I came in with my son and his new wife so I could meet his new mother in law. We got seated ordered drinks and a couple appetizers. I got a OG old fashioned, okay I ended up ordering 2. I got the spaghetti with 2 meatballs (light version) but added 2 sausages. I ended the meal with the Italian donuts with raspberry sauce. Miguel was our waiter and he was amazing and too very good care of us. We never had to ask for a refill he was always available. Our food came out in a reasonable timeframe and everything was good. I haven't been to Olive Garden in years. I was pleasantly surprised about the amount of flavor that I had in the dishes I ordered. We ordered the Chicken Tortellini Alfredo and the Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara with the endless soup and salad. The chicken tortellini was both of our favorite and we enjoyed the Zuppa Toscana soup was a big hit as well. The waiter made sure to keep checking in on us to provide the best service he could be we couldn't eat a bite else so we had to keep sending him away lol. Ate here today for the umpteenth time. It's always soup, salad and breadsticks and often some tiramisu for dessert. Today we had the most amazing server we have ever seen here or any other OG. His name was Chris and he was incredibly attentive, efficient and friendly. He also has a good memory and remembered us from previous visits. Our waitress, Alexis, was very friendly and professional and took the time to make our visit a great dining experience. She recommended various dishes according to my likes as I could not make up my mind what to order and she knew every dish and how I could change it up a little to my taste and the food was delicious and delivered promptly with a smile by Alexis. I sat at the bar. It took almost 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my existence "I'll be right with you ma'am" and took another 10 minutes before I even got a menu. I understand when it gets busy, but any sort of acknowledgment and effort should have happened. Bring a glass of water, bring a menu! I ended up getting a to-go order and the soup had already started to spill throughout the bag. When I requested a few more things (plastic ware, napkins for the spill, extra bag to replace the messed up one) the bartender looked at me like I was the most high maintenance person and that I was severely inconveniencing her. She took her sweet time getting those things and I couldn't leave because she hadn't run the card yet. The wait wasn't long at all even though the lobby was packed. I it was just me . Service was good. I decided to try the steak goronzola. I should have listened to one's persons review about how there are too many flavors in the dish. I think it would be better without the balsamic vinaigrette on top of the steak . The steak its self was delicious. Cooked exactly how she described it. The Alfredo sauce was a little bit runny maybe noodles wasn't drained enough but I would deal with it. Stopped in for a quick Monday night dinner with a friend. The staff were awesome! Everyone was super friendly. Our server, Maria, was the sweetest person ever. If you order a meal, then there is a special where you can get an entree for $6 to take home. The wait staff is fairly friendly. The food was average to say the least. We had to ask for salad and bread sticks. I ordered chicken and shrimp carbonara. It was loaded with grease. No bacon. Just bacon bits you get from a jar. And a ton of red peppers. Not sure where that twist came from. The bathroom, I went 3 times, was disgusting. Walking in it I should have known. There was a pile of dirty towels outside the door. The soap dispenser was laying on the sink. Broken. The garbage was overflowing so there was so much on the floor. The waiter was not really a waiter. He forgot to bring drinks. He forgot to bring the to go containers for us. We had to ask twice. They didn't clear the salad dishes when we finished so we had all of our dirty dishes along with our meals. Just overall... My mom, my daughter, and myself stopped at this restaurant on the way back from Jungle Jim's. It was a Wednesday evening so it wasn't overly busy. We walked in the front door and there were three girls at the hostess stand. I look to my left and there was a hallway that led to the restrooms and the hallway was littered with bits of what looked like paper towels out of the bathrooms. Cleanliness is a pretty big deal in my book and with three girls standing at the hostess stand talking and seeing all of that litter in the hallway I thought well this is no way to start our the dinner! My daughter picked this place to eat so we went ahead and sat down to eat. I got the soup and salad and my mom and daughter both had the fettuccine alfredo and salad. I also ordered a side of Alfredo to dip the breadsticks in. The dinner went as expected and our waitress did a good job. They had a green apple sangria special and I asked the waitress if I could try a sample of it. She took a little time but brought me a sample and said the bartender wasn't quite ready for that but I liked the drink and ordered one and they were much quicker at getting the whole drink to me. We ended up taking two of the $5 Applebee's To Go dishes and I had it for lunch the next day. Outstanding experience! First time at this location, and we were seated by a lovely hostess. Our server, Will, introduced himself immediately, answered questions, and offered salad, breadsticks, and beverages. We ordered chicken and shrimp carbonara and spaghetti and meatballs. We had lunch at the bar on 11/19/22 at Noon. Ordered the soup, salad and bread sticks special and 2 wines. When food was served, bartender/server disappeared. We were not given silver wear/napkins and had to go to hostess stand after waiting 5 minutes to get them. Floor and steps had not been swept. Asked for a football game be put on tv - did not get it. Asked for no croutons on salad - did not get it. Generally slow and inattentive service from a server more concerned about her nails than serving customers. Longtime haven't been in a restaurant for indoor dining! We went there after shopping for kitchen stuffs in the area. It's basically empty, only have 2 table guest in serving. The waiter brought an extra dinner. I told him we did not order it. He told was that he was going to throw it away. Then, he told us we could eat it. He left it on the table. The five of us divided it up to try it. He then put the dinner on my bill. I talked to him and then he had supposed manager come to the table. She said she could not take the dinner off my bill. I asked her if there was another manager I could speak to; another manager came over and started lecturing me "next time". I told her to stop, there won't be a next time. She kept on. Then she took the bill back and brought the portable laptop for me to pay. On the bill she had added a $5 tip. I told her that was not right because I did not approve that. There was already a cash tip on the table. She said he had to correct it in the back. She left for over a half hour. The amount of time that we had to wait for their dishonest moves was ridiculous. The manager said that the lap top puts it on automatically but they have to make you wait a half hour for them to take it off. It shouldn't be that hard. The worst Olive Garden I have ever been in. The ambiance was terrible and the noise level was loud. The workers did not make it a good experience. read more

Unbelievably rude!! This reception will taint our view of Olive Garden! It was 1:30, raining and cold - less than 5 cars in parking lot. Without so much as a positive greeting, were told it would be 15-20 minute wait. Claimed it was because of covid and we would have to wait outside. This person should not be a hostess. It is no big deal for a manager to smoke but why could we see you both times?? And why were we seated next to filthy tables the entire time we were there?? How were there filthy tables everywhere and we were left needing refills and food and boxes but the manager had time to smoke? Wouldn't you, as a manager, not take smoke breaks until the entire restaurant was taken care of?? The restaurant was a complete mess. The employees were standing around as if it were way beyond after hours. It was a disaster. My friends and I are beyond disappointed. I just came to have dinner here and the host was super friendly and accommodated my seating for me and my girlfriend, then the waitress came to ask for my drink and I answer I wanted to wait for my girlfriend, then I ordered a glass of wine, I asked for which sparkling wine they had, I proceed to order and then she came with the wrong wine, I even didn't say anything, then she asked my girlfriend for which drink, she said water and then she asked me, literally, did you want water or not? I usually try to write about the positive experiences, but this is not one of those experiences. My wife and I had a hankering for Olive Garden. It had been a while. She usually likes to order the same thing, mushroom ravioli, and had been thinking about it for a while. When we walked in, we should have turned around and walked out. The restaurant smelled like a combination of musty body odor and as if someone had an unfortunate experience on the toilet and left the door open. It dissipated as we moved towards our table. Our service was quick and friendly. She got a nice tip. It wasn't her fault my wife's ravioli came out as "soup", or that the bread sticks were practically inedible. On the way back out, we walked towards the entrance again ( near the restrooms) and the smell had worsened. It is time for a remodel/rehab. read more
