    Mango stick rice

Always our go-to spot for Thai food! This time we decided to try something new and ordered the Ono Thai Chicken Basil, requested non-spicy. Of course, the Thai Fried Chicken is a must every time we order--it never disappoints. The Pad Thai was flavorful, though the beef was a bit tough, so next time I'll go with a different protein. I'd also been craving mango sticky rice and was pleasantly surprised they had it, even though it's not listed on the menu (just pictured). Service is consistently great here. I called in the order, and it was ready in about 20 minutes, just as promised. The restaurant was bustling, which is always nice to see for this hidden gem!

Not sure what happened but the quality of this place has gone down within the past year. I had shrimp tom yum a few weeks ago and there were only 4 pieces of shrimp. I ordered a papaya salad for dinner last night and when I got home and started eating it I noticed there was no heat because they didn't add chili peppers. The saddest part were the tomato slices they used. It's like they took all the rubbish parts and added it to my plate. The food here used to be great. I want to see this place succeed so do better Ono Thai.

Seriously, why is this place so good? Hidden in a small corner in Ewa, it's truly a gem! My hubby likes this pork with basil plate with fried egg on top, his favorite. My friend recommended the fried chicken and oh my goodness it's amazing and the damn plate is huge! I do go for the salads and noodles too. Can't go wrong. Everything is delicious.

Our go to Thai place located in Ewa beach. Usually it's busy but we walked in on a Saturday night and not one table was taken but so many take out orders and the phone kept going off to place more orders. The food is so good, our regular order is Thai fried chicken (so crispy), papaya salad (so refreshing), chicken pad Thai, chicken green curry with sticky rice.

I am back, back again! Visiting my dad and picking up my son to go home to SJ. I always have to make a stop here no matter what. My dad and step mom order their regulars, seafood green curry and chicken basil. Today my son wanted some pad Thai but my "go to" is their pad ki maow with pork. Love all that gravy and their quality of the food is amazing. So fresh and is authentic. Service is so nice upon entering the restaurant. I love that they play videos of food while enjoying my meal too. Coming back in October again so this time i am bringing the whole gang with me.

Female hostess and server happily welcomed and offered us to sit at any four top seater in the restaurant. She also mentioned, "You've come to the right place today." We sat at a four seater closest to the wall. Two observations was we're not offered a spice level when same server took our order. There's also no indication of spice level or preference on the menu. Go all in! Ingredients in summer rolls a.k.a Poh Pia Sod tasted very fresh and wrapped tightly in rice paper. Peanut dipping sauce was served slightly cold. Prefer to have it served warm. Thai Fried Chicken "Gai Tod" was plentiful. Crunchy batter tasted yummy! One of chicken pieces attached to a bone was on the drier side. Needed Thai sweet chili sauce to balance the dryness. Another piece without the bone tasted moist. Stir fried ingredients of Beef Pad King complemented each other; however, taste of gravy reminded me of beef broccoli. Squeezed the lime over Chicken Pad Thai. Noodles appeared and tasted more on the wet side. Chicken and tofu complemented the moisture in this entree. Our fave was the Beef Pannang which delivered a medium spice level. We loved the delicious combination of coconut milk, curry, and peanuts. Generous servings of tender beef slices, long green beans, bell peppers, and onions. Curry soaked up nicely and integrated well with white rice. Same server checked on us a few times to see how our food tasted, ensured that carafe was refilled with water, we had enough napkins, and cleared our plates in a timely manner. She also brought out a few to go containers. There's free parking in shared lot and one restroom in the restaurant.

Food has always been good and you get a lot of it for the cost! I've only gotten take out so I can't speak to the service or ambiance.

Are they open on Sundays? They were closed last Sunday and no one is answering the phone today also.

I walked past there today and they posted a sign on the door. they're actually closed for renovations till May 4.

    Do they have a vegan/vegetarian dishes/menu?

Their items can be modified vegetarian. We get tofu instead of the meat in their curry and noodle dishes. We always get the pineapple fried rice w/tofu! They also have veggie dishes. As for vegan, they'll advise you if a dish can be made vegan…

Possibly because of its upscale vibe, prices are $6 -$7 more than other places. Food was tasty. Portions are large and so I was able to take home my leftovers. Bathroom is nice and clean. The only thing is that there's a large frosted Pictor window making the restroom really warm and muggy. I would recommend this place, but not for everyday dining due to the higher end price.

There is a wide selection of dishes, including starters, sushi, salads, soups, sandwiches, burgers, plates, and bowls. Besides sharing a pitcher of beer, my tablemate ordered the Pastrami Sandwich and I had the Korean Fried Chicken. My plate came with rice and mac salad, but I asked for French Fries in place of the rice. Alas, I got a plate with rice and fries. Sigh. The pastrami sandwich comes with a choice of fries, mac, or green salad. My tablemate opted for the mac salad. Except for the faux pas on my dish, the food was well presented and prepared properly. Service was fine and the prices reasonable being that it's 2024. My primary quibble is their hours of operation. 11am on weekdays and 10am on weekends is too late for a golf course restaurant. They have a breakfast menu but why bother? Our tee time was at 6:40am so we had to find breakfast elsewhere. My other quibble is the limited choice in beer by the pitcher ... Bud Lite? The restaurant is nice and it could be so much more ... a conditional recommendation for now.

In fact, afterwards we put in more orders for take out so we can eat it for dinner as well. 100% would come back. Their menu is huge and I'm sure some things are better than others so I would suggest sticking to the classics and you won't be let down. Steamed fish filet served with garlic and green onions: light, fresh, tender, and delicate with a flavorful sauce. Always a hit in my family 9.5/10 Mongolian beef: very tender beef over some stir fried onions and with a sweet and savory sauce. This plate had a more sweet sauce then I usually am used to but everyone was really happy with it and had no real complaints. 9/10 Curry chicken: not something I usually order at a Chinese restaurant but was glad we tried as it was a very tender chicken dish with a flavorful yellow curry and some veggies. The sauce mixed with white rice was unbeatable. 10/10 Eggplant and tofu in garlic sauce: saucy, tender and garlicky, it was a standard version of this dish and hit the spot. I think it could of had even more garlicky flavor but I am nitpicking and would still get anytime if I came back. 8.5/10 Mixed veggies with garlic sauce: light and healthy and the wok hei really came through. 8.5/10 Shrimp chow fun with gravy: shrimp was not overcooked and very tender and the noodles were al dente. The whole dished was topped with a boatload of savory sauce. Was even better with some added chili oil. Also once you ate the noodles you can add some rice into the sauce to soak it up and enjoy it that way as well. 9/10 In summary, come and support this family ran restaurant. If you are craving this style of Chinese food served family style with excellent service, it will certainly hit the spot.
