My niece and nephew requested Pho, so Pho & Company it is! It's now my favorite place for pho but this is close enough without having to drive downtown. I always order the combination pho with the rare beef on the side so I can add it myself. And their chili oil condiment is excellent, definitely one of the best. The broth is lacking the complexity of a good pho broth. Service though is on point. It is family friendly environment.

I was really craving Vietnamese spring rolls, so that's exactly what I came here for. My friend ordered a chicken bánh mì, and it looked so good that I had to get one too. She also ordered the chicken fried rice, and of course I had to tax her. One bite was all it took, I completely fell in love with it. I kept going for more bites! The spring rolls definitely hit the spot, and I really love that they serve them with fresh vegetables and noodles so you can wrap everything together before taking a bite. The chicken bánh mì did not disappoint either. Ever since our last Yelp event, I've been craving one, and this one was exactly what I was hoping for. The meal was made even better by our favorite server: a robot! It was such a fun touch and made the experience even more memorable. This was the perfect dinner and such a great way to end our trip to the Capy Claw arcade. Before coming here, we stopped by a boba shop and even checked out a new gaming spot we'd never visited before. The whole outing was amazing from start to finish, and I'd happily come back to do it all over again.

Really delicious and very friendly and efficient staff! We got a few vegetarian bhan mi's, veg fried rice and he got a beef noodle soup- everything was really flavorful! We also got fresh vegetarian spring rolls. Will definitely return.

I got to bring my family here when they came to visit me and they loved it. Me and my partner got our usual and shared it - Lemongrass chicken banh mi and the oxtail pho. Always 10/10, my family loved their food too. Staff is always nice and it's a calm environment. Food comes out quick and is always so good.

This place was okay. I was excited to try this spot as I've seen it in on social media as a must try on the island. I was a bit disappointed. The service was a bit slow in comparison to other pho places. They have the robot that serve so that was cool. I tried the 13. Eye Round Steak Pho with Tender Tendon and the meat was dry in a soup. Not sure how that works. The broth was good flavor. We had the spring rolls and those were good too. They were really hot, fresh off the grill. I wanted to love this place but it did not meet expectations... in my opinion.

Haven't been here in ages, and it was nice to finally be back. This has always been my go-to spot for their house garlic chili paste and traditional Vietnamese iced coffee--and thankfully, both are still solid. The garlic chili paste has definitely leveled up in heat since my last visit--noticeably spicier but still packed with that deep, garlicky punch. It's truly one-of-a-kind, and one of the main reasons this place stands out from the many pho restaurants I've tried. No one else does it. They also serve Vietnamese iced coffee the traditional way--with sweetened condensed milk and coffee that you mix yourself. Most places pre-blend it and serve it over ice, but here you get the full experience, exactly how it's meant to be enjoyed. For food, I ordered the chicken pho, while my boyfriend went with the combination pho. Both bowls were very good. The broth leaned on the lighter side flavor-wise, but it was clean, comforting, and generously filled with tender chicken pieces in my bowl. My boyfriend really enjoyed his combination pho, which came loaded with a variety of meats. The side garnishes were plentiful and fresh--lemon wedges, bean sprouts, basil, and even culantro, which is a nice touch you don't see at most pho spots. We also ordered the spring rolls. Two rolls cut in half, crispy on the outside but a bit doughy inside. Flavor-wise they were pretty mild--okay, but not a standout. Service was fast and friendly, which made the experience even better. It was quiet when we arrived around 10:45 AM, but by the time we left, most of the restaurant had filled up--always a good sign. Overall, a comforting, nostalgic visit with some familiar favorites and a few subtle changes. Still worth stopping by, especially for that garlic chili paste and iced coffee. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

    Bug

Zero stars if I could! Yuuuuuuuuuuuuck! We found this nasty bug in our pho noodles. As soon as we saw it, we completely lost our appetite and had to throw away our entire meal. It was disgusting and incredibly disappointing. To make matters worse, I tried calling the restaurant to let them know what happened, but their automated message says they're closed for vacation for the next three weeks. That means there's no way to speak with anyone about this issue until they reopen. We don't even know what kind of bug it is, but finding it in our food is completely unacceptable. Sadly, we won't be returning after this experience.

Always busy & food always delicious. I order the same things over and over again and I'm never disappointed.

Tried Pho & Company on a friend's recommendation, and I'm glad I did. The food was delicious, the pricing was fair, and the overall experience didn't disappoint. Just goes to show, when a friend recommends something, it's usually worth trying! Yumm!

Decided to try something new today. I usually get the combination pho but today I went with the beef stew with pho noodles. It was very good with a generous amount of tender beef. They have a robot server now, just like I saw in some restaurants in Japan.

I called the restaurant a few days ago to inquire if they accept reservations. A male employee answered the phone and demonstrated pleasant phone etiquette. He said, "Mother's Day is right around the corner. Will be busy. Best to make reservation." We both laughed. I made res and also received text reminder regarding date, time and to check in on Yelp. My last visit was many moons ago at the former location near Consolidated Theatres Kapolei. I'm happy they relocated in Kapolei Market Place where free parking is plentiful. When we arrived, we checked in with a female employee. She confirmed our res and informed us that we don't need to sign in. Since the restaurant was packed with families, we waited outside. Once they cleared and cleaned the table, we were called to come in. Casual ambiance and dress code. There's a 3% surcharge if using credit card only. Huge gratitude and five stars for efficient, forward thinking, friendly, and well mannered staff that checked in on us periodically and asked how we're doing, how is our food tasting , and thanked us as we're leaving. Summer Rolls: I love the consistency and texture of peanut sauce even if it tasted slightly on the cold side. Still enjoyable. Complemented the fresh rice paper, vermicelli noodles, shrimp, and green leafy lettuce. Yummy! Garlic chili oil is the shining star that elevates and enhances your meal and appetizer to a whole, new level. I was so surprised that one of the female employees brought out a fresh dish of garlic chili oil. I didn't need to use the one from the condiments section. Bun Bo Hue: Mild spicy pho with generous servings of beef brisket, pork, pork hock, vermicelli noodles, and side of veggies. Spice level for broth is a one. Loved the broth too! While I held the dish of garlic chili oil in my left hand, I used the chopsticks in my right hand to dip everything in, one at a time from Bun Bo Hue. My husband enjoyed his Beef Brisket Pho. My son enjoyed Beef Brisket with side order of rice. Will definitely return for pho, spring rolls, banh mi at my leisure.

Really good food for a super affordable price! I love getting their Bahn Mi, and they even provide a complimentary tray of veggies to start with. Staff are also nice and efficient. Will be coming with all my college friends!

Glad I popped in here for lunch after an event on the West side! Spring rolls were good - wish there were more pickled veg & lettuce though. That garlic sauce is good stuff w/ a lil hoisin and sambal added. My lemongrass chicken rice plate was super tasty! Onions were cooked well - not a bell pepper fan, so can't speak to that. Chicken was HOT - both temp and spice level. So good though! Had almost a slight curry flavor. Pho was tasty and broth was good. I'll be back!

First, the actual plates aren't close to the portions pictured in prior reviews. We ordered the Smoked Chicken which was more like "Skimpy" Chicken soaked in vinegar. The Pork Adobo was drenched with "sweet/sour sauce" which left a lasting aftertaste in your mouth. The Pork Ribs were actually the closest to previous pictured plates - tasted like "salt and vinegar" instead of "salt and pepper" - still skimpy (little meat covering huge bone inside)! Their "garlic noodles" had so much garlic that I'm sure that Vampires and Draculas will stay away from me for a week. The rice tasted like "day-old refrigerated" rice which was microwaved. I becomes solid if not eaten immediately. So shame. I can't imagine the other selections are any better so I'll just refrain from returning again. I would not eat this food even if you gave it to me for free. I believe you'll get a bigger bang for your buck by using the BOGO coupon at Loco Moco Kapolei located in the same mall.

The combo came with a good amount of snow crab legs, shrimp, mussels, and clams. It's advertised as feeding 1-2 people, and I'd say that's pretty accurate. There was definitely enough to share between two hungry people, although I do wish they gave more potatoes. There were only two small potatoes, which felt a little skimpy compared to the rest of the seafood. The flavor was really good, especially for my first seafood boil. The medium spice level was just the right amount of heat for me. I think I can handle spice better than some so it was perfect for me.

We got the garlic furikake chicken with garlic butter shrimp and a "small" braised beef short ribs. The chicken and shrimp meal came with the obligatory two scoops of rice and mac salad. The short ribs, because it was a "small" order only came with one scoop of rice and mac salad. The portions were huge, even the short ribs. We had enough for lunch AND dinner, and there is still enough beef (and rice and mac salad) for another meal. It would have been awesome if there was some acid to cut through all the richness of our meal, but I am not a fan of kimchee so we passed on the pickled cucumbers. The chicken was so crispy and there were no nasty bits that make me anti-thigh. Even heating the leftovers up in the microwave didn't change the texture. The chicken came with some sort of sauce that was yummy, but unnecessary in my mind. The shrimp was delightfully garlicky and thankfully served headless. The short ribs were fall apart tender and delicious. It also came with some sauce that I don't think either one of us used. It was good, though. The ube ice cream mud pie was amazing. And amazingly huge. We did not order one, but a woman gave me a slice from her family's piece. Mahalo for a random stranger's generosity!
