I came here due to the rave reviews but slowly realized this shop is not all that it seems. The first time I came here I had a great experience. I have a 2011 Mazda 3. The car has been experiencing many issues. The second time I took my car here was for a transmission control module estimate. The owner ran the code and confirmed the TCM was at fault just as the dealer told me. But for some reason, the price they quoted me to have it repaired was much higher than what the dealer quoted me. So I took the car back and dropped it off with the dealer for repair instead. Now, I take the car back again for motor mounts and a check engine light. They tell me stuff I already know and then charge me $190 for an estimate, that again, their estimate was WAY more than what the dealer quoted me. I tried calling this shop for an estimate PRIOR to coming and no one could get back to me. They kept saying they'd check and call me back but never did. I also was not expecting to pay $190 for a diagnostic fee when no one even told me about it. They just wave a paper in your face for you to sign so you're liable to pay it with no explanation or even use the word FEE. I thought the amount listed was for a motor mount estimate but that's what I get for not reading. When I expressed my feelings, I received a small discount which was better than paying the full amount but wasn't feeling well or up to an argument and I just wanted to leave since I was upset. The last time I had a code checked by the owner for the TCM, which was a few months ago, I was never charged so blame me for not knowing about this diagnostic fee. I don't trust this shop anymore after they quoted me MUCH MORE THAN THE DEALER twice in a row. How is that possible? Then when it was time for me to leave, owner said have a nice day bye and didn't even give me my car or keys. I had to ask for it. So awkward and unprofessional. I'll continue on to another shop... beware. read more

I was in a financially tight spot and completely misunderstood how much my car was going to cost to fix when quoted. I explained my situation to Bobby as a very broke medical student who just applied to residency programs and asked if there was anything he could do price-wise for me even if it was a small. He explained it would be minimal but if you've ever been there, you know anything helps.
