First time to this location Kapolei Olive Garden. Located @ Ka Makana Alii shopping mall . The Ala Moana location is much busier but the Kapolei Olive Garden is more laid back and more relaxed atmosphere. The service is on point and of course the food you can't go wrong with unlimited salad and bread sticks Yum. I ordered their Cheese Ravioli with cream sauce it was very filling and the Ravioli was home made you can taste the ricotta cheese . We had no room for dessert I had 3 bread sticks I think that would to the trick .

Always great service, atmosphere & delicious Italian food at Olive Garden! Great Lunch service menu weekdays from 11 am - 3 pm. Perfect size portions with soup, salad & all you can eat breadsticks. The peach tea also a must! It's usually very busy for dinner & weekends.. Nice to enjoy a delicious meal during the weekdays.

Olive Garden was alright. They were pretty busy, which is good, but we didn't have to wait to be seated or anything. Service was alright considering. The salad that day was kind of old, I had to pick out a lot of brown pieces, and it was soaked in dressing which almost made it inedible to me. You can't go wrong with the breads ticks, which are basic. My daughter loved her Fettuccine Alfredo which she added the Crispy Chicken instead of grilled, and she also added Broccoli. I ordered a new seasonal item, the Creamy Garlic Fettuccine. And it was good. The Tomatoes were sweet, and the Spinach was a nice addition to the pasta. The cream sauce was okay. Overall, it was a decent lunch. I had higher hopes but it may have just been a bad day. The place was clean and bright, so the ambiance was good.

Anjelo, has been consistently great. I call to see if and when he is working and he is the reason why I come to Olive Garden Kapolei. He makes us feel like family, welcomed, and appreciated. Jeff

Beef Alfredo was great. Seafood Alfredo was terrible. Customer service was decent and the place was clean.

Carb cravings... Since I was in the area I decided to give them a visit as it's been quite some time that I've been to Olive Garden and this Kamakana Alii location is nice as it's not totally part of the mall and with lots of free parking just steps away it was a nice and convenient to give them a visit. Walking in I was surprised to see how filled they were and though that there would be a long wait but to my surprise they also have outdoor seating which is actually better as it's not as noisy inside and it was rather more cooler and nice but I was seated right at the service door as it creaked with every swing it got quite annoying. Ordering food I decided with the create your own which was Rigatoni with Five Cheese Marinara and added broccoli which also comes with never ending soup or what I chose is salad along with breadsticks the salad was absolutely delicious as I do love the toppings but the breadsticks were meh no olive oil or balsamic vinegar it didn't do much for me and here's my pasta looking like it was made in a cafeteria blanched pasta topped with a scoop of sauce an topped with blanched broccoli...what a sad presentation it tasted okay nothing it wasn't even hot or spectacular and my server came to check on me once as she was busy but she was very nice and polite but just the very basic just like their food. I remember why I don't come here as often though I do love the decor and vibe the food needs much improvement...just come for the salad and chill out at the lanai. Thanks!

Our server, Charles, was so nice and took really good care of us. Our food was great as usual. I definitely recommend going here and requesting Charles to be your server.

The food taste was amazing got the Alfredo with broccoli as well as the appetizers, got the calamari and the spinich dip. The short of 5 star review was because for some odd reason they ran out of lemons. But other than that I have no complaints

Added our name to the waitlist & instantly received a text giving us an estimated wait time of 30 minutes. To our surprise it was quicker than that! Seating is a bit tight & tables are somewhat close to each other in the indoor dining room. A handful of booths but majority are freestanding tables. Plenty of choices on the menu, decent adult drink choices also. Service here was great as well! Quick, efficient, friendly. And this place is friendly on your pocketbook!

We went to Olive Garden for the Never Ending Pasta Bowl after seeing it advertised on Hawaii News Now for $13.99 per person, which sounded like an amazing deal, especially in Hawaii. When we got there, it turned out to be $19.99 instead, but we decided to try it anyway since we had already driven out for it. I ordered the salad and rigatoni with the spicy three meat sauce. The salad was just as good as I remembered from when I first tried Olive Garden back in college: crisp, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The pasta, however, was a little strange. The sauce made my mouth feel tingly or slightly numb, almost like an "acidic" sensation, but not spicy. The service was absolutely amazing. Our waitress was kind, attentive, and really made the experience pleasant. The ambiance was cozy, smaller than most Olive Gardens I've been to, but still nice. Unfortunately, the pasta didn't sit well afterward. Both my partner and I had some stomach issues for the next day or two . Not sure if it was just an off day for the kitchen, but I'd probably try a different sauce next time if I ever go back again.

It's been a really long time since I've been to an Olive Garen. My son wanted to try so we stopped by here for lunch one day when we were in the area. I was pleasantly surprised at how good ever was! Not that it was ever disappointing, but for a chain sometimes you don't expect a whole lot. But the service was really impressive, the staff was really attentive and friendly. The food was also delicious and I forgot how big the portions were. My son really enjoyed the breadsticks and he ordered a kids meal, which was huge, but ended up eating mostly the fettuccini alfredo. I'm sure we'll be back.

It kind of reminds me of the old JP spaghetti, and they do not skimp out on the portions and the prices are awesome. Today I went with the 1/2 and 1/2 chicken parmesan with meat lasagna, and it was delicious and most filling. Keep in mind that if you are mixing plates that they do not mix more than one chicken dish together, for example you cant get a chicken parmesan with a chicken piccada, even so it was a good combo. The red sauce was not too sweet with the right amount of seasonings, the chicken was cooked great, not too dry and not to thin, with a nice amount of melted mozzarella cheese right over it. The lasagna was typical meat lasagna, not the greatest but makes you feel like you mama cooked it for you which I also appreciate. All orders come with garlic bread, as is should, and it's the perfect compliment to your meal. The staff was friendly and helpful and the service itself was pretty quick, so if you're even in the Waipahu area and are craving some cheap Italian food give em a try.

This establishment is fairly large and have a regular seating tables area and a bar area. The bar area was pretty popping with people watching the on-going football game. (they do have tvs all over the bar so you should be able to watch in most seats. It is fairly cold in here, like I was kind of freezing and had to grab a jacket from the car. Our server was super friendly and we got our orders in: We ordered: * Brick Oven "Super" Pizza: 7/10. We ordered this without black olives because I do not like black olives. This was okay. There were many toppings but since there were so many, there were much less of each topping (which meant that you'd really only get a tiny sprinkle of like beef for example). I felt like the pizza was just mediocre. The crust was unique, a twisted shape but it just made the crust more dense and not as enjoyable to eat for me as I liked a fluffier doughy crust. I also felt that there weren't enough cheese for the amount of toppings on this pizza. * Pepperoni, Sausage, and Jalapenos Pizza: 7.2/10. My friend ordered this so I didn't really eat as much of it. It was ok, same complaints regarding the crust. I think due to it having less toppings the cheese ratio was much better this time around. * Buffalo (Hot) Wings: 9/10, my friend said the main star of the show would be the wings and he was not lying! These wings were large and meaty compared to the tiny wings you'd often get at bars and most establishments. They were fried to perfection and tossed in the chosen sauce. The buffalo was perfect and I enjoyed it with ranch. * Lemon Pepper: 8.2/10, same positives, I just don't care for the lemon pepper flavor. * Garlic Parm: 9.2/10: same positives, I love the garlicky flavor of this wing along with the cheesiness from the parm. * Chicken Alfredo Pasta: 4/10. We do NOT recommend this. The chicken quality was terrible, it was like stringy. We think it is the premade chicken meant to be shredded for pizzas recooked into the pasta. The alfredo sauce was also not very good, just tasted poorly made and overly peppered. Honestly I would totally come back for the wings and only the wings. Recommend this spot to grab some wings and watch a game with some friends!

I will say i did taste it and it was meh... - another kiddo got the shoyu noodles and its plain. So if you got a simple palate plain jane child, they will like this one. For drinks, it depends on taste and preferences. I was bummed on this one. Mainly looking fwd to the drinks and it didn't satisfy my tastebuds. It was too twisted, fusion, modified etc. i prefer a mai tai a plain old fashioned mai tai without the fixings. The orange foam was too strong it overwhelmed the dark rum im used to and prefer. So i decided to try the ube rey instead which was much better but still not as much to my liking/preferences. Went back to Aulani a but bummed and decided to get another at Aulani the next day instead and I will say, i liked it better as it followed the more traditional way of making it. So if you prefer traditional ways, this may not be for you and if planning to drink, simply keep with the simplier generic drinks, wine or beer. If you prefer to try different ways and flavors, then you will love this. Service was great and our server was attentive at all times. Thank you. Ambiance was good but outdoor seating may be a bit of a nuance due to flies swarming around you often. The swinging table fan helps but are still annoying plus the tropical heat also didn't help.

The hotel is pretty secluded compared to being right in the city, but if you don't mind a walk, is close to a small shopping center with a few other food places and the hotels next door. The Marriott's other restaurant, Longboard's, is more casual, while this restaurant, Longhi's, is their fancier option for fine dining. With this in mind, this restaurant is, at the end of the day, is just alright. The seating area has the best views, but is slightly packed, although it is truly a beautiful ambiance. It is somewhat in the middle of the hotel, though. However, the service was lacking, if even present, and the food is, as expected, pricey. For some guests, hotels gave them vouchers to redeem at the restaurants near by, and this was one of those restaurants that you could redeem it at. With the voucher, this restaurant is a little bit easier to justify, but without, you are left paying high prices for fine food and a great view. If you are on the resort, then this is also easier to justify, as it is one of the closer options compared to the others. If you're not staying at the Marriott connected to it, then I wouldn't suggest going out of your way to go here. We ordered the crab cakes and the shrimp risotto. The crab cakes were really good, with a few different textures like the crunchies on top! If you like crab or crab cakes, or if you want to try something new, I would suggest that you order this or split it with a friend or partner. The shrimp risotto was fine, but after trying it, I ended up wishing that I ordered something else on the menu. It wasn't that it was bad, it just was okay. I feel like people have certain expectations for a higher end restaurant like this, and it wasn't hard to see why after going, that this restaurant is rated the way it is.

At the end of our meal we were given some comped desserts as well as ones we ordered. All of the food was good but the portions were a little small. The restaurant could use some updating as well. The layout is a little strange and it is not the most aesthetic. Overall we had a good experience, everyone working here was friendly and warm. It was our last night on the island and a memorable one!
