I visited Panera Bread during the third weekend of May 2024 and noticed the store was fairly quiet with only a few other customers present. Upon ordering, I was prompted to leave a tip, which I did, anticipating a certain level of service. It seems the operational model at this location includes self-service elements such as collecting your meal from the counter and clearing your table after dining. This wasn't immediately clear to me as a newcomer. Regarding the meal, my sandwich featured grilled chicken, arugula, avocado, tomato, and cheese. While the ingredients were fresh, the preparation of the tomato could be improved by removing the stem, and the grilled chicken had a pre-packaged taste that one might find in a grocery store. Also, I felt the thick-cut cheese might be better if it were shredded, enhancing the sandwich's texture. During my visit, there was noticeable chatter from the staff area, some of it quite loud and at times unprofessional. This did somewhat detract from the dining experience. Based on my experience, I feel there are areas for improvement in both service and food quality. As it stands, I am hesitant to return. read more

The food was good, but they forgot part of our meal. They made up for it by letting me choose whatever I wanted from the bakery section even though it cost a bit more than the item I was replacing. This is a great spot to come and do homework. I can always get a table and focus easily. I usually come around dinner time so I can eat and get some work done. Recently, I've been having the you pick two with chicken noodle soup and chicken caesar salad. Neither are anything spectacular but I think they're good and filling enough for me. The bread that comes with them is so good! I like it because it's a healthy option compared to anywhere else I would go. In the past, I've also had their mac and cheese, which is delicious!!! So good! I've also had quite a few of their sandwiches, which are pretty good too. The tuna salad and the grilled cheese are basic but pretty tasty. Their bakery selection is also great. Their bagels are always fresh and the coffee cake is soo good!! The bakery treats are always so tempting and the fact that they usually let you add one in for 99 cents is even better! They make one of the best chai tea lattes in the area! They offer a great variety of sandwiches (& breads) & some interesting/tasty soups, but I wish they offered a better variety of options for sides. Overall, I would say they are a little pricey for a National sandwich chain though. read more

Whenever I go into this location they don't have ANYTHING. For the past 4 days there was zero bagels Or other bakery items. Went today at 10:45 am and seriously there was less than 5 bagels left. This location is near my job so it's an easy spot to grab lunch. I tend to think that all Paneras in general have had a huge decline in terms of portion sizes, customer service etc. but this one is usually on point. I went for a Cobb salad which includes chicken (obviously) and asked for extra egg and avocado which I was up charged for. Unfortunately I received no extra avocado and no chicken, for $12. I was furious and tweeted them to express my anger. I fully expected to hear nothing back but within a few days the GM contacted me to apologize and sent me a $15 voucher for my next visit. I am still giving them 4 stars since this was my first negative experience and since the GM was so understanding. Long story short, I think we all know what to expect at Panera but at least with this one you know management generally cares about your experience there. read more

Let me start out by saying I love Panera Bread. Maybe it is because of the time of day, or just this location, but from the moment we walked in, this was a disappointment. Our visit started with a cashier that was texting, and even though she saw us, had to be told to wait in us. I thought I would make it easy and order what was on every sign on all of the registers. She could not find the salad, I repeated the name multiple times as she read off names of salads that weren't even close. Then she told me she couldn't find it because it wasn't included in the PICK 2... I told her was on the Pick 2 sign. The place was empty, but I still had to clean up trash from the table and wipe it off. The Napa chicken was scarce, and the lettuce was brown. When you pay $4.59 for a half a sandwich, you expect a little more. The soup and the salad were tasty, even though it was obvious they were using up what was left for the day. If they don't discount the food after 7pm, it should be just as fresh at the end of the night. I rarely take the time to review chain restaurants, but I truly think this place will reflect negatively on Panera and I hope they read this and make some needed changes. So precious 2 times I came they had no baguettes. This is the third store I've been to where the card reader struggles to work, except at this location it just failed completely and told me to go to another kiosk or the cashier. Off-peak, the tables are big, baked goods are cheap and the coffee... exists. Typical Panera food. Wifi is awful though. They've replaced wifi services multiple times and never improved bandwidth. I come back every few months, for years now, and always forget how much this impacts my ability to get work done. I don't only stop here because of my desire for food, I continue to stop here because I have yet to find a friendlier Panera staff. I have used this Panera for years. Recently I stopped with my son for smoothies and bagels. Our smoothies were really bad - they had no taste to them, my son agreed. I took them back and the gentleman behind the counter (think he is the manager) said "They look fine to me. These are hard to mess up." I get these smoothies regularly, never have I received one (in this case two) that lacked flavor. I was taken back by the attitude I received as well. Not a good experience. read more

Ordered via curbside pick-up and was all but tossed my order through my car door by a staff member who immediately turns to yell at his friend in a neighboring car to "open up (his) f***ing door." I was a little surprised to see an employee act that way not ten feet from a customer, only to the discover that part of my order was completely omitted and another part incorrect. They pleasantly corrected the omission, but I was disappointed that no effort was made to notify me of the change to my order and that no refund was available when they were unable to provide any of the alternatives requested. Cool place. Went here on my lunch break with my mother. Our food was ready immediately. I had the turkey chili and greens salad. Salad was fresh but I was unaware it came with dressing already on it. Chili was absolutely delicious would definitely get again! What made this Panera stand out from my local Panera was the fact that they had those alarm/buzzers that went off when your meal was ready. I was home for the weekend, and came here for a day of work with free WiFi along with Panera breakfast, coffee, and lunch. This location is very similar to other Panera locations, but a bit smaller. Compared to my regular Panera locations, this one feels a bit more jammed in and has fewer outlets available. Around lunchtime on the weekend, this place got PACKED, with a lot of kids. That being said, the food, coffee, and iced tea were tasty and similar to other locations- and the staff was friendly. Lastly, like all other Panera locations, I wish they served breakfast all day! I'd come back during a weekday to see if it was less crowded, but I'm not sure I'd return here to work on a Sunday. Other than that, solid location. read more
