jeep in to have my radiator fixed. I had taken the car to a dealership beforehand and they offered me extreme prices to have the needed fixes done, but once I called Olive and spoke with Tyler, I could tell he knew what he was talking about, explained everything the dealership had told me beforehand, and even did a second inspection for me; which turned up another issue I needed fixed that the dealership had missed. You'll be in good hands! I had an issue with my Audi A4 coolant hose popping off and leaking all my fluid. I was able to pop the hose back on, fill with coolant, and brought the car to Bobby's to take a look. He was super nice right out the gate and very communicative. He shared he'd do a pressure test and check everything out to make sure there weren't any additional issues while also sharing potential problems these cars do (or could) have. I was a little sacred because this car only has like barely 50,000 miles and I really didn't want to drop any money into it. He kept in contact with me throughout the morning with questions, and then called to let me know that he had snapped that tube back in properly, tested everything and luckily found no other issues. The price for the service was fair and he provided me with even MORE information when asked about what other cars he'd recommend for when I move onto my next. This place used to be good and affordable. Something changed, and I'm not sure why. I called to get an estimate for a battery change in my Kia optima. I received 2 prices on the phone depending on what size battery i needed. The price he said included the labor as well. My wife took the car in and immediately got a completely different price that was way higher than the estimated price. I understand that an estimate is just an estimate,but it made no sense considering what he told me on the phone. Even if he didn't include the labor, it was still way higher than what I was told. I've been coming to them for years. And still a place I come to for any car service. I had an emergency when my radiator cracked and got it towed there. First they were very communicative and gave me a heads up that they won't get to it for at least two days, as there was so many cars booked ahead. But the very next morning, they called me to tell me an appointment got cancelled, and told me the diagnosis with a quote and asked if I wanted the open spot.
