I live in Rogers Park so it was about a twenty-two minute drive for me without the expressway but you could easily hop on the highway and get there in even less time. Also, it's accessible by Skokie Swift and pace buses and located on a major street, Dempster. I stopped by and spoke to Noor- he took my phone and accessed the damage. He said it would cost $40 to replace and that he could have it complete in an hour. Noor took my phone number down and said he would call me as soon as it was done. The damage to my phone was extremely bad but Noor assured me that it was a quick and easy repair. The place itself is very clean and there is a parking lot for customers. Noor called me to tell me that they were swamped with work and that he could have the phone ready for the next day. I genuinely appreciated the follow up and told him that it would be no problem! I came in the next day, paid Noor and picked up my phone! He even threw in a free cover my screen and offered me a three months warranty. Pretty amazing if you ask me! This is what makes small business so incredible- they go out of their way to make your experience memorable and impactful.
