If you're dining in, you can then sit down with your plate and order drinks. If you're doing takeout, you simply take your box to go. The food was tasty overall, and the meats were definitely the highlight. I wasn't as impressed with the hot bar items--they were just okay--but we did go later in the day, which may have affected freshness. Went there for the 1st time with my date. A bit of a confusion at first. No one was there to seat us and saw some customers that came in after us walk in and grab plates and served themselves at the buffet. My date asked to be seated and they didn't explain much and gave us a dinner menu. I saw some people at other tables getting their orders put by the waitress and some getting up to serve themselves. I visited with a small group of three. Although we had a reservation, we arrived late, but the staff remained courteous and accommodating. Despite the growing crowd, they seated us in a booth within five minutes. You can choose to order from the menu or opt for the buffet, which is what we did. The variety was impressive, and I had some of the most tender steak I've ever tasted. Servers came around with skewers offering a wide selection of proteins tableside. First time at this place on a Thursday night for dinner and karaoke. Parking was easy to find on the street right nearby. Food was great. We did the pay by pound rather than all you can eat which is a bit more economical especially if you're not going to eat a ton. They have a salad and entrees bar and then for the meats they have separate station. Once you load up your plate, you go to the checkout and they weigh it and you get the bill to your table. After dinner we went to the adjoining room which has a bar and tables and a stage. It was pretty crowded and seems like a popular place. Karaoke was a lot of fun. You give them your 3 song choices on paper and then they call out your name. We only got to sing 1 song each because there were lots of people wanting to sing. So I actually ordered two different steak dishes. Both cooked MEDIUM. I tend to prefer Med Well, but with delivery, I like to go under, just in case it needs to be reheated. I'd much rather it be undercooked than overcooked, anyways. So I get my order, and not one, but BOTH MEDIUM steak dishes came out EXTRA well done. And by that, I mean, it was so dry and leathery, they should be ashamed they sent it out of the kitchen. The chicken was incredibly overcooked and dry too. All of it was flavorless. I have been in the restaurant business for 18 years. That order should have never left the kitchen. There's no excuse, because this steak was clearly sliced in advance, so you can't pretend you didn't know it was so grossly overcooked. Just look at the pictures. They speak for themselves. I have been here many times and I've always done all you can eat but I think I need to start paying by weight since I don't think I eat $29 worth. The AYCE is nice because I don't have to worry about how much it could be and can try all the meats. Depending on when you come and who is your server, you may or may not have good service. If the meat servers are slow, you can also bring your plates up to the counter and pick what meats you want. Good for when you are starving too. My favorite cuts are flank, top sirloin, hangar, and beef short rib. I think brisket too but I didn't get any this time. Honestly, if you get an overcooked piece, it sucks. Don't eat it if it isn't cooked right. It's a waste of calories. The FLANK will never disappoint even if it is a little overcooked. That's my favorite cut. That and top sirloin. The salad and hot food buffet is nice as well. I always go for the plantains, oxtail, rice/beans and fruit. Another reason why I like the AYCE, I can eat the fillers and not care. At the end, you must have the warm pineapple with cinnamon. It is crack! Overall, food is good. You'll leave full but be warned, you might get the meat shits. read more

I ordered an $80 meal from Uber eats. I was missing Almost the whole order. I only got 3 items. The restaurant claims they sent two bags and have it on video. My ring camera has one bag delivered. I talked to the driver, he doesn't have the bag. He said there was "one bag with a paper list on it." So I'm out 4 additional (expensive items) and the service fee. And the delivery fee. And the tax on all the items. And no food to show for it. Restaurant says- this happens all the time. As soon as I said I'm trying to get a refund with Uber, her whole manner stopped. She says oh- you could have ordered a glass of water and we would deliver the whole order. I said- you COULD send the food. Nope. She's not sending me food since I got a refund. I wasn't refunded yet. Nor was I getting a full refund. They still made money off of me. But lost out. But amazing customer service would have been- let me send you a $10 gift card on top of the refund to cover all the service fees. (I'm out about $25) OUTSTANDING customer service would have been deliver the whole order. Instead... here's $15 worth of an $80 order and they uber eats is reviewing a refund. I don't even have one. I can only speak for my experience to Oliveira from a take-out stand point, but I know I definitely want to try eating in sometime in the future! The picanha here is SO GOOD. I've had picanha at another Brazilian steakhouse, but it was overly salty there, but the flavor is so so good and well-seasoned. You also need to try their famous fried yucca. Even when the juices from the picanha seep into the fried yucca in the takeout container by accident, I feel like it sometimes taste even better. Every time I visit this location, it seems like the manager or superior, have issues with me, when I was only trying to buy food. I have to say that this place is definitely interesting, and pretty welcoming. I do believe that all of the employees are fluent in English as well as Portuguese. There are several options and styles of eating such as buffet style, entrees, small plates and or bar snacks. Chicken Wings (sorta, but cut in half and fried naked): I was excited most about the portion of this plate. As a wing lover there's nothing better to pick at while chatting over drinks. These came fried crispy, with tender meat on the inside. No sauce, just naked, simple, and tasty. Appetizer Plate: Calamari, Shrimp, Steak strips, and Brazilian Sausage on a large platter. This comes with toothpicks and a couple of dipping sauces. I want to say that it's large enough for a table of 4 to split while awaiting your next course. Caipirinha: This is one of those dangerously tasty cocktails depending on the server. The first one was properly muddled with sugar, then shaken and served, where I seen others simply shake the drink. There is a difference in taste and how smooth they go down.
