They have plenty of food and drink options, although we ate beforehand. You can also buy produce and other items from their market. The bathrooms are porta-potties only with foot-pump handwashing stations, but I appreciated that they had diaper changing areas. Admission was $27 per person, our little one was free since he's under 3, and we paid $12 for parking since it was a weekend. We bought everything online for convenience.

Then full on lock down happened and I never went back. Today I went to Polka Deli across the street to get some pierogies and kielbasa and thought, "let's stop in and see if things are good again." I found 2 that looked OK and I headed to the register. This place used to have like 4 low rows of random pantry items. They have now added a bunch more rows so it's a cluster-F of high, tight, shelves filled with who knows what. I didn't explore. I wanted to get out before the serial killer that must be lurking in there got me! While I was standing in line, I saw the "Fresh OJ" station (the machine is gone) has been moved to the back left wall. The wall is dirty and gross looking. They have a sign for fresh OJ for $15.99!! No thank you! They now charge $0.50 for any card transaction (debit included) less than $10, so I paid it and went on with my day. Happy to get out unscathed. The seller told me to leave the green jujubes out for 1-2 days, saying they would turn brown and become ready to eat. I followed their instructions, but instead of ripening, the jujubes never turned brown. They stayed green, became completely shriveled and dried out, and had almost no moisture left inside. They went from looking fresh to completely dried out and inedible. I have pictures showing exactly what happened, including how they looked when I received them and how they ended up. Honestly, this feels like "bait and switch" -- showing one thing in the picture and sending something completely different. Don't be fooled by the pictures or tempted to save a few dollars by buying from this place. When I contacted them about the problem, they not only refused to properly resolve it, but they were also extremely rude and disrespectful in the way they spoke to me. This is my personal experience, and I would NOT recommend buying jujubes from this seller. Save yourself the trouble and buy somewhere else.

Unfortunately my visit did not really go well, as after ordering and receiving a buzzer to let us know when the order is complete, we waited for over 10 minutes to have other customers place orders after us and receive their orders before our buzzer went off. Eventually, one of the associates noticed we had been waiting for a while and came to us to ask if we had placed an order already. For some reason, the buzzer was not programmed to our order, and I ended up asking the cashier for my receipt to confirm that my order was placed. This was frustrating as we had originally entered the store as the only guests and 3 other parties had entered the store after us and received their orders before us. Fortunately, the associates closest to us near the pick up order section noticed that we had been waiting for an extended period of time and came out to ask what we had ordered to help us make our missing order. I have no idea how our order was missed but it was not a great experience to wait in a store with no AC (only the front doors propped open for ventilation) and there was no real apology for the mishap.
