To tell you she made a huge impact on our family before she started a grad program in nursing (at a top school on the west coast) is an understatement. We have used Olive.You.Nanny to find 3 nannies - all have been fantastic. The first nanny was hired for our newborn. Olive.You.Nanny took time to understand our needs/preferences and found a great fit. They sent over 4 well qualified candidates - we had 2 great fit candidates we could have hired, and selected one. We appreciated having their guidance in screening candidates, doing background checks, helping to negotiate salary.
