This place was okay. I was excited to try this spot as I've seen it in on social media as a must try on the island. I was a bit disappointed. The service was a bit slow in comparison to other pho places. They have the robot that serve so that was cool. I tried the 13. Eye Round Steak Pho with Tender Tendon and the meat was dry in a soup. Not sure how that works. The broth was good flavor. We had the spring rolls and those were good too. They were really hot, fresh off the grill. I wanted to love this place but it did not meet expectations... in my opinion.

I love coming here, their food is so comforting to me, the flavor is amazing and it's always consistent. I'm probably here at least 3 times a month! MUST tries are the Lemongrass Chicken banh mi and the oxtail pho with rice noodles! Those are my go-to's but the Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef soup) is also worth a try if you want something spicy and full of flavor. Service is always great and everyone is so nice. Try them out!

Decided to try something new today. I usually get the combination pho but today I went with the beef stew with pho noodles. It was very good with a generous amount of tender beef. They have a robot server now, just like I saw in some restaurants in Japan.

Haven't been here in ages, and it was nice to finally be back. This has always been my go-to spot for their house garlic chili paste and traditional Vietnamese iced coffee--and thankfully, both are still solid. The garlic chili paste has definitely leveled up in heat since my last visit--noticeably spicier but still packed with that deep, garlicky punch. It's truly one-of-a-kind, and one of the main reasons this place stands out from the many pho restaurants I've tried. No one else does it. They also serve Vietnamese iced coffee the traditional way--with sweetened condensed milk and coffee that you mix yourself. Most places pre-blend it and serve it over ice, but here you get the full experience, exactly how it's meant to be enjoyed. For food, I ordered the chicken pho, while my boyfriend went with the combination pho. Both bowls were very good. The broth leaned on the lighter side flavor-wise, but it was clean, comforting, and generously filled with tender chicken pieces in my bowl. My boyfriend really enjoyed his combination pho, which came loaded with a variety of meats. The side garnishes were plentiful and fresh--lemon wedges, bean sprouts, basil, and even culantro, which is a nice touch you don't see at most pho spots. We also ordered the spring rolls. Two rolls cut in half, crispy on the outside but a bit doughy inside. Flavor-wise they were pretty mild--okay, but not a standout. Service was fast and friendly, which made the experience even better. It was quiet when we arrived around 10:45 AM, but by the time we left, most of the restaurant had filled up--always a good sign. Overall, a comforting, nostalgic visit with some familiar favorites and a few subtle changes. Still worth stopping by, especially for that garlic chili paste and iced coffee. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

Always busy & food always delicious. I order the same things over and over again and I'm never disappointed.

Really good food for a super affordable price! I love getting their Bahn Mi, and they even provide a complimentary tray of veggies to start with. Staff are also nice and efficient. Will be coming with all my college friends!

Tried Pho & Company on a friend's recommendation, and I'm glad I did. The food was delicious, the pricing was fair, and the overall experience didn't disappoint. Just goes to show, when a friend recommends something, it's usually worth trying! Yumm!

I called the restaurant a few days ago to inquire if they accept reservations. A male employee answered the phone and demonstrated pleasant phone etiquette. He said, "Mother's Day is right around the corner. Will be busy. Best to make reservation." We both laughed. I made res and also received text reminder regarding date, time and to check in on Yelp. My last visit was many moons ago at the former location near Consolidated Theatres Kapolei. I'm happy they relocated in Kapolei Market Place where free parking is plentiful. When we arrived, we checked in with a female employee. She confirmed our res and informed us that we don't need to sign in. Since the restaurant was packed with families, we waited outside. Once they cleared and cleaned the table, we were called to come in. Casual ambiance and dress code. There's a 3% surcharge if using credit card only. Huge gratitude and five stars for efficient, forward thinking, friendly, and well mannered staff that checked in on us periodically and asked how we're doing, how is our food tasting , and thanked us as we're leaving. Summer Rolls: I love the consistency and texture of peanut sauce even if it tasted slightly on the cold side. Still enjoyable. Complemented the fresh rice paper, vermicelli noodles, shrimp, and green leafy lettuce. Yummy! Garlic chili oil is the shining star that elevates and enhances your meal and appetizer to a whole, new level. I was so surprised that one of the female employees brought out a fresh dish of garlic chili oil. I didn't need to use the one from the condiments section. Bun Bo Hue: Mild spicy pho with generous servings of beef brisket, pork, pork hock, vermicelli noodles, and side of veggies. Spice level for broth is a one. Loved the broth too! While I held the dish of garlic chili oil in my left hand, I used the chopsticks in my right hand to dip everything in, one at a time from Bun Bo Hue. My husband enjoyed his Beef Brisket Pho. My son enjoyed Beef Brisket with side order of rice. Will definitely return for pho, spring rolls, banh mi at my leisure.

Glad I popped in here for lunch after an event on the West side! Spring rolls were good - wish there were more pickled veg & lettuce though. That garlic sauce is good stuff w/ a lil hoisin and sambal added. My lemongrass chicken rice plate was super tasty! Onions were cooked well - not a bell pepper fan, so can't speak to that. Chicken was HOT - both temp and spice level. So good though! Had almost a slight curry flavor. Pho was tasty and broth was good. I'll be back!

Our favorite pho restaurant is Pho & Company. We come here at least once a month. This place can get busy so if it is when you arrive please be patient. You sign in on the notepad right as you enter the door. Summer rolls, chicken banh mi, combination pho and a coconut taro boba is a must when we order, sometimes we order a rice plate or vermicelli, everything on the menu is good. The pho broth is yummyyy! Food always comes out pretty quick.

Food is very good. It is very authentic, especially when that French bread is heated when having a bahn mi sandwich. Service is always fast and friendly. And the place is very clean with nice wall art makes it nice. Prices are reasonable vs portion and quality. There is a 3% service charge when using a credit card. Menu and cost provided in pictures section.

Hands down...my FAVORITE pho restaurant on the island! PHO & COMPANY is located in a strip mall across of En Fuego on the Safeway side of the mall. I've been a loyal customer for many years, but I keep forgetting to write my review, lol. I know...shame on me! The family who owns and runs this business is so FRIENDLY and WELCOMING! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted and treated like...FAMILY. A nice casual place to bring your family and friends. My go to... 1. COMBINATION PHO: a nice herbal and flavorful broth that is so comforting, generous amount of beef (brisket, flank, tripe, eye round, tendon and meatballs), noodles, tons of veggies (bean sprouts and Thai basil) and lemon. This pho is a ...WINNER! 2. GARLIC TOFU PLATE: generous amount of marinated tofu slices drenched in a garlic sauce on a bed of Jasmine rice and a light and tasty salad served with pickled veggies. It is so ono! 3. SHRIMP SUMMER ROLLS: a light and refreshing appetizer with a generous amount of filling served with a peanut sauce. Very delicate and delicious! 4. GARLIC CHILI OIL: the STAR of the SHOW! This is a CONDIMENT that is on the table to adorn your favorite dishes! What can I say about this? It is the most delicious condiment that I ever had in my life! No kidding! The buggah is ..."BROK DA' MOUF!" If you love garlic than you will love this! It is soooooo delicious and spicy! I literally can eat almost 3/4 of the jar. I eat so much that it starts to make my nose run...but it is worth it! It is ono on everything I eat there. Maybe, I shouldn't have shared this, lol. I want it all to myself...just kidding! Anyway, enough of that. You get the idea. So, it you are looking for comforting and yummers home cooked Vietnamese food, go check out PHO & COMPANY! You'll thank me for that!

#12, Shrimp fried rice, Spring Rolls, BBQ chicken banh mi sandwich, side of broth.

Our Go-To Pho Spot for Comfort Food & Cravings! Pho & Company has become our ultimate comfort food destination, whether we're under the weather or just craving something warm and flavorful, this is the only pho place we always fall back on. I was introduced to it by my in-laws, and it's been a favorite ever since. Our usual order includes the shrimp fried rice, the BBQ chicken banh mi, and a large side of pho broth. The banh mi is perfect every time, the bread is crispy on the outside, soft and warm on the inside, with just the right amount of veggies and sauce. Their spring rolls are always crispy, fresh, and served hot, never soggy. I also tried the oxtail soup which was rich, hearty, and fall-off-the-bone tender. Another great option is the vermicelli noodles with spring roll and BBQ chicken. It was light, flavorful, and filling without being too heavy. But the real standout? Their famous spicy garlic chili oil sauce. It's next level. We order the big container because it goes with everything, from pho to rice to sandwiches. You can also get it on the side, and it's worth every drop. My personal go to is the Pho #12. The soup is always soothing, never too salty, and packed with flavor. They're generous with the veggies and toppings, which I appreciate. When we do takeout, they only offer large pho, and it comes well packed: broth separate, hoisin, sriracha, and garlic chili oil in mini cups, and fresh veggies in a plastic bag to add in when you're ready. Even their lemonade hits the spot, refreshing and not overly sweet. Pho & Company has become a comfort staple in our household, and honestly, nothing else compares. Highly recommend trying it out if you haven't already, you'll be hooked like we are!

First, the actual plates aren't close to the portions pictured in prior reviews. We ordered the Smoked Chicken which was more like "Skimpy" Chicken soaked in vinegar. The Pork Adobo was drenched with "sweet/sour sauce" which left a lasting aftertaste in your mouth. The Pork Ribs were actually the closest to previous pictured plates - tasted like "salt and vinegar" instead of "salt and pepper" - still skimpy (little meat covering huge bone inside)! Their "garlic noodles" had so much garlic that I'm sure that Vampires and Draculas will stay away from me for a week. The rice tasted like "day-old refrigerated" rice which was microwaved. Tye leads by example and goes out of his way to make us feel like family every time we walk through the doors. The food is phenomenal--we can never get enough of the Garlic Sweet Edamame, Honey Sambal Chicken Wings and the Mongolian ribs. The service is always impeccable. Thank you, Tye, for another memorable evening. We can't wait to come back next year! Frank and Denise ( Dallas Texas) 2026

First off I gotta say that more restaurants should do a bowl of seasoned edamame instead of complementary bread. I could not stop eating these, they were addicting. Our waiter was wonderful and the service was great. The food was delicious for the most part save for my wife's ribeye. It was a bit of a miss in my book. The ambience outside was lovely with a great view of the pristine Ko Olina golf course at Twilight. All and all I would love to come back here should I find myself in Ko Olina again.
