2 minute Read; On 01/23/2026, I called "TIRE PROS" and Harry answered. I told him I needed a low-profile tire. Harry asked me questions (he needed), to help me out. While he was asking his questions and I answered, Harry was busy in his computer (I could hear him typing on the keyboard). Turns out that he was navigating his suppliers to see where he could get my odd-sized low-profile tire. I thought that was very efficient of Harry, don't you?! Well, anyway, he said he could get one as soon as today. He told me the cost of the tire, plus instillation. I was expecting at least $375 for the, but when he gave the total cost ... I was jumping for joy! All of this was happening in the morning. I accepted the price and told Harry that AAA would tow my car over to his shop. I hung up with Harry and called Triple A. Within 1/2 an hour, AAA tow truck came, loaded my car and drove it over to Burbank Tire Pros. The tow truck Driver, Alejandro, called me to let me know my car was delivered. All this was in the A.M. By now, it was about 3 P.M. and Harry called me. My car was ready. I couldn't believe it was ready. I wound up getting to the tire shop about 4 p.m. I met Harry, and all went super-well. This place is great for people who want budget focused tires for their daily drivers. They have access to the cheaper brands at fair prices. They give fast and friendly service. They are willing to cut costs where possible with offers like discounted alignments when buying 4 tires, discounting the road hazard warranty on lower cost tires etc. They give sound suggestions on choosing a tire too. Great availability too, don't need to schedule out days in advance, which has made me steer clear of Costco. I would say the only downsides are they don't use nitrogen in the tires (Costco does) and their alignment rack won't work with very low cars read more

Had a screw in our tire, and Costco was booked for days (nuts, I know) so we went here and are so happy we did because they helped us right away! Fixed and changed our tire in minutes! The owner was so nice and the price was good too. The dude who helped me was nice. I came in looking for tires, but they unfortunately did not have my size. The man still did his best to help me and look for some for me, but I really wanted the tires to be done the day off, and sadly the only ones that could be delivered had to be ordered, so I had to go elsewhere. John's customer service was outstanding! I called with a car that wouldn't start. He got me in same day and replaced the 5 year old battery for $230 which I found to be on par with other places. When I left Burbank Tire I went to the gas station and when I went to leave she wouldn't start. I called John and when he heard I was just down the street he offered to send someone to me. Luckily I got her started and that wasn't necessary but really, couldn't believe he offered to do that. Took the car back and they did everything they could to replicate the problem all day. John asked if they could keep her overnight. He said he really didn't want me to take her until he was sure the problem was fixed. I picked her up the next day and she starts right up every time. I left feeling like both my car and I were very well cared for. Definitely recommend these guys read more

I recently had to install a new battery to replace the one Burbank Tire Pros (2221 Victory Blvd) installed on April 1, 2023. The AAA guy who came to give my Subaru a jumpstart informed me (and showed me on the old battery itself) that BTP had installed a 2013 battery in my car. It was entirely dead, not re-chargeable. How much did BTP charge me? $185.34 for a 10 year old battery that I believed was new. My recommendation to you is be careful, get a second opinion, and check their work. I am an older, recent widow, and did not know enough to check the battery's date. Don't you be April-fooled too. read more

I've been here for an oil change and then some other repairs and the service has been great. Having a Yelp check-in discount always helps, and they have their own internal discounts as well. Prices are reasonable and work was done in a timely manner. Sure, they'll try to sell you some tires and I figure that's the name of their business. Burbank Tire Pros have proven themselves to me, time and time again over the past 6 years of me going there, that they are a service looking to honestly help people with their vehicle's problems. When they have been able to fix my tires by patching them, they have. The time they couldn't, they brought me out to show me the tire and explain why a patch wouldn't work. (I had run over a glass bottle and the tire basically exploded so I mean, I understood it). If you are someone looking for tire work done and especially if you're a woman who has had bad experiences at car places before, these guys have my full trust and I can't recommend them more.
