I love ordering from here. The shrimp tacos are the best I've had around this area. The food is always fresh and delicious. I've dined inside the Everett and East Boston locations. Fun Vibes! They also have music and karaoke some nights. The service is always friendly.

Enjoying an original mojito and a watermelon mojito to end the a hard work day with my wife! Thank you Maria! Cheers yummmmm yummmmm!!!

A night cap with delicious mojitos, friendly service and happy music! Thank you Maria for always taking your time to know your customers and providing superb service!!

    Vegetarian Quesadilla ?

I asked for a vegetarian quesadilla, comes with mushroom, green peppers and monteray jack cheese. Asked them if they can take out the mushrooms and just add extra green peppers. Instead, I get a quesadilla with BROCCOLI AND CARROTS!!! Like what ??? When did green peppers start sounding like broccoli and carrots- in any language ??? Second time I ordered from this place, second time they got it wrong. Not doing it a third time.

There is literally fun everywhere you look from the panda stuffed animal riding a tiger on the wall to the hilarious shrek pillow. Coming right when they open I was able to see these things that you would likely not see in the evening. But to be fair I came right when they opened since it is first come first serve. A majority of the drinks were more on the savory side which was very interesting like "may all your bacon burn" with bacon bites at the top of the drink. The drinks my friend had were all stunning with the use of egg yolk to elevate the drink. We ended the evening by walking over to Bow Market and trying Viet Citron which was so DANG GOOD my gosh. The to go orders were insane but looks like they are doing very well despite recently opening in. I got the grilled lemongrass pork ribs bowl and youtiao and the side sauce was so good. The ribs were all very meaty. It looks small but I was surprised how full I was after having it. Nice night of drinks and food. Service and vibe is still amazing. Appetizers are tasty. Fish is fresh. Sashimi slices are just a bit thick. They served me the platinum options first and then provided the gold menu. I enjoyed trying a handful of option on theur menu that I don't think I would have if I was doing a la carte. Like their freshwater seaweed salad (which was a bit underwhelming) and their eel toast (which was pretty good) and their crispy tuna (also a bit mid). I also went for their Thai green tea which I felt was too floral to be enjoyable. So while I enjoyed trying new options I don't think I loved any of them. I also have to say their sashimi and nigiri options are not buffet sized but actual entree sized so be cautious when ordering. That being said the waitresses were attentive and I never felt rushed. However, something to flag is they calculate the total of everything you are during the buffet and not the buffet price and base gratuity on that. I didn't look before tipping and after I left I was quite confused on why the bill was higher than I expected.

To be quite honest, the food was very subpar and lacked authentic Haitian flavor. To make matters worse, the quantity was disappointing as you can see in the photos attached. $24 plate of meatballs with only four burnt meatballs and overfilled rice that didn't even take authentic? Also, I ordered beef legume and it definitely had pork in it and the pork didn't taste good. The food was not properly secure so the sauce fell in the bag on the way to me via DoorDash. I would honestly say if you are craving Haitian food that tastes like your family made it, you might want to go somewhere else. If you are okay with a sort of revitalized Haitian cuisine, feel free to order from here.

I don't think you can get a single bad dish here, I always go for the birria tacos, and they were delicious. They were a nice soft crisp taco, and absolutely tender meat inside with cilantro and onion and the side of sauce. YUMMM The service was good! I believe they're bilingual, so spanish and english friendly is really great! The ambiance is also very cozy, you have great scenery all around and paintings and colors. You honestly don't see much of vibrancy anymore in restaurants but this place this holds up which is really awesome. The ONLY thing that was bugging me was the weird laundry smell in the restaurant, it smelt more of clean clothes than food lol. But to be honest it isn't the worst thing a restaurant could have, good thing to have it at least smell good The pricing is also very fair! The birria tacos cost me 12-14$, and my friend got the first brush and a drink for 22$. Give this place a shot if you're looking for something new to eat!! I'll be coming back lol

Waiter was super attentive early on with drinks and appetizer orders, took awhile for him to return for dinner order though. BF ordered some kind of momo entree, and I ordered shrimp curry. His momo entree came out after about 15-20 mins. He waited for awhile for my entree to come out, but as it didn't for awhile, we both ate his entree. After 40 more minutes, he was trying to wave down staff and waiter to find out why my shrimp curry entree wasn't there yet and also to order another drink. It took about 15 mins for him to get someone to come back to the table, he had to stand up and wave his arms to ask. They finally brought my entree out, but he was done with his entree at that point. He ordered another drink then too he could have while I finally began eating my dinner 40 mins after he had his own entree. It was kind of a flop for date night. A manager/owner/very nice woman came out later to us to apologize and explain that all the staff was brand new to explain the service delays, and we understood that, but it was still a very difficult service to sit through Friday night at dinner in a half empty restaurant we were trying for the first time. Bc of all that they seemed to switch out our earlier waiter for a waitress who was equally nice, but when she asked how we were doing (with full cocktail and food on table) I mentioned we were good now but would prob need boxes later on, and she immediately reappeared with boxes and the check, while we were still eating and drinking. The food? Shrimp curry was good, but a much smaller portion than I expected. The samosas were great. The cocktails were very good. The momos were very tasty and loved the sauce it was served in, but a thick skin and I assumed were frozen and reheated then fried. I'd them again, but maybe for a takeout order.

Came in around 8:30 and grabbed a nice outdoor seat. Super nice young lady started our journey with taking or beverage then appetizer order. Ordering the chicken parm egg roll I was amazed by the robust flavor inside but the outer wrapping was superb. Now this is a quality egg roll and HUGE and you were issued two of these monster rolls cut in half for a total of four man sized shareable delights.. Check the photos they don't lie they were amazing. Ok now onto main fixings so I ordered the steak tips accompanied by salad and French fries.. Note these are the hottest fries I've ever had and maintained a lava like heat through my meal. Not sure if it was just high quality fries or a design flaw but they were crunchy and flavorful but the heat kept me from eating them all... So I moved onto my steak tips. In Boston when dining forget steak and move to Steak Tips cause they rule. Soft and chewy mini mounds of flesh is a New England speciality and I partake immediately into masticating these flavor bombs till the last bite. Murray's tips were a tad different than I was accustomed to cause these were marinated in a bbq sauce. Now it caught me off guard yet by the end I was a gigantic fan of this new tip sensation to my tastes buds were pleased along with my belly.. As you can see Frank was a happy camper. But one more item for a review and that was my guests meal which was a filet mignon smothered in chimichurri sauce blowing up that steak with even more layers of savor to enjoy. And hats off to chef for cooking it to a perfect medium with an outer crust but nice juicy pink inside... Ok well that's it for Franks experience at Murray's Tavern. Amazing food & dining experience and will come back again! Auf wiedersehen !

They have rotating specials all the time, but their regular menu is so good that I just can't move away. Their smash burger is fantastic, but their salads are nice and hefty, so even if you're trying to eat light, you leave full and satisfied. Caesar salads are simple and standard everywhere, but I'm always happy with the one I get from Murray's - well dressed with a yummy cheese crisp on top. Their wings are delicious, always come out piping hot, and have a creative array of sauces. The variety of fries are impressive too and all of them are delicious (though, when are fries really not delicious?!) My favorite thing about Murray's is the front outdoor seating area. When the weather is a bit cooler, they'll turn on the gas heaters, so you can have a comfortable meal and still enjoy some fresh air. But what makes it truly my favorite is that it's dog friendly! It's always so tough to find spots that allow dogs, but Murray's staff is always so kind to us when we bring our dog with us for dinner, and they'll even bring out a bowl of water for him. Good service comes from the top, and we've met John, who is incredibly nice and friendly. Conversations with him are consistently pleasant and we love that he's always open to sharing what he knows about food and drink! The staff also provides kind, speedy service, which we definitely appreciate. The only negative about Murray's is the fact that we only found them a year ago and hate that we didn't find out about them sooner!
